grande impatto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tim si accigli\u00f2 mentre alzava la testa per guardarmi dritto negli occhi \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Ho sentito dire quanto siano straordinari gli OKR, ma non ne ho mai visto la riuscita implementazione. Penso che sia semplicemente solo l\u2019ennesima moda passeggera della definizione degli obiettivi che svanir\u00e0 nel tempo. Qual \u00e8 comunque la reale differenza tra gli OKR e altri metodi di definizione degli obiettivi? A me sembra la stessa cosa, si tratta solo di KPI ben formulati&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fortunatamente, ho gi\u00e0 avuto il privilegio di ascoltare commenti del genere e quindi ero ben preparato ad affrontare le preoccupazioni di Tim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questo \u00e8 un punto di vista interessante e non sei il solo a dirlo Tim, per favore dimmi di pi\u00f9 sul fatto che KPI e OKR sono simili. Mettendo in discussione positivamente e sinceramente le sue dichiarazioni sono stato in grado sia di costruire un rapporto con Tim sia di raccogliere tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno per influenzarlo al meglio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il nostro intento e scopo come coach OKR non \u00e8 provare a cambiare direttamente la mente di qualcuno con la forza, miriamo invece a influenzare gli altri, imparare dalle loro esperienze e arrivare a soluzioni co-create.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di seguito sono riportati alcuni potenti suggerimenti di coaching OKR che possono avere un enorme impatto sugli individui, sui team e sulla tua organizzazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coach, non criticare <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il modo pi\u00f9 efficace per assicurarti di essere un coach credibile \u00e8 essere un esempio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fatti vedere collaborare con gli altri ed eseguire attivit\u00e0 fianco a fianco con i membri del team. Migliora continuamente le tue capacit\u00e0 e il tuo apprendimento. Un approccio eccellente per istruire gli altri \u00e8 co-creare soluzioni con loro invece di dire loro cosa fare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Possiamo arrivare insieme alle risposte se noi, come allenatori, prepariamo ogni sessione con domande eccellenti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensi che ci siano insegnamenti che hai acquisito dalla tua esperienza con i KPI che puoi applicare agli OKR? Quali sfide principali hai dovuto affrontare riguardo al raggiungimento dei KPI? Cosa pensi di aver gi\u00e0 fatto molto bene? Secondo la tua esperienza cosa si pu\u00f2 migliorare? Con quali abitudini legate alla prestazione dobbiamo smetterla perch\u00e9 non ci servono?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una sintesi del coaching<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un altro consiglio del coaching OKR \u00e8 quello di riassumere l\u2019intera conversazione alla fine. Questo riepilogo consente a tutte le parti coinvolte nella conversazione di chiarire eventuali malintesi e di rafforzare la loro determinazione ad agire immediatamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invece di cercare di far s\u00ec che la persona che stiamo allenando acconsenta semplicemente a tutto ci\u00f2 che diciamo mentre cerchiamo di stabilire l\u2019autorit\u00e0, possiamo fare meglio concordando congiuntamente di creare un riassunto collettivo della sessione di coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dopo aver costruito un rapporto con il nostro cliente e aver posto domande positive e pertinenti, possiamo riassumere ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 stato detto verso la fine della sessione di coaching. Ci\u00f2 fornisce alla persona che stiamo istruendo l&#039;opportunit\u00e0 di correggere il riepilogo e di integrarlo laddove pertinente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questa sintesi funge quindi da punto di riferimento per ulteriori azioni e decisioni sulla via da seguire. Nello spirito della leadership Agile, prendiamo collettivamente queste decisioni. Un accordo su un riassunto fatto e rivisto \u00e8 generalmente molto pi\u00f9 potente delle semplici risposte &quot;s\u00ec&quot; alle domande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coaching verso il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessnewsdaily.com\/3882-vision-statement.html\">Visione<\/a> della compagnia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un coach dovrebbe sempre apprezzare il potenziale impatto che pu\u00f2 avere sulla realizzazione della visione di un&#039;azienda. Quando noi, come coach, aiutiamo costantemente gli altri a costruire abitudini potenti che aiutano a guadagnare momenti in avanti verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali, stiamo supportando l\u2019attualizzazione delle strategie e della visione dell\u2019azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando noi, durante i workshop di redazione, facilitiamo il processo di redazione di okr potenti (incentrati sui risultati) e assicuriamo l&#039;allineamento alla visione e alle strategie dell&#039;azienda, stiamo contribuendo direttamente al successo dell&#039;azienda iniziando con l&#039;esecuzione. Discutendo la visione, lo scopo, la missione e il sistema di valori con coloro che istruiamo e rendendoli molto trasparenti, stiamo aggiungendo ispirazione al nostro processo di coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le persone, in generale, sono ispirate dall\u2019acquisizione di chiarezza su ci\u00f2 che comporta la visione e la dichiarazione di intenti dell\u2019azienda. Un elevato livello di chiarezza garantisce che i membri del team comprendano quale impatto hanno i loro ruoli individuali e gli sforzi collettivi del team sulla visione e sulle strategie dell&#039;azienda. In questo modo, i membri del team possono sentire che stanno contribuendo al successo dell\u2019azienda in modo molto diretto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il coaching non consiste nel dire agli altri cosa fare, ma piuttosto nel fornire agli altri una guida in termini di potenziali opzioni a loro disposizione e aiutarli ad acquisire nuove prospettive. Idealmente, il coaching \u00e8 un viaggio di empowerment, alla scoperta di nuovi percorsi di apprendimento pratico che servono all\u2019individuo, al team e all\u2019azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando ci muoviamo collettivamente verso qualcosa di &quot;pi\u00f9 grande di noi stessi&quot;, come una visione e uno scopo aziendale che avvantaggiano un gran numero di stakeholder, non solo riceviamo potere ma siamo anche ispirati. il coaching gioca un ruolo centrale nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi, delle strategie e della Vision dell\u2019azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RIEPILOGO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comunicazione e Coaching di alta qualit\u00e0 sono i fili che tengono insieme performance OKR di alta qualit\u00e0. I suggerimenti di OKR Coaching sopra riportati possono sembrare semplici ma sono molto efficaci, come abbiamo scoperto acquisendo esperienza nel coaching di oltre cinquecento aziende in pi\u00f9 di cinquanta paesi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/courses\/okr-practitioner-course\/\">Redazione di OKR potenti e di grande impatto <\/a>\u00e8 un ottimo inizio ma non garantisce l\u2019implementazione sostenibile e di successo degli OKR.
