La maggior parte dei membri del team desidera a <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/02\/people-want-3-things-from-work-but-most-companies-are-built-around-only-one\"><strong>Causa, carriera e comunit\u00e0.<\/strong><\/a> Vogliono sentirsi parte di qualcosa di &quot;pi\u00f9 grande&quot;, che esiste anche una reale opportunit\u00e0 di avanzamento di carriera e che fanno parte di una squadra che condivide gli stessi valori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un elemento essenziale per creare team ad alte prestazioni \u00e8 supportare l\u2019allineamento dei comportamenti del team allo scopo (causa) dell\u2019azienda. In generale, quando i membri del team percepiscono veramente che il loro lavoro ha un impatto positivo e aggiunge valore agli altri, saranno pi\u00f9 propensi a perseguire obiettivi di vasta portata e a migliorare se stessi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un vero senso e una comprensione dello scopo possono aiutare i team a stimolare le prestazioni OKR. Durante i workshop sull&#039;impostazione dell&#039;OKR, l&#039;obiettivo \u00e8 spesso quello di allineare gli obiettivi con la visione dell&#039;azienda e in modo interfunzionale. Oltre alla &quot;norma&quot; dell&#039;allineamento degli OKR, allineiamo gli OKR allo scopo dell&#039;azienda e ci stiamo dando una migliore possibilit\u00e0 di rendere gli OKR pi\u00f9 efficaci e sostenibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simonsinek.com\/stories\/learn-simons-simple-exercise-for-finding-your-why\/\">Scopo<\/a> un &#039;motore di energia&#039;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prendiamo come esempio la dichiarazione di intenti della NorthWest Airlines: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018&#039;\u2018<strong>Mettiamo in contatto le persone con ci\u00f2 che conta nella loro vita<\/strong>\u2018&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Ci\u00f2 significherebbe che come piloti, ospiti di volo e hostess e come altri membri dell&#039;equipaggio, non stiamo semplicemente portando le persone verso una destinazione, ma portiamo nel cuore la consapevolezza mentre svolgiamo i nostri compiti che stiamo collegando le persone alle loro famiglie, amici e collegamenti d&#039;affari cruciali. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seguire uno scopo significa che non stiamo svolgendo il nostro lavoro solo per il gusto di farlo o per guadagnare uno stipendio. Siamo anche pienamente consapevoli e stimolati dalla differenza positiva che stiamo facendo. In questo modo, il nostro lavoro ha pi\u00f9 significato e possiamo collegare i nostri compiti e obiettivi quotidiani a questo significato e impatto che stiamo creando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una dichiarazione di intenti non dovrebbe quindi essere semplicemente una dichiarazione ma un principio che prende vita dalla nostra fiducia nell\u2019impatto che stiamo creando e dalle nostre azioni quotidiane allineate alla stessa dichiarazione di intenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una dichiarazione di intenti dovrebbe sia esprimere emozioni sincere illecite sia agire energicamente.
