Netflix ha messo in atto la sua strategia di aprire nuovi orizzonti creando i suoi contenuti originali, in parte utilizzando gli OKR. Altre aziende di fama mondiale come Tesla, BMW e Microsoft utilizzano gli OKR come metodologia Agile per la definizione degli obiettivi. Stanno vincendo il Business Game con le migliori pratiche OKR globali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alcuni partecipanti ai corsi per professionisti e Leader dell&#039;OKR Institute commentano di aver letto dell&#039;implementazione di successo degli OKR da parte di aziende famose, ma raramente l&#039;hanno vista o sperimentata. Abbiamo appreso e applicato diverse migliori pratiche che rendono gli OKR sostenibili e di successo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un errore comune negli OKR \u00e8 che alcuni team inizialmente pensano che si tratti di impostare gli OKR in modo efficiente e che il resto si prender\u00e0 cura di se stesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR sono molto adatti a metodi di lavoro nuovi e stimolanti in cui le persone sono pi\u00f9 connesse tra loro e con il proprio lavoro. La maggior parte dei membri del team chiede:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quali metodologie sono meglio utilizzate? Dovremmo utilizzare metodi agili, OKR e KPI o dovremmo, ad esempio, utilizzare solo OKR? La risposta semplice \u00e8 che puoi usarli tutti, poich\u00e9 si completano a vicenda. Ad esempio, un KPI malsano, come un calo delle vendite, pu\u00f2 essere trasformato in un KPI salutare attraverso un framework OKR. Abbiamo compilato queste pratiche sulla base della nostra esperienza globale nel coaching e nell&#039;implementazione degli OKR in pi\u00f9 settori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Migliori pratiche OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>&#039;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/forbescoachescouncil\/2022\/02\/17\/the-great-prioritization-managing-workload-when-there-are-fewer-people-to-do-the-work\/?sh=1acd3eb54aa8\">Meno \u00e8 meglio<\/a>&#039; <\/strong>\u2013 Avere da tre a cinque OKR per squadra. &#039;Misura ci\u00f2 che conta veramente&#039;. L&#039;aggiornamento di tutti gli elementi di un OKR, come i progressi sui risultati chiave, ti consente di risolvere in modo proattivo qualsiasi sfida e acquisire tutti gli insegnamenti rilevanti relativi agli OKR. I check-in settimanali sono la migliore pratica OKR che richiede disciplina e coerenza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le aziende e i team tendono a diventare reattivi nel tempo in relazione agli OKR quando non effettuano regolarmente i check-in, con conseguente perdita di slancio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5. <strong>Sviluppo di capacit\u00e0 di competenze<\/strong> \u00e8 un elemento essenziale per la sostenibilit\u00e0 degli OKR. &quot;La tua strategia \u00e8 valida quanto le tue capacit\u00e0&quot;. Alcuni team e aziende non riescono a chiedere:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disponiamo delle risorse umane, della capacit\u00e0 finanziaria e delle competenze necessarie per raggiungere i nostri OKR? Non riuscire a rispondere chiaramente a questa domanda e allocare le risorse necessarie per raggiungere un OKR o un OKR \u00e8 spesso altamente dannoso per il raggiungimento dell&#039;OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6. <strong>Crea &quot;campioni OKR&quot;.<\/strong> Un campione OKR \u00e8, in primo luogo, qualcuno che crede fermamente nel potere degli OKR. \u00c8 anche un individuo che ha ricevuto una formazione approfondita sugli OKR e, ad esempio, ha seguito una serie di corsi per sviluppare le nostre conoscenze pratiche.
