aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het wordt gebruikt om bedrijfsdoelen te bevorderen en het verbetert op productieve wijze de samenwerking en correspondentie binnen een organisatie. Net als OKR&#039;s worden zowel SCRUM als OKR&#039;s gebruikt om doelstellingen te ordenen en te defini\u00ebren. Het is zo bekend geworden bij tal van bekende bedrijven. Uit zijn fictie kan worden afgeleid dat het groepen helpt bij het bereiken van zeer agressieve doelen in een uitzonderlijk kort tijdsbestek. daarom zal dit artikel een raamwerk uitwerken dat bestaat uit OKR- en SCRUM-differentiatie, evenals hun overeenkomsten met het bereiken van doelen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR (Objective Key Results) is een methode voor het formuleren en plannen van doelen die een team, individu of organisatie helpt de doelen meetbaar te defini\u00ebren en bij te houden hoe ze verlopen. OKR is ontworpen om organisaties te helpen langetermijndoelen te stellen in dagen in plaats van maanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De aard van OKR is ook anders. OKR heeft meetbare, flexibele, transparante en ambitieuze eigenschappen. Meestal worden doelen bepaald door een leider, en later kunnen alle teamleden erachter komen wat andere teamleden doen om deze doelen te bereiken. Daarom heet het transparant. Het voorbereiden van deze OKR kan eenvoudig worden genoemd, maar vereist een snel werkritme. Het perspectief en de creativiteit van teamleden zullen het team zeer ten goede komen om gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SCRUM is een projectmanagementmethode die vaak wordt gebruikt om software en andere complexe producten te ontwikkelen. Het SCRUM-framework is licht en wendbaar, waardoor het geschikt is om problemen snel op te lossen. SCRUM&#039;s belangrijkste focuspunt legt de nadruk op het procesraamwerk en niet op methoden. SCRUM beheert alledaagse activiteiten die ons helpen dichter bij ons doel te komen. Het gebruik van OKR&#039;s om scrum te voltooien, helpt ons bij het kiezen van welke functionaliteiten we willen cre\u00ebren wanneer we ons concentreren op hoogtepunten die we maken. We gebruiken emotionele maatregelen. Met OKR&#039;s hebben we echter een objectieve basis: brengt dit onderdeel ons dichter bij het doel?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Belangrijk is na het maken van de OKR juist in het toezicht- of controlegedeelte zorgvuldig de uitvoering van het actieplan om de OKR te bereiken. De uitvoering van controle is waar het ritueel van monitoringactiviteiten erg belangrijk wordt. Het actieplan is de plek waar het coachingsproces van het team wordt uitgevoerd. Uiteindelijk is teamwork dat aanvoelt als \u00e9\u00e9n en \u00e9\u00e9n doel belangrijker. Er is Vertrouwen of Vertrouwen tussen leden met elkaar. Er is een kwaliteit van gezond gesprek en iedereen durft zijn gedachten vrijuit te uiten. Er is een proces van constructieve feedback geven en er is ook oprechte erkenning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-the-existence-of-okr-for-company-compares-to-scrum\">Het bestaan van OKR for Company is vergelijkbaar met SCRUM.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR helpt het team in het bedrijf bij het evalueren van inspanningen om doelen te bereiken. OKR is een uniek werkbeheersysteem omdat een bedrijf door OKR te bepalen gevoelig kan zijn voor en kan reageren op veranderingen. Dit komt omdat de markeringen alleen voor de korte termijn worden gemaakt. Ik heb het gevoel dat OKR meer is dan alleen het stellen van doelen en specifieke manieren van meten. Naar mijn mening is OKR breder dan dat. OKR kan een mindset vormen in de rituelen van ons dagelijkse werksysteem. Dus als ik OKR mag omschrijven als een systematische methode die wordt gebruikt om doelen te bepalen (goal-setting) en hoe de verwezenlijking van deze doelen kan worden gemeten. OKR helpt bij het focussen op de werkprioriteiten die nodig zijn om deze doelen te bereiken en hoe de rituele activiteiten zijn om de uitvoering van het actieplan te bewaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Het belangrijkste onderdeel is niet alleen het maken van de OKR. Het is de uitvoering en monitoring van de OKR. Het is alsof dit geen sprint maar een marathon is.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoewel SCRUM-processen de onafhankelijkheid beperken, omdat ze draaien om het vermogen van de groep om het door de klant gewenste nut over te brengen. Wanneer OKR dicht bij SCRUM wordt uitgevoerd, ligt de nadruk op het voldoen aan de functionaliteiten die worden gekarakteriseerd in Key Results, te beginnen met de door de klant gedefinieerde functies. Bij het veranderen van onze kijk en het overgaan van &quot;De ideale kenmerken van de klant overbrengen&quot; naar &quot;Belangrijkste resultaten bereiken die met de klant zijn overeengekomen&quot;, kunnen collega&#039;s vertrouwen op hun onafhankelijkheid om aan hun OKR&#039;s te voldoen, veel meer dan wanneer ze voor andermans doelen werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-pros-and-cons-of-using-okrs-and-scrum\">Voors en tegens van het gebruik van OKR&#039;s en SCRUM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De SCRUM-techniek kan een bekwaam raamwerk zijn voor het snel cre\u00ebren van complexe taken in afgemeten organisatiedoelstellingen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-objectives-and-characterizing\">Doelstellingen en karakterisering<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De SCRUM-cyclus heeft geen eenduidige definitie van doelstellingen. Bovendien lijkt het erop dat &#039;doelstellingen&#039; eenvoudig zijn en dat het een gok is om ze niet te karakteriseren. Werknemers verliezen onverwachts de helderheid van \u00e9\u00e9n sectie en er is geen gedeeld begrip tussen groepen over wat elke doelstelling inderdaad inhoudt. OKR vereist dat de twee doelstellingen en het belangrijkste resultaat worden gemaakt op basis van SMART-normen, waardoor volledige transparantie wordt geboden aan elke groep en persoon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-achievement-standards-explanation\">Prestatienormen uitleg<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keer op keer wordt de welvaart van een scrum-onderneming beoordeeld op basis van kwaliteit. Slagers zijn geen redelijke manier om de aard van het beroep te bepalen. Om dit probleem aan te pakken, zijn OKR&#039;s volledig gericht op het resultaat en, in het algemeen, bedrijfsresultaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De OKR-techniek compenseert alles wat de scrum-interactie doorgaans nodig heeft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"7-the-case-of-okr-as-main-character-tools-for-google\">Het geval van OKR als hoofdpersonagetools voor Google<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2012 voerde Google onderzoek uit onder de naam Project Aristoteles om het geheim te vinden van het vormen van &#039;The Dream Team&#039;. Het blijkt dat het bouwen van een geweldig team niet bepaald wordt door alleen de beste mensen te verzamelen. De realiteit is niet zo eenvoudig. Zijn onderzoek concludeert dat dit in geweldige teams tot uiting komt in de gevoeligheid tussen teamleden, en wat nog belangrijker is, ze luisteren naar elkaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aan het einde van deze bevindingen kunnen we de twee raamwerken gebruiken. OKR&#039;s helpen groepen bij het formuleren van de algemene doelstellingen van een vereniging of groep. Scrum rust groepen uit met een interactie voor het uitvoeren van complexe ondernemingen. Het is van cruciaal belang dat de schema&#039;s die door Scrum-groepen worden afgebroken, de doelstellingen ondersteunen die in de OKR&#039;s zijn gecommuniceerd.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
