class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vengono offerti innumerevoli workshop e corsi sulla leadership e la leadership \u00e8 un argomento di cui si scrive da secoli:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I romani avevano Cesare Augusto e Marco Aurelio, Gengis Khan era un famoso leader mongolo, Margaret Thatcher, Caterina la Grande e Cleopatra diedero colore e valore ai libri di storia. Imparare dagli esempi \u00e8 uno dei tanti ottimi modi per espandere il tuo sviluppo. Quali competenze fondamentali di leadership distinguono i grandi leader dagli altri? E quali competenze chiave di leadership contano di pi\u00f9 quando si considera il successo degli OKR e la loro sostenibilit\u00e0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nonostante tutto quanto sopra, la complessa sfida di sviluppare leader, creare strategie significative, garantire l\u2019esecuzione e mantenere standard di eccellenza operativa incombe e spesso si rivela travolgente per la maggior parte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esistono numerose competenze di leadership, nel contesto della leadership Agile e OKR, le seguenti sono le pi\u00f9 rilevanti e importanti secondo la nostra esperienza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fiducia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando noi come leader non abbiamo fiducia in noi stessi o nei nostri OKR, come possiamo aspettarci che gli altri abbiano fiducia in noi? I leader OKR\/Agile hanno grande fiducia nel potere degli OKR e in se stessi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il tipo di fiducia pi\u00f9 rilevante per il raggiungimento dell\u2019OKR \u00e8 chiamato fiducia sociale. Fiducia sociale significa che quando come leader entro in una stanza piena di membri del mio team, ho una fiducia incrollabile nel fatto che arriveremo insieme a soluzioni alle nostre sfide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fiducia non dovrebbe mai essere confusa con l\u2019arroganza. L&#039;arroganza \u00e8 quando credi di essere migliore degli altri. La fiducia pu\u00f2 essere costruita nel tempo ed \u00e8 una funzione dello sforzo e della concentrazione che le assegni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Costruire la fiducia inizia con lo scrivere le promesse che fai a te stesso e agli altri e a mantenerle. Le tue promesse non mantenute minano sia la tua autostima che la fiducia che gli altri hanno in te. La fiducia \u00e8 un\u2019abilit\u00e0 che pu\u00f2 essere sviluppata ed \u00e8 una delle numerose competenze chiave della leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comunicazione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per essere efficace, la comunicazione relativa agli OKR dovrebbe essere chiara, coerente, facilmente accessibile, concisa e stimolante. La comunicazione dovrebbe inoltre essere in linea con la visione, la cultura aziendale e un chiaro ritorno sull\u2019investimento del tempo impiegato nella comunicazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le incoerenze nella comunicazione combinate con una mancanza di chiarezza possono creare sia confusione che danni al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le comunicazioni dovrebbero essere aperte, liberamente condivise e collaborative. Tutti nell&#039;organizzazione dovrebbero avere voce in capitolo. La comunicazione durante i check-in, i municipi e le revisioni non dovrebbe essere solo chiara ma anche orientata positivamente. Uno standard di comunicazione molto elevato \u00e8 probabilmente la competenza di leadership pi\u00f9 importante e l&#039;abilit\u00e0 di maggior impatto sul raggiungimento dell&#039;OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competenza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I leader dell\u2019OKR dovrebbero avere al proprio attivo una formazione approfondita sull\u2019OKR. Avrai il potere di sostenere gli OKR all&#039;interno della tua organizzazione solo se entrambi avete seguito una serie di corsi OKR e avete applicato praticamente le conoscenze acquisite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un leader OKR deve essere un campione OKR all\u2019interno della propria organizzazione \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un campione OKR \u00e8 qualcuno che ha un profondo livello di conoscenza pratica sugli OKR, \u00e8 un sostenitore ispiratore degli OKR e promuove volentieri la propriet\u00e0 (ad esempio \u00e8 un proprietario di obiettivi o risultati chiave)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I leader OKR dovrebbero essere altamente competenti nel coaching e dovrebbero istruire i propri dipendenti con intenti positivi rispetto alle critiche. Al centro del coaching c\u2019\u00e8 la collaborazione verso il successo. Il coaching \u00e8 un processo di scoperta congiunta delle priorit\u00e0 e di come realizzarle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impegno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poich\u00e9 gli OKR sono obiettivi di vasta portata e per definizione difficili da raggiungere, richiedono un elevato grado di impegno per essere attuati.
