href=\"https:\/\/charlesduhigg.com\/books\/the-power-of-habit\/\">Abitudini<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un&#039;abitudine \u00e8 qualcosa che fai spesso e regolarmente, a volte senza sapere che lo stai facendo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>Dizionario di Cambridge<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In sostanza, un modello di abitudine consente al cervello umano di riposare. Quando hai fatto qualcosa ripetutamente, non devi pi\u00f9 pensarci, quindi gli strati di stress mentale vengono rimossi dall\u2019equazione. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continuiamo a essere impegnati in modelli di abitudini anche quando non sempre ci servono perch\u00e9 c&#039;\u00e8 qualche ricompensa da ricevere da una pratica particolare. Sappiamo che fumare non \u00e8 salutare ma allo stesso tempo gratificante: quando fumo mi sento pi\u00f9 calmo e rilassato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una cultura organizzativa non \u00e8 altro che il culmine delle abitudini collettive di tutti all\u2019interno dell\u2019azienda. Un\u2019attenta analisi di quali modelli ci servono e quali no pu\u00f2 costituire la base per la sostenibilit\u00e0 e il successo degli OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/09\/what-defines-a-successful-organization\">Successo<\/a> abitudini<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019insidia principale di qualsiasi pratica \u00e8 che una volta diventata un\u2019abitudine (una cattiva abitudine), ci vuole tempo per fermarla. Possiamo trasformare questa trappola in un vantaggio assicurandoci di rendere abituali le pratiche che ci servono durante l\u2019implementazione degli OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quali sono considerate cattive abitudini che minacciano la sostenibilit\u00e0 e il successo degli OKR?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Negativit\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monologhi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cicli di feedback lunghi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership assente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controllare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comunicazione vaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Privilegiare un vasto numero di regole rispetto a un sistema di valori pragmatico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Essere focalizzati sull&#039;output<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impossibile effettuare valutazioni delle risorse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scarsa formulazione della strategia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scarsa educazione OKR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disallineamento<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se non ci riteniamo responsabili, possiamo facilmente prendere l\u2019abitudine di comportamenti che non servono a noi o all\u2019azienda. Un metodo che pu\u00f2 supportare la costruzione di \u201cmodelli di abitudini sane\u201d \u00e8 premiare i comportamenti che supportano il successo dell\u2019OKR, come, ad esempio, i check-in regolari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c8 qui che una forte leadership \u00e8 un requisito fondamentale per il successo di un&#039;implementazione OKR \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In qualit\u00e0 di leader, dobbiamo essere &quot;esempi viventi&quot; dei comportamenti e delle abitudini utili a noi e all&#039;azienda. Le abitudini di leadership, come l&#039;orientamento ai risultati e l&#039;esecuzione fianco a fianco con i membri del team, sono fattori critici di successo nelle eccellenti implementazioni OKR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come Leader, possiamo avviare la formazione di modelli di abitudini, ad esempio, assicurandoci che i check-in settimanali siano programmati e che ci comportiamo durante tali riunioni in modo motivante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Abitudini collettive che formano una cultura ad alte prestazioni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il modo in cui diffondiamo le informazioni in un&#039;organizzazione \u00e8 un fattore di grande impatto sia sulla cultura organizzativa che sulle prestazioni. Quando la conoscenza si &quot;irradia&quot; in tutta l&#039;organizzazione attraverso standup regolari e collaborativi, creiamo un ambiente di trasparenza e fiducia. Quando, invece, le informazioni vengono solo archiviate e i membri del team devono recuperarle quando ne vedono la necessit\u00e0, abbiamo a che fare con un flusso di informazioni in modo reattivo e meno ottimale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pi\u00f9 brevi sono i cicli di feedback, meglio \u00e8: come OKR Institute, consigliamo di effettuare check-in OKR settimanali proattivi e di evidenziare che \u00e8 probabile che sia il fattore pi\u00f9 critico della sostenibilit\u00e0 e del successo degli OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019abitudine della Leadership di avere una presenza fisica quando conta di pi\u00f9 aiuta a creare fiducia tra i membri del team. Il principio del Lean Management dell&#039;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Genchi_Genbutsu\"><strong>Genchi Genbutsu<\/strong><\/a>&#039; (Vai a vedere) \u00e8 un approccio pragmatico alla leadership e alla gestione e spinge i leader a testimoniare e prendere parte all&#039;esecuzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un\u2019abitudine personale che vorrei condividere \u00e8 quella di mettermi alla prova ogni giorno ponendomi la domanda semplice: <strong>Cosa c&#039;\u00e8 dopo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questa domanda molto semplice mi sfida nei seguenti modi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cosa far\u00f2 di nuovo e stimolante?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mi aiuta a sfidare lo status quo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stimola la creativit\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mi aiuta a pensare di quale aiuto avrei bisogno per raggiungere un obiettivo di vasta portata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
