chiave che portano a risultati eccellenti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scrivere ottimi risultati chiave che portano a eccellenti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/business-outcomes\"><strong>risultati<\/strong><\/a> richiede l\u2019applicazione pratica di migliori pratiche ottimizzate. Alcuni commentano che gli OKR sono &quot;cos\u00ec semplici&quot; e, in una certa misura, hanno ragione. A prima vista, gli OKR riguardano semplicemente la scrittura degli obiettivi, il supporto dei risultati chiave e un piano d&#039;azione in linea con quanto sopra menzionato. Una volta messi in pratica gli OKR, tuttavia, generalmente ci rendiamo conto di quanto segue:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gli obiettivi incentrati sui risultati hanno 30% maggiori probabilit\u00e0 di essere raggiunti (poich\u00e9 sono generalmente pi\u00f9 stimolanti e di impatto) rispetto agli obiettivi che sono pi\u00f9 focalizzati sui risultati<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gli OKR redatti in modo isolato, nel senso che non sono allineati con la visione dell&#039;azienda, n\u00e9 con la cultura, e nemmeno con altri team, tendono a fallire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una mancanza di leadership pu\u00f2 rendere gli OKR privi di significato<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esistono diversi meccanismi motivanti intrinseci agli OKR, ma dobbiamo concentrarci deliberatamente su di essi e dar loro vita: impegno, collaborazione, maggiore collaborazione, creativit\u00e0 e altro ancora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#039;incapacit\u00e0 di sviluppare la necessaria capacit\u00e0 finanziaria e delle risorse umane e le competenze necessarie per raggiungere un obiettivo rischia di rendere un OKR un &quot;non principiante&quot;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Senza un alto grado di chiarezza della visione e delle strategie, allineare gli OKR diventa molto difficile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scrivere i risultati vitali pi\u00f9 ottimali pu\u00f2 essere impegnativo; potremmo aver bisogno di dati pi\u00f9 rilevanti disponibili. Tuttavia, dobbiamo cercare le dipendenze tra i nostri sviluppi chiave per garantire che i risultati chiave si confrontino collettivamente con l\u2019obiettivo. Tutto quanto sopra combinato pu\u00f2 portare a grandi risultati vitali.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Grandi risultati chiave<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Un modello generale per i risultati chiave =<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aumentare o diminuire una determinata metrica da _____ a _____, ad esempio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aumenta gli utenti attivi giornalieri da 1500 a 5000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Riduci il tasso di abbandono da 5% a 2%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma: quali criteri assicurano, per quanto possibile, che stiamo scrivendo i risultati chiave pi\u00f9 ottimali?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dovrebbero essere misurabili.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siamo cresciuti sentendoci dire cose come:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Vai a studiare per il tuo test&quot;, fai la tua lista di faccende, senza concentrarti sul vantaggio finale di farlo, e questa tendenza continua a scuola, all&#039;universit\u00e0 e nelle nostre carriere. Questa abitudine \u00e8 spesso il colpevole nel indurre le persone a scrivere risultati chiave incentrati sull&#039;output, specialmente quando iniziano a scrivere OKR. Risultati chiave come i seguenti sono focalizzati sull&#039;output e non misurati:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facilitare le sessioni di coaching per i nostri baristi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Condurre un sondaggio tra i clienti<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crea una nuova pagina delle domande frequenti<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sfida con la scrittura dei risultati chiave come quelli sopra \u00e8 che non differiscono da un elenco di attivit\u00e0, un elenco di progetti o iniziative. Pertanto, non sono affatto risultati chiave. I risultati chiave combinati costituiscono il nostro &quot;sistema di navigazione verso il raggiungimento di un obiettivo&quot;. Per essere ottimali, i risultati chiave devono contenere una metrica, ad esempio un numero o una percentuale. Faremo bene a tenere sempre presente che i grandi risultati chiave hanno diverse dimensioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Devono tenere traccia dei progressi verso un risultato<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un risultato chiave come &quot;facilitare 5 sessioni di formazione&quot; non \u00e8 ottimale in quanto denota semplicemente un&#039;attivit\u00e0 ripetitiva senza alcuna garanzia di qualit\u00e0; pertanto questo particolare risultato chiave non tiene necessariamente traccia dei progressi verso un risultato desiderato. Se invece &#039;facilitiamo 5 sessioni di formazione per i nostri baristi per ridurre il tempo di servizio del caff\u00e8 da cinque minuti a due minuti -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando in realt\u00e0 ci muoviamo progressivamente verso la riduzione del tempo di servizio, ci stiamo avvicinando al risultato desiderato di clienti felici che amano il nostro caff\u00e8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dovrebbero rappresentare una forzatura per la squadra<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per sua stessa natura, gli OKR sono obiettivi ambiziosi e di vasta portata. Dopo aver redatto i risultati chiave, dovremmo interrogarli per assicurarci della loro validit\u00e0: questo rappresenta davvero una &quot;forzatura&quot; per noi o \u00e8 facile raggiungere questo risultato chiave? Se \u00e8 troppo facile da realizzare, \u00e8 probabile che venga ignorato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Collettivamente, devono raggiungere l&#039;obiettivo<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In alcuni casi, i team elaborano e raggiungono risultati chiave, ma devono ancora realizzare pienamente l\u2019obiettivo. In questi casi, non hanno preparato risultati chiave ottimali e avrebbero dovuto aggiungere altri risultati chiave o perfezionare i risultati chiave attuali; potrebbero aver bisogno di fare entrambe le cose. Solo dopo un&#039;accurata riflessione retrospettiva potranno poi elaborare grandi risultati vitali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Possono essere una miscela di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/operations\/our-insights\/gauging-internal-efficiency-and-effectiveness-with-leading-and-lagging-indicators\">Indicatori anticipatori e ritardati<\/a>
