class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR- en KPI-termen die niet vreemd zijn voor de beroepsbevolking. Beide dienen als maatstaf voor het prestatiedoelsysteem van een medewerker of team. Meestal worden deze OKR en KPI beoordeeld door het management van een specifiek bedrijf, zoals het hoofd van de afdeling, manager of HRD. OKR staat voor Objectives and Key Result. OKR verwijst naar doelen (doelstellingen) die zo beschrijvend, opgesomd en zo uitdagend mogelijk zijn gemaakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het doel van het bedrijf om OKR te gebruiken is om na te denken over de prioriteiten en capaciteiten van de werknemers, wat van invloed zal zijn op de resultaten. KPI\u2019s staan voor Key Performance Indicators, dit zijn meetbare waarden die bepalend zijn voor de effectiviteit van medewerkers en teams in het gefocust werken. Bovendien zijn strategie\u00ebn, doelstellingen en doelstellingen bedoeld om de bedrijfsontwikkeling te zien in het bedrijf waar de werknemers werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het defini\u00ebren van het bestaan van OKR&#039;s en KPI&#039;s bij het stimuleren van het bedrijfssysteem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een ander verschil betreft de frequentie van het indienen en rapporteren van gegevens. Elke KPI heeft een andere frequentie en is doorgaans langer, bijvoorbeeld een kwartaal en vaker per jaar. De frequentie van OKR kan wekelijks, maandelijks tot driemaandelijks zijn, dus de tijd is korter dan KPI. De doelstellingen worden afzonderlijk binnen KPI&#039;s geschreven, terwijl bij OKR de cijfers of deadlines in \u00e9\u00e9n keer worden geregistreerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bovendien wordt het KPI-systeem over het algemeen geassocieerd met bonussen, terwijl het bij OKR niet wordt geassocieerd met beloningen. Het wordt aanbevolen om niet geassocieerd te worden met bonussen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ondertussen gebruikt KPI bij de voorbereiding een top-downbenadering, afgeleid van het bovenstaande niveau. Ondertussen gebruikt OKR over het algemeen een bottom-up- of zijwaartse benadering, namelijk input van het lagere niveau, of het kan van opzij komen, ook wel samenwerking van andere eenheden genoemd. De aard van KPI is het bereiken van een groter maar nog steeds realistisch doel. Vergelijk dit met OKR, dat ambitieus van hart is en soms zelfs onrealistisch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het vormen van OKR en KPI <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/nl\/what-is-okr\/\">KPI&#039;s brengen kwaliteit en kwantiteit in evenwicht, en hun prestatie moet 100% zijn. In OKR hoeft het niet in evenwicht te zijn, en de prestatie ervan bij 60-70% wordt als goed beschouwd.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door het systeem grondig te versterken door OKR&#039;s te implementeren, is er een optie waar we naar streven: de eerste optie, het OKR-systeem in zijn geheel implementeren en het oude systeem in gebruik nemen. Opties hier zijn geschikt voor startups die nog niet eerder een plan hebben of voor bedrijven die vinden dat het gebruikte KPI-systeem niet effectief is in het verbeteren van hun prestaties. Gebruik dus het OKR-systeem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De tweede optie is om de relevante KPI\u2019s om te zetten in OKR\u2019s. OKR is dus gestructureerd op basis van de momenteel bestaande KPI&#039;s. Het resultaat is dat er slechts \u00e9\u00e9n systeem wordt gebruikt, namelijk OKR. Normaal gesproken zal de KPI tijdens het transformatieproces het operationele type OKR worden en vervolgens ambitieuze OKR toevoegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GPS en statistieken gebruiken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De betreffende meetgegevens zijn bijvoorbeeld een snelheidsmeter om de snelheid van iemands auto te meten en enkele meetgegevens die de beschikbare hoeveelheid benzine aangeven. Deze persoon moet ook letten op de statistieken op zijn autodashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als iemand zijn bestemming snel wil bereiken, wat gebeurt er dan als hij de statistiek voor uitgeput gas negeert? Hun auto kan uiteraard niet meer rijden. Laten we de analogie eerder ontleden. In de analogie zijn er drie delen, namelijk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strategie is dit besluitvormingsproces, zoals het kiezen van de toeristische bestemming die men wil leiden.<\/li><li>OKR&#039;s zijn, in deze analogie, GPS die ons helpt op koers te blijven naar onze bestemming.<\/li><li>KPI helpt ons de staat van de auto te controleren en te controleren of alles in orde is, zoals aangegeven door de statistieken in de auto.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simpel gezegd is OKR een hulpmiddel om ervoor te zorgen dat we op de goede weg richting onze doelen lopen. Ondertussen is KPI een hulpmiddel om te controleren of wij en de dingen die nodig zijn om dat doel te bereiken in orde zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR- en KPI-overeenkomsten&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR vertegenwoordigt de keuzes van bedrijven over het toewijzen van tijd en energie en maakt het gemakkelijker om individuele, team- en afdelingsacties te co\u00f6rdineren om bedrijfsbrede doelstellingen te bereiken. Deze twee raamwerken zijn complementair aan elkaar. OKR en KPI hebben iets gemeen. De overeenkomst in de letter \u201cK\u201d is Key. De toetsen in OKR en KPI geven meetbare indicatoren aan en geven prioriteit aan welke onderdelen zich moeten concentreren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het gebruik van OKR\u2019s en KPI\u2019s biedt beide voordelen bij de implementatie ervan. Met OKR zijn dit de voordelen van de implementatie ervan:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kan de betrokkenheid vergroten wanneer iemand bedrijfsdoelen wil bereiken die aansluiten bij het hebben van een positieve impact op werknemers<\/li><li>In staat om bedrijfsdoelstellingen, individuen en teams met elkaar te verbinden door samen te werken om hetzelfde doel te bereiken<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dat maakt het voor het team gemakkelijker om een idee af te wijzen. Hoewel de gegeven uitspraken goed zijn, kunnen ze worden afgewezen als ze niet overeenkomen met het beoogde object. Ze maakten het gemakkelijker om gedachten met een lage prioriteit uit te stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het verschil tussen OKR en KPI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zoals hierboven beschreven, zal OKR elke werkactiviteit op het goede spoor houden om de bedrijfsdoelen te bereiken. Bovendien kan de focus van OKR van kwartaal tot kwartaal veranderen, afhankelijk van de prioriteit van wat we willen doen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desondanks bepaalt KPI of de werkzaamheden voldoen aan de indicatoren om de bedrijfsdoelen te bereiken. Deze KPI&#039;s zijn doorgaans van kwartaal tot kwartaal hetzelfde. Beide zijn dus even goed en helpen het bedrijf zijn doelen te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat doelstellingen betreft, hebben KPI en OKR geen groot verschil. Beide zijn in gelijke mate een maatstaf voor succes en prestatie. Beide hebben iets gemeen: Key = Key op de letter K. KPI en OKR benadrukken de Key tot de ingestelde meting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het fundamentele verschil is dat als OKR er is om een prominenter en concreter doel te bereiken, KPI een maatstaf is voor het bereiken van dat grote doel. KPI is onderdeel van OKR, waarbij KPI kan worden gebruikt ter ondersteuning van OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR versus KPI: de voor- en nadelen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Voordelen van OKR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>OKR&#039;s helpen bij het defini\u00ebren van agressieve doelstellingen en bedrijven kunnen ongetwijfeld hi\u00ebrarchische doelstellingen aanpassen aan individuele\/groepsdoelstellingen.<\/li><li>Het is niet moeilijk om grenzen te stellen en korte cycli te maken, wat de deur opent naar constante input, correspondentie en training.<\/li><li>Maakt objectieve beoordeling van de uitvoering<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nadelen van OKR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Er is enige kennis nodig van de meest bekwame methode om levensvatbare OKR&#039;s te karakteriseren voordat elk bedrijf de echte voordelen begrijpt<\/li><li>Het instellen van een buitensporig aantal OKR&#039;s kan de reden desintegreren en het moeilijk maken om ze te verwezenlijken.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Voordelen van KPI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bereikt doelstellingen sneller en in de juiste snelheid<\/li><li>Deze structuur helpt vertegenwoordigers bij het beheersen van hun doelstellingen en maakt het eenvoudig om doelen langzaam en zorgvuldig te bereiken, waardoor het eenvoudig wordt om de resultaten te kwantificeren.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nadelen van KPI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Het verzamelen van inzichten is een test en het defini\u00ebren van zo&#039;n groot aantal doelstellingen kan verwarrend zijn<\/li><li>Het vergt investeringen om KPI\u2019s vast te stellen, vertegenwoordigers op te leiden en vaardigheid te verwerven in de cyclus<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De punten zijn meegenomen: zijn beide even betere instrumenten voor het formuleren van bedrijfsdoelen?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze raamwerken kennen niet zulke grote verschillen in termen van doelstellingen. Bovendien zijn beide maatstaven voor succes en prestatie. Ze hebben allebei iets gemeen. Bovendien benadrukken zowel KPI als OKR de sleutel tot meten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het fundamentele verschil is dat wanneer OKR wordt gebruikt om een duidelijker doel te bereiken, KPI een maatstaf is om het doel te bereiken. Uit deze beschrijving kunnen we concluderen dat als beide even goed zijn, KPI zelfs onderdeel kan zijn van OKR, zodat KPI kan worden gebruikt ter ondersteuning van OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De resultaten van OKR versus KPI zijn dus afhankelijk van elk bedrijf en kunnen van beide raamwerken worden afgeleid. De subjectiviteit van superieuren zal afnemen, zodat werknemers een groeisfeer zullen voelen die hun prestaties op natuurlijke wijze kan stimuleren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desondanks bepaalt KPI of de werkzaamheden voldoen aan de indicatoren om de bedrijfsdoelen te bereiken. Deze KPI&#039;s zijn doorgaans van kwartaal tot kwartaal hetzelfde. Bovendien zijn beide even goed en helpen ze het bedrijf zijn primaire doel te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
