<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tutti commettiamo errori onesti nel perseguire soluzioni pratiche e le strategie dovrebbero essere applaudite poich\u00e9 forniscono le migliori opportunit\u00e0 di apprendimento. Ogni giorno \u00e8 un&#039;opportunit\u00e0 offerta ai leader per creare un ambiente in cui \u00e8 molto positivo commettere errori; fintanto che sono onesti e inquadrati come opportunit\u00e0 di apprendimento immediatamente attuate, sono passi perfetti e precisi verso il successo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leggi il seguente approfondito <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2011\/04\/strategies-for-learning-from-failure\">Articolo della Harvard Business Review<\/a> <\/strong>su come trasformare fallimenti o errori in esperienze di apprendimento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ci sono errori che dovremmo evitare se vogliamo avere successo con gli OKR. Questi errori sono generalmente molto dannosi per le prestazioni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Non creare sicurezza psicologica nei tuoi team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le persone in modalit\u00e0 sopravvivenza, che stanno ancora cercando di capire quali relazioni costruire e come essere eccellenti nei loro ruoli, \u00e8 probabile che perseguano obiettivi ambiziosi una volta che sperimentano un senso di sicurezza psicologica. In qualit\u00e0 di leader, spetta a noi creare deliberatamente un ambiente di sicurezza, fiducia e ispirazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lodi sincere e code di appartenenza come:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Sei fondamentale per questa squadra&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abHo molta fiducia in te<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Il lavoro che avete fatto per dare slancio a questo risultato chiave \u00e8 stato straordinario&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dovrebbe essere un punto fermo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quantumworkplace.com\/future-of-work\/create-psychological-safety-in-the-workplace\"><strong>nella comunicazione del tuo team<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Non effettuare il check-in probabilmente significa non avere successo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I check-in OKR settimanali ti consentono di avere il &quot;dito sul polso&quot; degli OKR e ti consentono di essere proattivo nell&#039;iterare i tuoi risultati e le tue azioni chiave. Mancanza di esperienze immersive di OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 improbabile che i membri del team scarsamente addestrati con poca o nessuna comprensione degli OKR siano entusiasti degli OKR e probabilmente saranno scarsi nella stesura di OKR potenti. Un fattore critico di successo del lancio di OKR \u00e8 offrire esperienze coinvolgenti (il che significa che stanno gi\u00e0 esercitando le capacit\u00e0 di reclutare OKR e allinearli all&#039;interno dei workshop) a tutti i membri del team coinvolti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Mancanza di sforzi per ottenere un buy-in sufficiente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Senza un elevato livello di partecipazione all&#039;idea e ai meccanismi motivanti degli OKR, gli OKR probabilmente si riveleranno infruttuosi e insostenibili all&#039;interno della vostra organizzazione. Creando numerosi sostenitori e sostenitori dell&#039;OKR nella tua organizzazione e &quot;vendendo&quot; completamente lo scopo e i vantaggi degli OKR a tutti i soggetti coinvolti, hai fatto passi da gigante verso l&#039;ottenimento del consenso. Mancanza di una valutazione delle risorse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dobbiamo valutare se disponiamo della capacit\u00e0 finanziaria, delle capacit\u00e0 necessarie in termini di risorse umane e delle competenze richieste per ottenere un OKR specifico per raggiungere i tuoi obiettivi. Una valutazione approfondita della capacit\u00e0 delle risorse durante la stesura degli OKR \u00e8 una buona pratica essenziale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Ritornare al controllo dei comandi quando qualcosa va storto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR sono un &quot;muscolo&quot; che costruisci nel tempo e sono necessari dai due ai cinque cicli OKR affinch\u00e9 i team raggiungano l&#039;eccellenza negli OKR. In alcuni casi, il top management diventa impaziente molto rapidamente se non vede risultati positivi immediati dagli OKR e quindi ritorna al loro default di &quot;comando e controllo&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Un vuoto in termini di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/tracybrower\/2021\/08\/22\/the-power-of-purpose-and-why-it-matters-now\/?sh=24cfd362163a\">scopo<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le persone generalmente desiderano un percorso professionale, una comunit\u00e0 e una causa (scopo) per essere veramente coinvolte nel lavoro. Quando le persone sperimentano una mancanza di significato e di impatto nel loro lavoro, \u00e8 improbabile che perseguano obiettivi ambiziosi. Fornire alle persone uno scopo operativo \u00e8 un altro fattore di successo essenziale, non solo quando si tratta di OKR ma anche per lo sviluppo organizzativo nel suo insieme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Essere focalizzati sull&#039;output<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vediamo molte dichiarazioni oggettive incentrate sui risultati come &quot;Crea una nuova funzionalit\u00e0&quot;, &quot;Costruisci un nuovo sito Web&quot; e altro ancora. Pertanto, queste dichiarazioni non apportano il valore aggiunto n\u00e9 l\u2019impatto desiderato da tali attivit\u00e0 e non sono fonte di ispirazione. Abbiamo maggiori probabilit\u00e0 di raggiungere obiettivi pi\u00f9 incentrati sui risultati poich\u00e9 sono pi\u00f9 stimolanti e trasparenti in termini di vantaggi e valore aggiunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Non avere alcuna strategia o una strategia vaga<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La strategia \u00e8 costituita da punti di differenziazione dalla concorrenza che sono preziosi e significativi per tutte le parti interessate e da differenze che possiamo preservare. La strategia non \u00e8 un elenco di obiettivi, n\u00e9 utilizza strumenti specifici come le metodologie Agile. Chiunque pu\u00f2 applicarlo. Ad esempio, Netflix ha scelto strategicamente di creare contenuti originali invece di limitarsi allo streaming di contenuti di altri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Basta seguire e non creare il proprio playbook OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ogni organizzazione \u00e8 unica e ha il proprio ciclo di vita, la propria cultura e le proprie sfide. Seguire i metodi adottati da altri per introdurre gli OKR nella propria organizzazione \u00e8 un errore. S\u00ec, \u00e8 bene seguire le migliori pratiche di OKR per avere almeno un &quot;quadro flessibile&quot; durante l&#039;implementazione degli OKR, ma alla fine \u00e8 necessario ritrovarsi con un
