aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Begin 2020, toen we ons realiseerden dat de zaken met het coronavirus ernstiger werden, was het duidelijk dat de gevolgen voor de economie en het bedrijfsleven enorm zouden zijn en dat we ook onze OKR-crises in de gaten moesten houden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een vraag die onze klanten ons begonnen te stellen is: wat gaan we doen met onze <a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/nl\/what-is-okr\/\">OKR&#039;s<\/a>? Moeten we het weggooien?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik dacht er al snel over om een artikel te schrijven over het gebruik van OKR&#039;s in crisistijden, maar ik had een probleem: ik wist niet veel over het omgaan met OKR&#039;s in crisistijden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als manager of ondernemer heb ik nog nooit een crisis meegemaakt, laat staan van deze omvang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daarom besloot ik meer te gaan studeren, met andere managers en specialisten in het veld te praten, er dieper op in te gaan en enkele tests uit te voeren bij onze klanten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gebaseerd op theorie en praktijk, heb ik wat volgens mij acceptabele praktijken zijn samengesteld voor het gebruik van OKR&#039;s in tijden als deze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-don-t-delay-to-act\">Wacht niet langer met handelen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als &quot;<em>Geld is koning<\/em>\u201cWe kunnen zeggen dat de tijd de koningin is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identificeer wat er in uw markt is veranderd, hoeveel gevolgen dit zal hebben, bereid ten minste drie nieuwe plannen voor en beslis welk bedrijf zal volgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dagen hier kunnen het verschil zijn tussen overleven of sterven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-update-the-numbers\">Werk de cijfers bij<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Definieer met het gekozen plan de nieuwe OKR&#039;s voor alle gebieden. Had de commercial een belangrijk resultaat waarbij deze aan 100 kleine bedrijven zou moeten worden verkocht? Schakel over naar iets realistisch: wat dacht je van 30? Of misschien 120? Het zal afhangen van uw bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het heeft geen zin dat teams doelen hebben waarvan ze niet langer denken dat ze haalbaar zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-focus-even-more\">Nog meer focus<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hadden de teams vijf doelpunten? Richt op slechts \u00e9\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waren er vijf kernresultaten per doelstelling? Zet er maar twee of drie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uiteindelijk zou elk team slechts \u00e9\u00e9n doel moeten hebben met twee of drie belangrijke resultaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hulpbronnen zijn schaarser geworden en we moeten precies weten waar we meer energie kunnen steken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-increase-the-frequency-of-monitoring\">Verhoog de frequentie van monitoring<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zoals we al eerder zeiden: tijd is superbelangrijk. Nog nooit is de vluchtige en onzekere wereld van VUCA zo vluchtig en zo onzeker geweest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De waarheid van de ene week is niet de waarheid voor de volgende week, en we moeten te allen tijde updaten en actie ondernemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verhoog de frequentie van al het OKR-beheer. De incheckvergadering moet wekelijks plaatsvinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In het tweede kwartaal doen we bijvoorbeeld maandelijkse OKR&#039;s omdat we elke maand andere tactieken willen leren en toepassen. Ze waren tenslotte elke maand heel anders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-game-has-changed-also-look-for-effort\">Het spel is veranderd; zoek ook naar inspanning<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E\u00e9n ding waar ik het altijd over heb, is dat OKR er niet in is geslaagd de inspanning te meten. Het is ontworpen om resultaten te meten en een positieve impact op het bedrijf te hebben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Te midden van al deze verwarring werkten veel processen echter niet meer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De hoeveelheid gegenereerde leads, de conversie, het gebruik van het product, de geplande bijeenkomsten, de absolute volumes en de conversiepercentages verschilden van moment tot moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het heeft dus geen zin om alleen de belangrijkste resultaten naar het bedrijfsresultaat te kijken, omdat deze misschien niet zo uitkomen als gedacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Combineer dit met de belangrijkste resultaten van inspanningen (voorlopende indicatoren) om ervoor te zorgen dat we ons best doen bij cruciale acties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voorbeeld van een klantsucces-OKR:<br><strong>Objectief<\/strong>: Niemand zal weggaan!<br><strong>Belangrijkste resultaat 1<\/strong>: Garandeer een maximaal nettoverloop van 5%;<br><strong>Belangrijkste resultaat 2<\/strong>: een ondersteuningsgesprek voeren met de 200 belangrijkste klanten van het bedrijf;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-do-not-give-up\">Geef niet op!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veel bedrijven waren niet in staat deze transactie tot stand te brengen en gaven het gebruik van OKR of andere managementmethoden op.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer mensen het meest bang zijn, verdwaald, zonder communicatie, enz., hebben sommige bedrijven het belangrijkste instrument van richting en focus van het bedrijf weggenomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De tip is dus: geef niet op, volg deze en andere informatie en ga weer op het goede spoor. Anders kunnen uw teams de regie verliezen, en daarmee ook het bedrijf.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"
