class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR e la &quot;gestione del tempo&quot; sono argomenti che dipendono in larga misura l&#039;uno dall&#039;altro. Qualcosa da considerare profondamente \u00e8 che non puoi gestire il tempo poich\u00e9 ne abbiamo tutti la stessa quantit\u00e0: 24 ore al giorno. Tuttavia, puoi migliorare il modo in cui ti gestisci entro 24 ore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gestire bene il tuo programma significa non aumentare automaticamente le tue prestazioni e quelle della tua squadra. Gli elementi pi\u00f9 essenziali per gestirsi bene sono la definizione delle priorit\u00e0 e l\u2019azione coerente. Gli stessi due fattori sono fondamentali per la sostenibilit\u00e0 e il successo degli OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Possiamo utilizzare qualsiasi tecnica, come il time boxing, ma se non lavoriamo sulle priorit\u00e0 identificate, il time boxing non sar\u00e0 di grande aiuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priorit\u00e0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nel contesto degli OKR, la definizione delle priorit\u00e0 non \u00e8 un esercizio individuale ma un esercizio di squadra congiunto per stabilire le nostre priorit\u00e0 chiare. La chiarezza dell\u2019importanza, tuttavia, \u00e8 possibile ottenere solo con chiarezza di visione e strategie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Noi al vertice dell&#039;organizzazione possiamo aspettarci che gli altri si gestiscano bene solo quando:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abbiamo co-creato una visione e abbiamo reso abbondantemente chiaro quale sia la visione<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abbiamo co-creato strategie e coloro che devono eseguirle hanno chiarissimo quale sia la strategia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abbiamo deciso collettivamente quali sono le priorit\u00e0 principali<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abbiamo stabilito OKR strategici che sono potenti, significativi e allineati<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promuoviamo veramente sia la collaborazione che la fiducia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abbiamo fornito informazioni pratiche <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/blog\/team-building\/\">esperienze di sviluppo delle competenze per i nostri team.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Domande su cui riflettere sull&#039;&quot;autogestione&quot;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;&quot;autogestione&quot; diventa pi\u00f9 semplice quando arriviamo alle risposte alle seguenti domande attraverso la scoperta di s\u00e9, l&#039;esperienza e i consigli degli altri:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quali sono le nostre priorit\u00e0 attuali?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quanto tempo dovremmo dedicare alle \u201cattivit\u00e0 legate al business as usual\u201d e quanto tempo dovremmo dedicare agli OKR?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quante riunioni sono essenziali e come possiamo renderle pi\u00f9 efficaci?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In qualit\u00e0 di Performance Coach, la prima cosa che faccio con un cliente \u00e8 rivedere il suo programma, il che \u00e8 molto rivelatore in termini di priorit\u00e0 effettive e autogestione. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esaminiamo e valutiamo collettivamente se alcune riunioni possono essere rimosse completamente e, in caso contrario, come possiamo semplificarle in modo che richiedano meno tempo. Libera tempo concentrandoti sulle priorit\u00e0 e organizzando riunioni pi\u00f9 brevi ma pi\u00f9 efficaci con un chiaro ritorno sull&#039;investimento del tuo tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gary Vaynerchuk rivela questo uno dei suoi punti forti <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.com\/marketing\/productivity-hacks\">hack sulla produttivit\u00e0<\/a> \u00e8 di tenere riunioni di 15 minuti in genere. In media, puoi risparmiare almeno dieci ore a settimana definendo le priorit\u00e0 e organizzando riunioni mirate, cio\u00e8 se al momento sei incline a tenere riunioni che generalmente durano troppo a lungo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Liberare il tuo tempo per ci\u00f2 che conta veramente ti consente di dedicare pi\u00f9 tempo alla parte pi\u00f9 importante degli OKR, come, ma non limitato a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Facilitare potenti workshop di redazione di OKR e condurre check-in settimanali proattivi e iterativi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sopraffatto da troppi incontri, c\u2019\u00e8 poca o nessuna opportunit\u00e0 di autoriflessione e sviluppo personale. Sia la riflessione che lo sviluppo delle competenze sono fattori essenziali per la sostenibilit\u00e0 e il successo degli OKR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creare team auto-organizzati e promuovere l\u2019autonomia sono solo parole finch\u00e9 non supportiamo tutti i membri del team attraverso un coaching pratico sull\u2019autogestione. Tutti questi termini, come \u201cgestione del tempo\u201d, autogestione e altro, sono relativi:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suo padre chiese a Sam: cosa hai fatto questa settimana?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sam ha risposto con orgoglio: ho finito <a href=\"https:\/\/simonsinek.com\/\">Simon Sineks<\/a>&#039; Finding You Why e ho scritto un compito sullo scopo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il padre di Sams sorrise e chiese: cosa hai messo in pratica di ci\u00f2 che hai letto e scritto questa settimana? L&#039;autogestione consiste nel creare opportunit\u00e0 per te stesso per diventare efficace nell&#039;esecuzione eliminando gli sprechi dal tuo programma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questo, in generale, \u00e8 pi\u00f9 facile a dirsi che a farsi, poich\u00e9 siamo creature abitudinarie. La definizione delle priorit\u00e0 \u00e8 un&#039;abitudine e un&#039;abilit\u00e0 che dobbiamo mettere in pratica quotidianamente ed eliminare gli sprechi dalle nostre carriere e dai nostri programmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Come iniziamo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Possiamo iniziare da:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Misurare ci\u00f2 che conta davvero.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non solo redigere piani d&#039;azione, ma stabilire le priorit\u00e0 dei piani d&#039;azione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lasciamo che la distribuzione del tempo rifletta le nostre priorit\u00e0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non solo discutere i passi successivi, ma
