aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u klaar bent om OKR&#039;s in te voeren, wilt u plannen om OKR in uw bedrijf te implementeren. Ervan uitgaande dat je een training hebt gedaan (of je onderzoek hebt gedaan), en iedereen begrijpt het en is aan boord voor OKR&#039;s, kies je benadering van de eerste OKR-cyclus zeer zorgvuldig. De eerste keer dat u een OKR-cyclus probeert, mislukt u waarschijnlijk. Dit is een gevaarlijke situatie, aangezien uw team gedesillusioneerd kan raken door de aanpak en niet bereid is om ze opnieuw te ondernemen. U wilt een sterke tool niet verliezen, simpelweg omdat het wat tijd kost om het onder de knie te krijgen. Er zijn drie benaderingen die u kunt gebruiken om dit risico terug te dringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Laat \u00e9\u00e9n team OKR&#039;s adopteren voordat het hele bedrijf dat doet.<\/strong> Kies een onafhankelijk team dat alle talenten heeft om hun doelen te realiseren. Kies geen gebroken team; kies een gezond, goed presterend team dat houdt van continue verbetering. Wacht een cyclus of twee tot ze hun aanpak hebben geperfectioneerd en bazuin vervolgens hun succes uit. Teams zullen enthousiast zijn om hetzelfde soort succes en lof te ervaren en zullen meer bereid zijn om OKR&#039;s te gebruiken. In de loop der jaren is bewezen dat dit de meest succesvolle benadering is voor het toepassen van OKR&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Begin met slechts \u00e9\u00e9n OKR voor het hele bedrijf.<\/strong> Door een gemakkelijk doel voor het bedrijf te stellen, ziet uw team dat het hoofdteam zichzelf aan een hoge standaard houdt. Het zal niet verbazen als ze volgend kwartaal worden gevraagd om een equivalent te proberen. En door het niet trapsgewijze uit te voeren, vereenvoudigt u de implementatie en ziet u welke groep hun werk zal afstemmen op de OKR en wie coaching nodig heeft. Dit is een goede aanpak als je een relatief klein bedrijf bent dat focus nodig heeft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Begin met het toepassen van OKR&#039;s op projecten, om mensen te trainen in de Objective-Result-mindset.<\/strong> Vraag elke keer dat u een projectvoorstel heeft: &quot;Wat is het doel van dit project?&quot; en &quot;Hoe weten we allemaal of we geslaagd zijn?&quot; Deze aanpak werkt goed bij bedrijven die niet gewend zijn om datagedreven te zijn. Zodra mensen leren hun dagelijkse activiteiten te evalueren door de impact die ze hebben te meten, kunt u OKR&#039;s introduceren als een manier om de strategie in het hele bedrijf te stimuleren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door klein te beginnen en u te concentreren op het leren hoe OKR&#039;s in uw organisatie zullen werken, vergroot u de kans dat uw bedrijf een resultaatgerichte aanpak hanteert en vermindert u het gevaar van een gedesillusioneerd team. Probeer OKR&#039;s niet in \u00e9\u00e9n keer in het hele bedrijf te implementeren. In de afgelopen zes jaar dat ik bedrijven heb geholpen om OKR&#039;s in te voeren, krijg ik steeds hetzelfde verhaal. Ik pak de telefoon en hoor: &#039;We hebben OKR&#039;s uitgeprobeerd en het ging slecht. De teams willen ze niet meer gebruiken.\u201d Ik heb al eerder gezegd, OKR&#039;s zijn eenvoudig en moeilijk. Een marathon lopen is ook eenvoudig en moeilijk. Je probeert het niet in \u00e9\u00e9n keer te doen. Je bouwt ernaar toe. Bedrijven proberen met OKR&#039;s in het diepe te springen. Dan vertraagt het de productiviteit en frustreert het het hele bedrijf. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is beter om met een kleine pilot te beginnen en een aantal van deze problemen te vermijden: Ondersteuningsteams hebben moeite om zich aan te passen aan de OKR&#039;s van het bedrijf. Dit is logisch, aangezien financi\u00ebn, HR en klantenondersteuning veel meer bezig zijn met het aanhouden van de lichten. In de eerste maanden van de overstap naar OKR&#039;s is het beter om ondersteuningsteams gefocust te laten zijn op gezondheidsstatistieken en zich geen zorgen te maken over OKR&#039;s. Het is moeilijk om erachter te komen welke kernresultaten goede indicatoren voor succes zijn. Veel bedrijven willen OKR&#039;s gebruiken om meer data-ge\u00efnformeerd te worden, maar dit is achterhaald. U moet leren welke statistieken ertoe doen voordat u beslist welke u wilt laten groeien en welke u wilt beschermen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veel bedrijven die OKR&#039;s gebruiken, willen ze perfect uitproberen. Maar perfectie is een illusie die je ervan weerhoudt om naar een eenvoudige startplaats te gaan van waaruit je kunt groeien. Stel jezelf de vraag: &quot;Wat is de kleinst mogelijke startlijn om mijn reis naar succes te beginnen?&quot; Doe dit dan, leer van de ervaring en bekijk de volgende stappen. Het zal langzamer zijn, maar het zal ook beter en robuuster zijn en een groter rendement opleveren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"
