Door overkoepelende doelen te defini\u00ebren, biedt de Executive een duidelijke visie waar de hele organisatie naartoe kan werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Executive speelt een cruciale rol bij het effectief communiceren van deze doelstellingen naar de hele organisatie. De Executive cre\u00ebert een gevoel van doelgerichtheid en richting door ervoor te zorgen dat iedere medewerker de doelstellingen en beweegredenen van het bedrijf begrijpt. Dit bevordert de afstemming en betrokkenheid onder medewerkers en motiveert hen om deze doelstellingen te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"okr-champion-or-manager\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR-kampioen of manager<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De tweede sleutelrol in het OKR-systeem is de OKR-kampioen of -manager. Deze rol is verantwoordelijk voor het faciliteren van het OKR-proces binnen de organisatie. De OKR-kampioen is cruciaal bij het implementeren en adopteren van OKR\u2019s binnen teams en afdelingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De OKR Champion begeleidt en ondersteunt teams en individuen tijdens het OKR-traject.
