– Now that you have your Objectives and Key Results written and aligned, it’s now to track the progress of your OKR. – Following up on progress is important to keep track of the OKR progress consistently. – You can keep track of OKR progress with regular check-ins – Regular check-ins can be done either weekly or bi-weekly – Your check-ins should be short – Keep it to 15-30 minutes only – During the checking, you can discuss – Past highlights – Issues and blockers – Upcoming priorities – There are two main updates to be shared during the check-in – 1. the current value of the Key Results – 2. the confidence status for both Objectives and Key Results – You can also use check-in to assign ownership to the upcoming priorities.
