class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR e i principi del Lean Management sono collegati in numerosi modi e possono completarsi a vicenda con effetti grandi e positivi. Per implementare Lean e OKR in modo efficace \u00e8 necessario eliminare le perdite di tempo e fatica, come riunioni molto lunghe senza uno scopo reale, la creazione di prodotti o funzionalit\u00e0 che non soddisfano le esigenze specifiche dei clienti o degli utenti. I professionisti della gestione snella utilizzano efficacemente &quot;strumenti di gestione visiva&quot; come ad esempio, ma non solo, le schede Kanban per diversi decenni: quelle stesse schede sono diventate un punto fermo per la maggior parte dei professionisti Agile e OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli &quot;stand-up&quot; sono stati per molto tempo un evento regolare nel contesto dell&#039;applicazione delle metodologie lean, con lo scopo di rendere le riunioni pi\u00f9 energiche, collaborative ed efficaci in termini di tempo. Le aziende che promuovono modalit\u00e0 di lavoro nuove e agili hanno adottato stand-up e creato le proprie versioni di queste riunioni brevi ma efficaci che si adattano meglio alla loro cultura \u2013 Ad esempio, ai partecipanti alla riunione potrebbe essere chiesto di leggere un briefing molto breve durante la riunione inizia come una tecnica per ritrovare l&#039;attenzione sul contenuto stesso della riunione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un principio di gestione snella in cui crediamo fortemente all&#039;OKR Institute e che ha un enorme effetto positivo sull&#039;implementazione degli OKR \u00e8 &quot;Genchi Genbutsu&quot; (liberamente tradotto come &quot;vai e vedi di persona&quot;). I leader non possono pi\u00f9 permettersi di separarsi dall\u2019esecuzione delle strategie, e in questo contesto Genchi Genbutsu \u00e8 un principio valido da rispettare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Differenze tra Lean e OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mentre gli OKR sono quadri di definizione di obiettivi ambiziosi e diretti al futuro, progettati per essere il ponte tra strategia ed esecuzione, la gestione snella \u00e8 un sistema di gestione completo focalizzato principalmente sulla creazione di efficienza ed efficacia operativa. Mentre gli OKR, quando implementati in modo efficace, rendono chiare le strategie poich\u00e9 sono allineate ad esse, l\u2019efficacia operativa non \u00e8 una strategia ma nel contesto pu\u00f2 essere una necessit\u00e0. La gestione snella \u00e8 un mezzo per raggiungere l&#039;efficacia operativa mentre gli OKR sono un mezzo per rendere trasparenti le strategie, misurarne il successo e portarle a compimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poich\u00e9 la maggior parte delle aziende si concentra sull&#039;aumento dell&#039;efficacia operativa, il raggiungimento dell&#039;efficacia operativa, in generale, non ti differenzia dalla concorrenza. Gli OKR tendono a creare dinamiche, mentalit\u00e0 e pensieri di squadra diretti al futuro e creano urgenza in quel contesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La notizia molto buona<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alcuni ritengono che metodologie, sistemi e strumenti come OKR, KPI, gestione Lean e metodologie Agile possano essere in conflitto e causare molta confusione. Tuttavia ecco una capacit\u00e0 essenziale di leadership e\/o coaching da acquisire:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diventando esperti in tutte le aree in cui le metodologie di cui sopra si completano a vicenda (e possono completarsi a vicenda in alto grado), rendendo queste aree complementari trasparenti a tutti i soggetti coinvolti e, cosa pi\u00f9 importante, supportando i team nell&#039;applicare questi apprendimenti a proprio vantaggio , pu\u00f2 portarti sulla vetta delle prestazioni. Nessuna di queste metodologie \u00e8 perfetta, tuttavia tutte contengono elementi di verit\u00e0 ed eccellenza. Combinando tutti questi vantaggi complementari intrinsecamente contenuti in tutti i sistemi citati, \u00e8 possibile raggiungere la grandezza:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I KPI sono &quot;metriche di salute aziendale&quot; necessarie. Un KPI in calo, come ad esempio una diminuzione delle vendite, pu\u00f2 essere notevolmente migliorato da un OKR, mentre un OKR attualizzato pu\u00f2 diventare un KPI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I professionisti Agile e OKR stanno gi\u00e0 beneficiando di &quot;pratiche snelle&quot; come &quot;genchi gembutsu&quot;, stand-up, Kanban board e altro ancora, \u00e8 una questione di perfezionamento per adattarsi alla tua cultura aziendale e ci\u00f2 che funziona meglio per te.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una valida formulazione di una strategia significa molto poco, o nulla, senza l\u2019eccellenza nell\u2019esecuzione. Formulare la giusta strategia per la tua azienda nel settore e nell\u2019economia specifici in cui operi \u00e8 un\u2019arte. Allineare piani d&#039;azione OKR trasparenti e incentrati sui risultati alle tue strategie ben formulate colma il divario tra strategia ed esecuzione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I principi della gestione
