Minder is meer: focus op wat er echt toe doet voor uw organisatie en team. Minder OKR&#039;s zijn beter.<br>2. Stel ten minste 50% van de doelen van onderaf op: de krachtigste OKR&#039;s komen vaak uit de teams. OKR&#039;s kunnen deze teamleden helpen te zien hoe hun werk is afgestemd op en bijdraagt aan algemene doelen.<br>3. Geen dicteren: collectieve overeenkomsten zijn essentieel om het behalen van doelen te maximaliseren.\u00a0<br>4. Blijf flexibel: Als u merkt dat u de verkeerde kant opgaat, kunt u tijdens de OKR-cyclus uw belangrijkste resultaten bijstellen<br>5. Durf te falen: Het is goed om OKR&#039;s te hebben gepleegd, dingen waarvan iedereen het erover eens is dat ze moeten worden bereikt. Maar een van de meest overtuigende aspecten van OKR&#039;s is de &#039;ambitieuze OKR&#039;. Als je op weg bent naar Mars maar op de maan landt, is dat nog steeds een enorme stap op weg naar je doel.\u00a0<br>6. Een hulpmiddel, geen wapen: gebruik geen OKR&#039;s voor compensatie of bonussysteem. U cre\u00ebert een zandzakkensysteem in uw organisatie.<br>7. Wees geduldig: OKR&#039;s zijn vallen en opstaan. Het kan een paar cycli duren voordat ze natuurlijk aanvoelen of zelfs goed gaan.
