Le seguenti migliori pratiche possono sembrare molto semplici, ma una volta applicate, scoprirai che si tratta di una sfida nel contesto della tua cultura aziendale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questo \u00e8 il motivo per cui l&#039;OKR Institute consiglia a tutte le organizzazioni di scrivere i propri &quot;playbook OKR&quot; che riflettano sia l&#039;unicit\u00e0 che le complessit\u00e0 della cultura aziendale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/07\/how-to-focus-on-whats-important-not-just-whats-urgent\">Meno \u00e8 meglio<\/a>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I tuoi framework OKR dovrebbero riflettere le massime priorit\u00e0 dell&#039;azienda. Tali priorit\u00e0 dovrebbero essere allineate con la visione, il sistema di valori e lo scopo dell\u2019azienda per garantire sostenibilit\u00e0 e successo. A livello strategico \u00e8 consigliabile redigere non pi\u00f9 di cinque OKR e a livello di squadra tre per squadra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tutti gli obiettivi di cui sopra dovrebbero riflettere i risultati desiderati che desideri ottenere per i tuoi principali stakeholder, come i tuoi clienti e l&#039;azienda stessa. Al termine della sessione di redazione dell&#039;OKR a livello strategico dell&#039;azienda potresti scoprire di ritrovarti con un numero elevato di obiettivi. In questo scenario, \u00e8 consigliabile classificare congiuntamente questi obiettivi e mantenere i primi cinque come OKR su cui ci si concentrer\u00e0 al livello pi\u00f9 alto dell\u2019azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando hai troppe priorit\u00e0 come azienda e provi ad applicare lo stesso livello di attenzione a tutte queste priorit\u00e0, \u00e8 improbabile che tu raggiunga nessuno dei tuoi obiettivi. Un\u2019attenzione mirata alle priorit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 importanti e di maggiore impatto dell\u2019azienda crea una solida base per il successo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Effettuare check-in regolari<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un check-in settimanale offre meravigliose opportunit\u00e0 per:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sii proattivo e affronta i problemi prima che diventino incontrollabili<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iterare e migliorare i framework OKR esistenti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Costruisci un&#039;etica di squadra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approfondisci la tua comprensione e scopri gli OKR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non riuscire a effettuare controlli regolari spesso porta a diventare reattivi nel tempo e alla perdita di slancio in avanti riguardo agli OKR. I check-in ben condotti riguardano conversazioni collaborative per razionalizzare e migliorare i nostri OKR e superare congiuntamente gli ostacoli sul nostro cammino. Come OKR Institute, chiediamo spesso ai nostri clienti di prendere parte ai primi check-in, come facilitatori, per garantirne la qualit\u00e0 e influenzare il successo a lungo termine degli OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scrivi il tuo playbook OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ogni azienda \u00e8 diversa e la cultura aziendale \u00e8 il contesto per le prestazioni di OKR. Tutte le aziende farebbero bene a catturare tutti gli insegnamenti relativi agli OKR e trasformarli in uno specifico playbook OKR che rifletta le complessit\u00e0 della propria organizzazione<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tutti i settori sono diversi e il modo in cui vengono applicati gli OKR varier\u00e0. All\u2019interno di un\u2019organizzazione grande e tradizionale che vuole trasformarsi in un\u2019organizzazione agile, inizialmente potremmo utilizzare la cascata di OKR per garantire l\u2019allineamento ed \u00e8 improbabile che questo approccio venga seguito in un contesto di start-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">stirata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per loro stessa definizione, gli OKR sono obiettivi ambiziosi e difficili da raggiungere.
