Una volta completata questa integrazione, \u00e8 necessario verificare il processo misurando e creando report. Tutto quanto sopra richiede una prospettiva pi\u00f9 ampia e le aziende dovrebbero concentrarsi sui guadagni finanziari e sul loro impatto sull\u2019ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SFIDE GENERALI AFFRONTATE DURANTE <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/sustainability\/our-insights\/how-to-make-esg-real\">IMPLEMENTAZIONI ESG<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ho chiesto a Susanne quali siano le sfide generali che le aziende devono affrontare quando implementano una strategia ESG. Ha subito sottolineato che tutto inizia con la giusta mentalit\u00e0: anzich\u00e9 considerare i fattori ESG come un peso, \u00e8 meglio considerarli come un\u2019opportunit\u00e0 per migliorare il successo e la competitivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inizialmente, l\u2019ESG pu\u00f2 essere costoso e il fattore costo pu\u00f2 essere impegnativo. Garantire che i prodotti vengano acquistati da una fonte sostenibile pu\u00f2 richiedere costi iniziali significativi. Le aziende potrebbero avere difficolt\u00e0 con questi costi, soprattutto quando non vedono un ritorno immediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un\u2019altra sfida sottolineata da Susanne riguarda le aspettative degli stakeholder. Essere aperti crea fiducia non solo internamente ma anche esternamente. Sebbene la questione dell\u2019impatto ambientale riceva spesso la massima attenzione, gli aspetti sociali e di governance sono altrettanto importanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trasformare in azione una strategia ESG significa innanzitutto pianificare il rispetto dell\u2019ambiente, trattare i propri dipendenti in modo equo e gestire onestamente la propria azienda. Un secondo passo per tradurre in azione il tuo piano ESG \u00e8 creare obiettivi chiari che corrispondano ai valori della tua azienda. Questi obiettivi dovrebbero rappresentare un miglioramento dell\u2019ambiente, degli aspetti sociali e della governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In terzo luogo, rendere l\u2019ESG parte di ogni decisione \u00e8 un aspetto importante che pu\u00f2 portare ad un\u2019azione fiduciosa. Ci\u00f2 aiuta tutti i soggetti coinvolti a tenere sempre presenti i criteri ESG. Ricevere feedback dagli stakeholder interni ed esterni pu\u00f2 rafforzare il piano ESG e aumentare notevolmente le possibilit\u00e0 di esecuzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettere in atto una strategia ESG richiede tempo. Si tratta di uno sforzo ben applicato poich\u00e9, in definitiva, l\u2019attuazione efficace di una strategia ESG garantir\u00e0 che voi, come azienda, abbiate un impatto positivo sull\u2019ambiente, tratterete bene le persone e gestirete la vostra azienda in modo affidabile. Quando la base del processo decisionale, se scegliere fornitori o prodotti, \u00e8 ESG, \u00e8 probabile che realizzerai la tua visione nel tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">METRICHE ESG<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondo Susanne, misurare il successo di un\u2019implementazione ESG richiede una combinazione di parametri qualitativi e quantitativi. Dobbiamo identificare le misure adeguate per i tre elementi: ambiente, sociale e governance. Ci\u00f2 pu\u00f2 includere parametri famosi come la riduzione delle emissioni di carbonio, i rifiuti sottratti alle discariche, la diversit\u00e0 nella leadership, i punteggi di soddisfazione dei dipendenti e altro ancora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questi parametri ci guidano nello stabilire quali sono i nostri punti di forza e cosa dobbiamo migliorare. Come azienda, puoi anche acquisire maggiore potere utilizzando quadri di reporting esistenti e standardizzati come l&#039;iniziativa di reporting globale.
