OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Considerando gli OKR isolatamente, potrebbero sembrare solo quadri di definizione degli obiettivi. Dopo un esame pi\u00f9 attento e l&#039;applicazione pratica degli obiettivi e dei quadri di risultati chiave, \u00e8 probabile che scoprirai che esistono meccanismi motivanti intrinseci contenuti in questi quadri orientati al futuro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR sono orientati al futuro e mirano a creare gli stati futuri desiderati per l\u2019azienda e tutti i suoi stakeholder e questo processo di creazione congiunta pu\u00f2 essere molto stimolante e motivante.
