Smith<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex Smith lavorava in un ambiente di agenzia Ha sviluppato le sue teorie su ci\u00f2 che le grandi aziende stavano facendo per differenziarsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Il punto dolente<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Man mano che vendi il lavoro strategico, impari che la maggior parte delle aziende non ha una strategia. Non hanno un piano perch\u00e9 non gli passa nemmeno per la testa: non sanno quello che non sanno. Ci\u00f2 significa che \u00e8 complicato vendere lavoro strategico perch\u00e9 nessuno lo acquista. Generalmente vendi qualcosa che nessuno vuole perch\u00e9 nessuno sa che manca alla sua attivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il marketing di Alex per la sua attivit\u00e0,<a href=\"https:\/\/basicarts.org\/\"> <strong>Arti di base<\/strong>,<\/a> \u00e8 quindi altamente formativo, poich\u00e9 pochissime aziende capiscono cosa sia la strategia. I suoi post su LinkedIn semplici ma divertenti e illuminanti esemplificano i suoi sforzi per demistificare la strategia e come le aziende possono smettere di competere e creare il proprio percorso unico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cosa \u00e8 <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/1996\/11\/what-is-strategy\">strategia?<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come leader di pensiero, secondo Alex, non inventi tu quale sia la strategia, n\u00e9 come realizzarla. \u00c8 d&#039;accordo con la definizione di strategia della Harvard Business Review: &quot;Differenze significative rispetto alla concorrenza che puoi preservare&quot;. \u00c8 una cosa statica e immutabile. Tuttavia, tutto dipende da come lo capisci e ti impegni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per qualche ragione, le aziende al di sotto, diciamo, di un fatturato di $500 milioni, non hanno una strategia poich\u00e9 interpretano l&#039;approccio delle grandi organizzazioni alla strategia come una pura teoria gestionale con poche o nessuna implicazione pratica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se non puoi permetterti di assumere aziende come McKinsey, che segue un particolare modo di pensare la strategia, l\u2019alternativa a quel modo di pensare \u00e8 non pensare affatto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex ha utilizzato il seguente esempio per illustrare il concetto: &quot;O sei la Shell che sta facendo un lavoro strategico formale, oppure sei un&#039;altra azienda che non fa assolutamente nulla&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il suo lavoro risponde alla domanda: come possiamo parlarne e farlo in modo da non dover essere nell&#039;universo di Harvard o Mckinsey per giocare?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In primo luogo, dipende da come lo articoli: parlarne in un modo che sia facile da capire e divertente. Il modo in cui Alex parla alle persone della strategia \u00e8 dire che:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Devi trovare un modo per vendere qualcosa alle persone che vogliono. Deve anche essere qualcosa che non possono ottenere da nessun&#039;altra parte, e questo \u00e8 l&#039;enigma da risolvere. Se risolvi l&#039;enigma, guadagnerai soldi automaticamente e vincerai la partita. Articolarlo in questo modo lo rende pi\u00f9 accessibile e ora hai qualcosa di tangibile su cui lavorare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando si apre la possibilit\u00e0 democratica di articolarla in modo semplice e, in secondo luogo, si apre la possibilit\u00e0 di gestire la strategia in modo informale e a basso dispendio di risorse, le aziende pi\u00f9 piccole hanno un approccio immediato e attuabile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LA STRATEGIA COME STRUMENTO MOTIVAZIONALE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex definisce la strategia uno &quot;sport amatoriale&quot; poich\u00e9 i pi\u00f9 grandi strateghi della storia non avevano alcuna qualifica formale in strategia. Per lui la responsabilit\u00e0 primaria della strategia \u00e8 uno strumento motivazionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non importa quanto sia intelligente una strategia, \u00e8 inutile se non viene eseguita; pertanto, un piano deve aprirsi la strada per essere eseguito essendo fonte di ispirazione, compreso, emozionante e utilizzato come strumento motivazionale. Gran parte della resistenza alla strategia deriva dal fatto che la strategia \u00e8 noiosa. Il fatto che una particolare strategia sia entusiasmante fornisce un indizio del fatto che al suo interno \u00e8 presente un\u2019intuizione che potrebbe essere molto efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oltre ad essere uno strumento motivazionale, la strategia \u00e8 anche uno strumento di leadership. Pertanto, devi essere consapevole di come presenti l\u2019approccio al pubblico che lo riceve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex consiglia di non considerare la strategia come un&#039;affermazione ma piuttosto come un argomento. Un documento strategico dovrebbe presentare le ragioni per cui faremo questa cosa. In questo modo non viene presentato come un ordine esecutivo. Invece, stai sostenendo una strategia particolare e demistificandola. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puoi semplicemente armare i tuoi collaboratori con l\u2019argomentazione a favore della strategia invece di dire loro di cosa si tratta e cosa fare. Armare i tuoi dipendenti con un argomento a favore di una strategia consente loro di farla propria. Possono possedere la narrazione della strategia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex ha concluso l&#039;intervista con alcune buone notizie: una strategia non \u00e8 qualcosa che devi creare. Si tratta invece di un processo di scoperta sempre latente all\u2019interno dell\u2019azienda.
