come sarai giudicato; la mentalit\u00e0 di crescita ti fa preoccupare di migliorare. <\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><a Dweck<\/strong><\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR non colmeranno tutte le lacune dell&#039;organizzazione n\u00e9 risolveranno tutti i tuoi problemi, ma possono sicuramente avere un immenso impatto positivo su sfide e lacune specifiche se implementati in modo efficace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychologytoday.com\/us\/blog\/on-purpose\/202310\/the-power-of-mindset\">Mentalit\u00e0<\/a> Lacune<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mentalit\u00e0 con cui vengono create le strategie ai massimi livelli dell&#039;azienda spesso \u00e8 diversa da quella di chi deve eseguire le stesse tecniche. Quando coloro che sono incaricati dell\u2019esecuzione della strategia mettono in discussione le strategie, ci\u00f2 viene spesso visto come una resistenza al cambiamento. Questo \u00e8 uno dei tanti motivi per cui la maggior parte delle aziende deve attuare la propria strategia in modo pi\u00f9 efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poich\u00e9 il quadro OKR \u00e8 una metodologia agile per la definizione degli obiettivi, possiamo colmare il &quot;gap di strategia ed esecuzione&quot; e impostare le strategie &quot;in modo agile&quot;. Co-creando strategie e includendo le voci dei membri del team, possiamo apportare maggiore trasparenza e comprensione alla strategia e semplificarla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019orientamento mentale pi\u00f9 produttivo per attualizzare gli OKR \u00e8 una mentalit\u00e0 di crescita. Quando i membri del team soffrono di un orientamento mentale fisso, diventa ancora pi\u00f9 difficile raggiungere gli OKR. Un orientamento mentale fisso ti fa preoccupare di come verrai giudicato e ti fa credere che i limiti al tuo potenziale e alle tue prestazioni che hai fissato nella tua mente siano confini reali e concreti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come dice il proverbio: &quot;Non amareggiarti, migliora&quot;. Una mentalit\u00e0 di crescita ti fa pensare che i fallimenti siano opportunit\u00e0 di apprendimento da trasformare in crescita positiva. Quando hai un orientamento mentale fisso, \u00e8 pi\u00f9 probabile che tu veda solo i problemi e non trovi soluzioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un orientamento con una mentalit\u00e0 di crescita non include l\u2019ignoranza dei problemi, ma sposta invece l\u2019attenzione sul pensiero orientato alla soluzione e su un approccio collaborativo alla risoluzione dei problemi. Ecco perch\u00e9 \u00e8 fondamentale effettuare una ricerca approfondita, creare un piano di implementazione strategico e garantire una formazione OKR completa nella tua organizzazione. \u00c8 anche essenziale il modo in cui comunichi sugli OKR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c8 chiaro a tutti nell&#039;organizzazione il motivo per cui stiamo lanciando OKR?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c8 chiaro a tutti cos&#039;\u00e8 il successo?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c8 chiaro quali sono le aspettative mie e del mio team?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garantendo che tutti gli elementi di un&#039;implementazione OKR di successo siano completamente focalizzati, possiamo colmare la &quot;tirannia del divario tangibile&quot; attraverso gli OKR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lacune di competenze<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confrontando il nostro stato attuale con l&#039;obiettivo futuro desiderato (OKR), potrebbe essere rivelato che alcune lacune di competenze devono essere affrontate per poter realizzare l&#039;OKR che ci siamo prefissati come squadra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dopo aver redatto un OKR o un OKR, possiamo lavorare a stretto contatto con il nostro team delle risorse umane per valutare le lacune di competenze.
