dirigenti dell&#039;azienda, avete letto degli OKR. Hai compreso i vantaggi di ci\u00f2 che hai letto e sei rimasto colpito dagli straordinari risultati ottenuti da alcune aziende. Vogliamo che gli obiettivi e il quadro dei risultati critici abbiano un impatto significativo e duraturo sulla nostra organizzazione. Tuttavia, quando inizi a contemplare l&#039;implementazione degli OKR all&#039;interno della tua organizzazione, potrebbero sorgere diversi dubbi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Funzioner\u00e0 nella nostra azienda?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cosa succede se applichiamo e concentriamo troppe risorse sugli OKR e falliamo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dove iniziare?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Utilizziamo consulenti e coach? E chi usare?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR possono funzionare per qualsiasi azienda di qualsiasi settore. Tuttavia, spetta a noi leader creare un ambiente favorevole all\u2019introduzione e alla sostenibilit\u00e0 degli obiettivi e dei quadri di risultati chiave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In caso di dubbio, un ottimo punto di partenza \u00e8 un progetto esistente che collettivamente considerate di grande impatto e significativo. All&#039;interno di un progetto di questo tipo, sei gi\u00e0 a conoscenza degli input richiesti, della squadra o dei membri del team coinvolti e dei diversi team interfunzionali che applicano le loro competenze per realizzare il progetto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Possiamo quindi concentrarci collettivamente su tutti i risultati desiderati per tutte le diverse categorie di stakeholder e redigere gli OKR di conseguenza. Questo \u00e8 un punto di partenza naturale; hai gi\u00e0 slancio e risorse applicate ed \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stata creata una base realistica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questo progetto esistente viene quindi contemporaneamente trasformato in un progetto pilota OKR e l&#039;ulteriore pianificazione delle risorse viene resa pi\u00f9 semplice e gestibile. Quando offriamo questa opzione ai &quot;neofiti dell&#039;OKR&quot;, spesso proviamo un senso di sollievo poich\u00e9 naturalmente non avevano idea di quale dovrebbe essere il punto di partenza con gli OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilizzare coach OKR esterni, anche se si hanno esperienza con coach agili all&#039;interno della propria organizzazione, \u00e8 generalmente un&#039;ottima idea in quanto &quot;occhi specialistici, esperti e nuovi&quot; possono infondere innovazioni, energia e conoscenza della propria organizzazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Piano di lancio pilota<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All\u2019interno dello scenario del progetto pilota sopra descritto, il piano di implementazione potrebbe potenzialmente apparire come segue:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coinvolgere coach\/consulenti OKR esterni per spiegare lo stato attuale dell&#039;organizzazione, compreso lo stato del progetto attuale identificato come punto di partenza per l&#039;implementazione di OKR. Fornire quanto pi\u00f9 contesto possibile aiuter\u00e0 a creare strutture OKR sostenibili e di successo. Condividere la visione, lo scopo e la missione aziendale, nonch\u00e9 il sistema di valori e altri elementi della cultura aziendale che sar\u00e0 utile conoscere ai consulenti, pu\u00f2 essere un catalizzatore di successo. I consulenti potrebbero commettere errori inutili e perdere un&#039;enorme quantit\u00e0 di tempo senza le informazioni necessarie che forniscano il contesto e il quadro completo per un&#039;implementazione di successo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scegliere i consulenti\/coach giusti \u00e8 essenziale per il successo del lancio di OKR nella tua azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come potrebbe potenzialmente apparire un potenziale lancio di OKR focalizzato sull&#039;avvio di un progetto esistente e di grande impatto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Creare il contesto: quali sono le prestazioni attuali e lo stato culturale dell&#039;azienda?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qual \u00e8 la tassonomia (classificazione) e in quali progetti sono impegnati?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quali progetti prevedono <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workplace.com\/blog\/cross-team-collaboration\">collaborazione incrociata<\/a> e sono considerati di grande impatto sulla direzione futura dell&#039;azienda?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qual \u00e8 il livello di esposizione e di utilizzo delle metodologie agili?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quali sono gli attuali principali ostacoli legati a questi progetti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Una volta creato il contesto e identificato il progetto pilota OKR, possiamo concentrarci sull&#039;ottenimento del consenso negli OKR offrendo una formazione OKR al top management e ai molti coinvolti nel progetto selezionato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3<\/strong>. Una volta che il livello generale di conoscenza dell&#039;OKR \u00e8 sufficiente per poter condurre un workshop di redazione dell&#039;OKR con il team di progetto, possiamo pianificare la facilitazione dello stesso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.<\/strong> Dopo il completamento del workshop di redazione, possiamo fare una valutazione delle risorse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disponiamo delle risorse umane e della capacit\u00e0 finanziaria per eseguire con successo questo OKR?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abbiamo le competenze necessarie per raggiungere questo OKR\/OKR? In caso negativo, come possiamo sviluppare queste competenze parallelamente all\u2019implementazione dell\u2019OKR?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.<\/strong> Possiamo iniziare a creare <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.trginternational.com\/what-okr-champion-and-why-they-crucial\">Campioni dell&#039;OKR<\/a> portandoli attraverso corsi oltre la formazione introduttiva OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. <\/strong>I consulenti\/coach esterni possono facilitare l&#039;implementazione delle migliori pratiche chiave per garantire la sostenibilit\u00e0 e il successo del progetto pilota OKR, ad esempio facilitando i check-in settimanali iniziali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. <\/strong>La disciplina \u00e8 una parte cruciale nella creazione di un progetto pilota OKR di successo. Non c\u2019\u00e8 dubbio che, almeno ad un certo punto, si dovranno affrontare delle difficolt\u00e0, ma la motivazione e la disciplina per andare avanti nonostante le sfide sono un requisito per il successo finale. Ecco perch\u00e9 abbiamo bisogno di sostenitori e sostenitori dell\u2019OKR che supportino gli altri sempre, ma soprattutto nei momenti difficili<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.<\/strong> Stiamo validando l&#039;ipotesi attraverso gli OKR. Un\u2019attenzione molto forte alla promozione della collaborazione, dell\u2019iterazione, dell\u2019innovazione e alla fornitura del supporto necessario \u00e8 estremamente utile per raggiungere gli
