class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In questo articolo esploriamo cosa possono fare i leader per influenzare il successo e la sostenibilit\u00e0 degli OKR. Alcuni leader OKR e Agile ammettono apertamente che la sola applicazione della metodologia stessa non garantisce il successo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR non sono una novit\u00e0, ma sono diventati le migliori pratiche in numerose aziende Fortune 500. La leadership \u00e8 la responsabilit\u00e0 di lasciare dietro di s\u00e9 pi\u00f9 leader e la capacit\u00e0 di galvanizzare le persone attorno a una visione e obiettivi condivisi. Le loro domande stimolano il pensiero, l&#039;azione e la collaborazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Sono bravi nella &quot;Trinit\u00e0 di&quot;. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acceladvisory.com\/post\/the-art-of-execution-why-strategy-is-only-the-beginning\">eccellenza esecutiva<\/a>&#039; \u2013 Pensare, parlare e fare.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019eccellenza nell\u2019esecuzione riguarda la co-creazione di strategie formidabili, la comunicazione chiara e coerente intorno ad esse e, soprattutto, l\u2019adozione di azioni coraggiose. Soprattutto in questi tempi volatili, i leader non possono pi\u00f9 permettersi il lusso di separarsi dall\u2019esecuzione delle strategie. Devono essere visti dove conta. Qui si applica il principio giapponese del Lean Management Genchi Gembutsu (Vai e vedi tu stesso).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sono presenti e lavorano fianco a fianco con i membri del loro team, ove possibile e quando conta davvero. Tendono ad agire su strategie, problemi, iniziative di cambiamento e ad aumentare il coinvolgimento dei dipendenti piuttosto che a parole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Sono entrambi impegnati e coerenti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un alto grado di impegno spinge le persone a iniziare qualcosa con entusiasmo, ma la coerenza ti fa arrivare fino alla fine. Siamo tutti stati testimoni di diversi piani strategici, progetti industriali e piani aziendali che sembravano brillanti sulla carta ma che non hanno mai \u201cvisto la luce\u201d. I leader di OKR sono impegnati a far crescere le loro aziende attraverso OKRS e i suoi meccanismi di motivazione intrinseci, e sono anche molto coerenti nell&#039;applicazione delle migliori pratiche OKR. Sono coerenti con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I loro messaggi sugli OKR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Essere trasparenti in relazione a strategie, scopi e obiettivi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fornire opportunit\u00e0 coinvolgenti di sviluppo delle competenze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fornire un percorso di carriera, una causa e una comunit\u00e0 ai membri del proprio team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Vedono il quadro pi\u00f9 ampio ma riescono a collegarlo al presente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;La visione senza azione \u00e8 un sogno ad occhi aperti. OKR e Agile Leader vedono il quadro pi\u00f9 ampio, ma soffermarsi troppo sul quadro pi\u00f9 ampio provoca ritardi debilitanti nell&#039;esecuzione. I leader di OKR hanno un approccio equilibrato per rendere chiaro il quadro pi\u00f9 ampio a tutti i soggetti coinvolti e quindi &quot;unire i punti&quot; in modo da raggiungere &quot;l&#039;eccellenza nell&#039;esecuzione&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vedere il quadro pi\u00f9 ampio non significa necessariamente che lo realizzerai. Galvanizzare i tuoi dipendenti attorno a uno scopo operativo e a una visione avvincente, aggiornarli in modo coinvolgente e creare un ambiente motivante per loro nel presente \u00e8 sia un&#039;arte che una necessit\u00e0 per il raggiungimento sostenibile dell&#039;OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Hanno empatia ma prendono posizione per ci\u00f2 che conta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I leader OKR e Agile sono inclusivi, apprezzano il contributo del team ed entrano in empatia con le loro persone. Tuttavia, non sono &quot;spinti&quot;; prenderanno posizione a difesa dei propri valori e prenderanno molto sul serio le trasgressioni dei valori aziendali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Danno la priorit\u00e0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una delle abilit\u00e0 di leadership pi\u00f9 essenziali \u00e8 la capacit\u00e0 di identificare le vere priorit\u00e0 e di agire di conseguenza. Sfidano positivamente se stessi e gli altri ogni giorno con grandi domande che li aiutano a mettere in pratica le priorit\u00e0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Cosa importa?&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Su cosa dovremmo concentrarci?&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Quali attivit\u00e0, progetti, compiti e iniziative producono i risultati pi\u00f9 elevati rispetto ai nostri obiettivi e alla Visione?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Chi pu\u00f2 aiutare?&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abCosa \u00e8 urgente ed essenziale e cosa non \u00e8 necessario?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Lo sono <a href=\"https:\/\/sloanreview.mit.edu\/article\/with-goals-fast-beats-smart\/\">Focalizzata sul risultato<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensano costantemente all\u2019impatto e al valore che possono aggiungere agli stakeholder. Invece di impegnarsi solo per il gusto di esserlo, si concentrano sul valore che possono aggiungere agli stakeholder. Mettono in discussione positivamente tutte le attivit\u00e0, gli scopi e gli obiettivi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Qual \u00e8 l&#039;impatto o il risultato desiderato di questa attivit\u00e0?&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Come misureremo questo progetto in termini di raggiungimento dei risultati desiderati?&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I leader OKR guidano agilmente promuovendo la collaborazione, l&#039;autonomia, l&#039;azione coraggiosa e le strategie trasparenti.
