futuro in un modo che ispiri e motivi\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una mancanza di chiarezza nella nostra comunicazione, combinata con un orientamento passato nel modo in cui affrontiamo le persone e i problemi, sono spesso colpevoli del mancato raggiungimento dei nostri obiettivi a lungo termine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR sono orientati al futuro e meglio sostenuti da una comunicazione orientata al futuro, positiva, motivazionale e basata sul dialogo. Come possiamo parlare del futuro in un modo che ispiri e motivi? \u2013 \u00c8 una domanda fondamentale a cui rispondere agendo, poich\u00e9 la sostenibilit\u00e0 e il successo degli OKR dipendono in gran parte da questo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 un fatto ben documentato e studiato che, nonostante siano ben formati e pensino di essere eccellenti nel coaching, la maggior parte dei manager continua a dire alle persone cosa fare. Non possono essere biasimati per questo, poich\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>\u00c8 naturale pensare che il modo pi\u00f9 rapido per ottenere un risultato sia dire alle persone cosa fare invece di avere lunghe conversazioni su cosa fare dopo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lo stile di gestione comando-controllo \u00e8 un\u2019abitudine radicata in molte culture aziendali.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leggi quanto segue <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/08\/most-managers-dont-know-how-to-coach-people-but-they-can-learn\"><strong>Articolo della Harvard Business Review<\/strong><\/a> sullo stile generale di comunicazione e coaching dei manager:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per avere successo con gli OKR a lungo termine \u00e8 necessario un cambiamento nel nostro approccio alla comunicazione e alla mentalit\u00e0. Per la loro stessa natura, essendo obiettivi ambiziosi, gli OKR non sono facili da raggiungere. Pertanto, l\u2019esigenza fondamentale di innovazione e collaborazione \u00e8 al centro degli OKR: gli individui, indipendentemente dal loro talento e dalle loro competenze, non possono raggiungere obiettivi strategici di vasta portata da soli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sii curioso con intenti ottimisti e fiduciosi.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ci sono due tipi di fiducia su cui possiamo concentrarci a questo proposito:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Puoi entrare in una stanza, credere di poter risolvere tutti i problemi e avere le risposte a tutto da solo. Questa si chiama fiducia epistemica.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Puoi entrare in una stanza e credere, con assoluta fiducia, di avere la capacit\u00e0 di facilitare, suscitare e scoprire le risposte corrette e collettive dai membri del team nel tempo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;opzione numero due ha molte pi\u00f9 probabilit\u00e0 di creare un ambiente di fiducia e collaborazione nel tempo e di portare a un miglioramento delle &quot;prestazioni OKR&quot;.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/self-confidence\/#:~:text=The%203%20types%20of%20self,public%20speaking%20or%20social%20situations\"><strong>Il tipo di fiducia<\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/self-confidence\/#:~:text=The%203%20types%20of%20self,public%20speaking%20or%20social%20situations\">e<\/a> <\/strong>cui si allude al punto due sopra si chiama fiducia sociale. Questo pu\u00f2 essere costruito nel tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un buon modo per costruire la fiducia sociale \u00e8 arrivare alle riunioni ben preparate con domande eccellenti che favoriscano la collaborazione e abbiano un intento positivo. Mantieni le domande semplici ma allineate agli OKR che sono stati impostati:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 stato un ottimo inizio per questo OKR poich\u00e9 abbiamo scritto il chiaro intento di ci\u00f2 che volevamo ottenere. Come possiamo rendere questo OKR pi\u00f9 incentrato sui risultati e aggiungere valore al cliente?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come posso aiutare?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sono molto interessato a sapere cosa hai fatto per dare slancio a questo risultato chiave?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questo \u00e8 stato un lavoro eccezionale; per favore dimmi esattamente come hai ottenuto questo risultato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abbiamo fallito, ma \u00e8 fantastico: il fallimento significa imparare. Cosa sapevamo? E cosa possiamo fare di diverso?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR e comunicazione diretta al futuro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La maggior parte di noi tende a insistere sul passato, il che \u00e8 comprensibile poich\u00e9 si tratta di un punto di riferimento realistico, e non sappiamo esattamente cosa ci riserva il futuro. Tuttavia, i riferimenti al passato sono utili solo quando li usiamo come un\u2019opportunit\u00e0 per trarne insegnamenti positivi. Poich\u00e9 gli OKR sono orientati al futuro, vanno di pari passo con <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/communication-goal-examples\">comunicazione orientata al futuro<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un esempio di come possiamo trasformare conversazioni orientate al passato in comunicazioni rivolte al futuro \u00e8:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invece di &#039;martellare&#039; il comportamento passato di un membro del team che hai giudicato improduttivo, puoi chiedere: per cosa ti piacerebbe essere conosciuto?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nel contesto, porre questa domanda con intento positivo e di supporto, pu\u00f2 creare un&#039;immagine positiva nella mente dei membri del team di uno stato futuro desiderato. Il clima attorno alla conversazione sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 positivo se <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentimeter.com\/blog\/stand-out-get-ahead\/how-to-create-open-ended-questions\"><strong>domande ben costruite<\/strong><\/a> come questi vengono chiesti. \u00c8 probabile che sia pi\u00f9 negativo se facciamo ripetutamente affermazioni sui comportamenti passati dei membri del team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usare una comunicazione orientata al futuro durante le riunioni relative agli OKR, come riunioni comunali, check-in e revisioni, \u00e8 probabile che crei un clima motivante attorno agli OKR, soprattutto quando, come squadra, fate riferimento solo al passato come punto di riferimento per apprendimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR allineati allo scopo operativo, alle strategie e alla visione dell&#039;azienda esistono per creare uno stato futuro desiderato per tutte le parti interessate.
