Het is een eenvoudig systeem dat tot doel heeft de betrokkenheid te vergroten en de creativiteit van teamleden te ontketenen.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-ed7b796f\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Het overbruggen van de uitvoeringskloof en het cre\u00ebren van afstemming op de strategie\u00ebn in de organisatie is een van de belangrijkste voordelen van OKR\u2019s. Het doel is ervoor te zorgen dat elk teamlid dezelfde kant op gaat en duidelijke prioriteiten hanteert.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-3854a804\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">OKR&#039;s zijn ge\u00efntroduceerd door Andy Grove, voormalig CEO van Intel, en naar Google gebracht door John Doerr, een durfkapitalist. OKR&#039;s hebben de groei van Google ondersteund van 40 werknemers naar meer dan 100.000 vandaag.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-d36e21b7\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Het Objective and Key Results-framework is echter niet alleen bedoeld voor startups en technologiebedrijven. BMW, Walmart, ING Bank, Siemens en GE gebruiken ook OKR&#039;s en non-profitorganisaties zoals de Bill &amp; Melinda Gates Foundation.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-f396b789 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-49e68eb6\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-018e8131\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong><strong>Eenvoudige doelformule<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5><div class=\"uagb-separator\"><\/div><p class=\"uagb-desc-text\"><strong>\u201c <strong>Ik wil X bereiken, zoals gemeten door Key Metrics, en ik zal x dingen doen om deze Key Results te bereiken.<\/strong> \u201d<\/strong><br><br>Een goed doel moet beschrijven wat u gaat bereiken en hoe u deze prestatie gaat meten. Meting is wat een tastbaar doel maakt. Doelstellingen moeten inspirerend, boeiend en gemakkelijk te begrijpen zijn. We kunnen er bijvoorbeeld naar streven om \u201cde klantervaring op onze website te verbeteren.\u201d Dit klinkt veelbelovend, maar hoe kunnen we bepalen of de ervaring uitzonderlijk is? Het is belangrijk om te onthouden dat we zonder meting geen duidelijk doel hebben. Daarom hebben we belangrijke resultaten nodig. Hoe kunnen we meten of we een uitstekende klantervaring hebben geleverd? Net Promoter Score (NPS) en Churn Rate Reduction zijn goede opties om dit te meten. Zijn onze klanten zo tevreden over onze producten of diensten dat ze ons zouden aanbevelen en zaken met ons willen blijven doen? Alleen vertrouwen op NPS en herhaalaankopen kan echter een verkeerd signaal afgeven. Het zou ons kunnen aanmoedigen om koste wat het kost prioriteit te geven aan klanttevredenheid. Daarom moeten we ook een maatstaf opnemen zoals Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). Wij streven ernaar tevreden gebruikers of klanten te hebben en tegelijkertijd de kosten effectief te beheren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-uagb-columns uagb-columns__wrap
