Hazell<\/strong><\/a> sulle aziende in crescita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff Hazell aiuta le aziende in espansione a rimuovere i problemi della crescita. Questo consulente con sede a Stoccolma ha anche &quot;radici&quot; in Sud Africa, dove ha maturato la sua esperienza nello sviluppo di aziende. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno dei tanti momenti salienti della sua carriera \u00e8 stato il suo ruolo nell&#039;aiutare <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/?\">Spotify<\/a><\/strong> scalare. Ha supportato la formazione di team di leadership, acquisizioni e nuove aperture in altri paesi per la tanto chiacchierata azienda, famosa non solo per essere un podcast di musica digitale ma anche per il suo modo di lavorare innovativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ho ricordato una conferenza in cui sia io che Cliff eravamo relatori, alla conferenza African Lean Management a Citt\u00e0 del Capo, in Sud Africa, nel 2016 \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ricordo vividamente Cliff che si concentrava su una diapositiva che mostrava l&#039;immagine di due persone vicine che si rilassavano su amache separate. Cliff ha fatto una pausa e ha sorriso prima di dire: Questa \u00e8 l&#039;immagine di una sessione di coaching su Spotify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 molto attivo su LinkedIn e uno dei tanti post emanati dalla mente di Cliffs che apprezzo riguarda la diffusione delle informazioni all&#039;interno delle organizzazioni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modi di comunicazione in un&#039;organizzazione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;obiettivo di una mischia o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlassian.com\/agile\/kanban\/boards\">Tabellone Kanban<\/a><\/strong> deve essere un radiatore di informazioni, ma la maggior parte delle aziende costruisce invece frigoriferi di informazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frigorifero \u2013 La maggior parte delle aziende utilizza la comunicazione come si utilizzerebbe un frigorifero: immagazzinano la comunicazione e devi recuperarla quando vuoi e cercare di dargli un senso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Radiatore \u2013 Attraverso interventi proattivi e quotidiani o regolari, possiamo garantire che le informazioni corrette vengano &quot;irradiate&quot; attraverso l&#039;organizzazione e non semplicemente archiviate dove potrebbero essere facilmente dimenticate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per ulteriori &quot;Gemme&quot; come sopra, segui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/cliffhazell?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_contact_details%3BTKxDXLolRumu9PZ3ymX%2Bkg%3D%3D\"><strong>@CliffHazell qui<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff ha una profonda esperienza con le metodologie Agile ma non si definisce un Agile coach e gliel&#039;ho chiesto durante la nostra intervista. Agile \u00e8 una metodologia, cos\u00ec come la gestione Lean, e vari strumenti possono essere applicati isolatamente e in combinazione per aiutare le aziende a crescere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ci\u00f2 mi ha fatto pensare alla sostenibilit\u00e0 e al successo degli OKR. Il successo degli OKR pu\u00f2 essere preservato solo in un ambiente in cui metodologie complementari siano applicate in modo intelligente e in cui gli OKR siano sostenuti da una leadership e da una cultura favorevole al raggiungimento congiunto di obiettivi di vasta portata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondo Cliff, &quot;L&#039;Agile Framing prende le cose fuori contesto per la maggior parte del tempo e fa s\u00ec che le persone si concentrino su un &#039;libro di regole&#039; (Come implementare Agile) piuttosto che su un impatto significativo&quot;. Invece, quando combiniamo in modo creativo metodi complementari e applicabili, possiamo creare una potente combinazione che aiuta le aziende a crescere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff conta sulla sua vasta esperienza nell&#039;applicazione di capacit\u00e0 di leadership, scienza della complessit\u00e0, gestione snella, metodologie agili e altro ancora per aiutare le aziende a crescere in modo efficace e rendere sostenibile la crescita. Questo approccio gli consente di applicare il metodo appropriato a ogni situazione unica.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;uso efficace degli strumenti dipende e, se si dispone di un solo dispositivo, si riveler\u00e0 lo &quot;strumento sbagliato&quot; o il &quot;momento sbagliato&quot; per utilizzare questo strumento specifico in diverse situazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli ho chiesto -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quali sono gli elementi essenziali per espandere qualsiasi azienda? Ha alluso a tre fattori critici di successo. Mi sono preso la libert\u00e0 di inserire i miei commenti su come ci\u00f2 si collega agli OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gli elementi essenziali per ridimensionare un&#039;azienda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Creazione di messa a fuoco.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Senza concentrazione, i nostri team faticano a fornire risultati. Invece che l\u2019intera azienda consideri qualcosa come numero 1 e gli venga data una corsia preferenziale, abbiamo 17 \u201cOKR con massima priorit\u00e0\u201d tutti uguali in termini di urgenza. Ci\u00f2 significa che li avviamo tutti e distribuiamo gli sforzi dei nostri team su molte cose. Dato che ogni squadra \u00e8 molto impegnata, se abbiamo bisogno di qualcun altro che ci aiuti, dobbiamo aspettare che sia disponibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;unico modo per uscire da questo pasticcio \u00e8 avere un unico #1 chiaro e mettere dietro di esso il resto in sequenza. In questo modo, quando ho bisogno del tuo aiuto su #1, sai che dovresti fermarti su #17 per dare una mano. Allo stesso modo, quando mi chiedi aiuto sul tuo #17, posso dire \u201cscusa, dovrai aspettare finch\u00e9 non avr\u00f2 finito qui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una volta che possiamo fare questo, possiamo effettivamente fornire ci\u00f2 che abbiamo messo al numero 1, vale la pena spendere energie per capire cosa dovremmo avere al vertice. Prima che possiamo effettivamente concentrarci \u00e8 inutile perch\u00e9 li tratteremo comunque tutti allo stesso modo. si aggrapperanno a tutto ci\u00f2 che, anche solo in apparenza, li aiuter\u00e0 ad avere successo oppure ignoreranno tutto perch\u00e9 si sentono sopraffatti. Ci\u00f2 fa sprecare il tempo delle nostre preziose persone, nonch\u00e9 il tempo e gli sforzi della nostra azienda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Decidere collettivamente le nostre vere priorit\u00e0 in questo momento e focalizzarsi su di esse \u00e8 un punto di partenza ottimale per elaborare OKR incentrati sui risultati<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Trovare la leva finanziaria.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La maggior parte di ci\u00f2 su cui lavoriamo pu\u00f2 essere caratterizzato come Overhead o Neutrale in termini di impatto. Solo pochissimi articoli ripagano pi\u00f9 dell\u2019energia che consumano. Il nostro obiettivo \u00e8 trovarli e dedicare il minor tempo possibile agli altri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qual \u00e8 (o probabilmente sar\u00e0) il punto di partenza pi\u00f9 ottimale per aiutarci a ottenere una trazione significativa? Un progetto esistente ritenuto di grande impatto ed essenziale, in cui la collaborazione interfunzionale \u00e8 gi\u00e0 promossa, sar\u00e0 probabilmente un punto di partenza ottimale per un progetto pilota OKR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jamesclear.com\/atomic-habits\">Costruire abitudini<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abbiamo tutti visto innumerevoli progetti, strategie e dichiarazioni di visione. Indipendentemente da chi li ha redatti o dalla loro qualit\u00e0, essi sono privi di significato finch\u00e9 non agiamo costantemente a sostegno dell\u2019attualizzazione degli stessi documenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019obiettivo qui \u00e8 rendere facili i modelli benefici e difficili o meno probabili quelli dannosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un modo per vedere questo \u00e8 l&#039;attrito, aggiungiamo attrito (regole, processi ecc.) per rallentare le cose o rimuoviamo l&#039;attrito per renderlo pi\u00f9 semplice (meno passaggi, decisioni pi\u00f9 rapide, self-service ecc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff lo definisce &quot;sensazione&quot; e pochissime aziende, nella &quot;foschia&quot; dell&#039;eccitazione, delle pressioni e del business as usual, stabiliscono il loro stato attuale (punto di partenza) con grande chiarezza. Se non siamo onesti e trasparenti riguardo a dove siamo, come possiamo scegliere dove vogliamo andare?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Costruire abitudini che ti consentano di espandere la tua attivit\u00e0 \u00e8 essenziale per risultati sostenibili. Modelli di &quot;irradiazione di informazioni attraverso stand-up ben eseguiti, check-in OKR approfonditi, fornitura di sicurezza psicologica, promozione reale della collaborazione e coaching di supporto piuttosto che critica sono tutti importanti per attualizzare gli OKR&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849
