organizzazioni &quot;implementano&quot; gli OKR.<br>Pochissimi <strong>abilitare gli OKR in modo sostenibile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partono con energia, lanciano modelli, organizzano workshop e, sei mesi dopo, gli OKR svaniscono silenziosamente sullo sfondo. Il problema raramente \u00e8 il framework in s\u00e9.
