aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij het schrijven van uw <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/OKR\">OKR&#039;s<\/a>, moet je beginnen met het schrijven van een set van je <a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/nl\/what-is-okr\/\">Doelstellingen<\/a>. Dit zijn de 5 kenmerken waar je op moet letten bij het schrijven van je doelstellingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-give-direction\">1. Geef richting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een doelstelling moet consistent zijn met de koers van het bedrijf en helpt het bedrijf zijn visie te verwezenlijken. Als u deze doelstelling kunt verwezenlijken, wat zal het bedrijf dan ten goede komen? Of als je dit niet doet, verliest het bedrijf dan op wat voor gebied dan ook kansen of kan het niet groeien?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-very-clear\">2. Heel duidelijk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De doelstellingen moeten heel duidelijk, ondubbelzinnig en begrijpelijk zijn voor het hele bedrijf. Iedereen in het bedrijf moet hetzelfde begrip hebben van het doel van de Doelstelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-bring-positive-change\">3. Breng positieve verandering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doelstellingen moeten een positieve verandering in het bedrijf teweegbrengen, van de oude toestand naar de nieuwe en betere vorm. Het dagelijkse routinewerk kan niet als een doelstelling in OKR&#039;s worden beschouwd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-challenging\">4. Uitdagend<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doelstellingen moeten uitdagend zijn. Het helpt een sprong voorwaarts in het bedrijf te maken. Het beweegt mensen in het bedrijf om hun ware potentieel te bereiken. Als de medewerkers de doelstellingen gemakkelijk kunnen bereiken, zal dit hen niet uitdagen om hun prestaties te verbeteren, te groeien en meer te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-inspiring\">5. Inspirerend<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doelstellingen moeten de medewerkers inspireren om meer te bereiken. Met een goede doelstelling kunnen ze het domino-effect tijdens de voortgang zien, waardoor ze erg trots zijn op hun bijdrage aan de resultaten van de doelstellingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Normaal gesproken heeft u slechts 3-4 doelstellingen per kwartaal, dus zorg ervoor dat al uw doelstellingen deze kenmerken hebben, zodat uw algehele OKR ook goed is. Vervolgens kunt u uitchecken <a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/nl\/the-5-characteristics-of-a-good-okr-key-result\/\">de kenmerken van de goede Kernresultaten<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
