href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/nl\/the-5-characteristics-of-a-good-okrs-objective\/\">5 kenmerken van een goede OKR<\/a> belangrijkste resultaat. Laten we eens kijken naar de 5 aspecten van een goed&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/nl\/what-is-okr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OKR<\/a>. Weerspiegelen uw bestaande OKR&#039;s alle onderstaande punten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-measurable\">1. Meetbaar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eerst en vooral moeten de belangrijkste resultaten meetbaar zijn. Elk sleutelresultaat moet de voortgang en het succes van het team kunnen meten. De voortgang van het Sleutelresultaat moet een kwantitatieve eenheidswaarde hebben, zodat deze kan worden berekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-clear\">2. Wis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De belangrijkste resultaten moeten duidelijk zijn en gemakkelijk gecommuniceerd kunnen worden. U moet de beginwaarde en de doelwaarde duidelijk defini\u00ebren om de voortgang van het Kernresultaat te meten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-connected\">3. Verbonden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het Kernresultaat moet transparant verbonden zijn met de Doelstelling. Key Result kan niet op zichzelf bestaan zonder gekoppeld te zijn aan een Doelstelling. De verwezenlijking van elk sleutelresultaat bepaalt het succes van elke doelstelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-time-bound\">4. Tijdgebonden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key Result moet tijdsgebonden zijn met de start- en eindtijd van alle activiteiten van Key Result. De teamleden moeten alle Key Result-activiteiten binnen het gedefinieerde tijdsbestek voltooien voordat ze worden meegeteld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-challenging\">5. Uitdagend<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het Sleutelresultaat moet uitdagend zijn om te voldoen aan de aard van de uitdagende doelstellingen van OKR. De kans is zeer groot dat de organisatie de gewenste doelstellingen niet zal bereiken als het kernresultaat niet zo uitdagend is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zorg er elke keer dat u klaar bent met het opschrijven van uw Belangrijkste Resultaten voor dat deze aan deze vijf kenmerken voldoen. Om goede algemene OKR&#039;s te hebben, moet u een reeks goederendoelstellingen hebben die gepaard gaan met goede sleutelresultaten. Zodra je deze goede doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten hebt opgeschreven, is het tijd om aan de slag te gaan en die OKR&#039;s te implementeren!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
