I tuoi unici limiti sono quelli che ti poni.\u201d<\/p>\n<cite>Roy T. Bennet<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Richiediamo il <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2016\/07\/what-foundations-are-missing-about-capacity-building\">risorse finanziarie e umane, capacit\u00e0 di sviluppo delle competenze<\/a><\/strong>ed eccellenza nell&#039;esecuzione per raggiungere gli OKR. Noi richiediamo <strong>fiducia sociale<\/strong> per collaborare e raggiungere i nostri OKR. La fiducia sociale \u00e8 la convinzione che insieme, come squadra, possiamo e realizzeremo grandi cose. I membri del mio team mi sosterranno, completeranno le mie debolezze e mi aiuteranno a crescere, e io far\u00f2 lo stesso per loro in modo che possiamo eccellere e andare avanti insieme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fiducia in se stessi \u00e8 sostenibile e offre valore agli altri solo quando crediamo nelle nostre capacit\u00e0 ma non permettiamo mai a noi stessi di diventare arroganti<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le persone sono spesso disorientate dai livelli estremamente elevati di fiducia di alcuni individui mentre li osservano in un contesto sociale. Questi individui sembrano attrarre facilmente le persone verso di loro, hanno conversazioni allegre, divertenti e interessanti e lasciano impressioni durature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La domanda cruciale \u00e8: sei nato con una certa dose di fiducia e gli altri ne hanno pi\u00f9 di altri, oppure puoi creare fiducia?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La risposta \u00e8 che la fiducia \u00e8 un&#039;abilit\u00e0 e puoi costruirla nel tempo in modo simile a qualsiasi altra abilit\u00e0. Ricevere consigli e guida da un mentore di grande esperienza \u00e8 il complemento ideale per costruire fiducia in se stessi e competenze significative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per aumentare la consapevolezza dell\u2019alto valore del tutoraggio di qualit\u00e0 vale la pena fare il seguente esercizio: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cerca su Google qualsiasi leader, celebrit\u00e0, sportivo o donna famosa e chiedi chi era il suo mentore. Troverai una risposta perch\u00e9 non esiste un &#039;self-made man&#039; o in un momento particolare dei rispettivi viaggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La maggior parte dei leader capisce che deve creare pi\u00f9 leader ed \u00e8 probabile che accetti richieste sincere di guida e tutoraggio.
