href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/mckinsey-explainers\/what-is-an-effective-meeting\"><strong>riunioni<\/strong><\/a> \u00e8 ancora all&#039;ordine del giorno. Se vogliamo creare un successo sostenibile per la nostra azienda e per noi stessi, faremo bene a essere consapevoli del troppo tempo trascorso nelle riunioni e, cosa ancora pi\u00f9 importante, ad essere molto cauti nei confronti delle riunioni in cui non si ottiene alcun ritorno sull\u2019investimento nella nostra comunicazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 semplicemente un passo tra i tanti per impostare OKR allineati e focalizzati sui risultati. Finora pi\u00f9 del novanta percento dei nostri partecipanti afferma che lo scenario sopra descritto \u00e8 ancora valido all&#039;interno della propria organizzazione. Ci sono diverse sfide in questo scenario:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non \u00e8 un approccio inclusivo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impari solo quando ascolti, non quando parli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non \u00e8 un approccio collaborativo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c8 un approccio di comando e controllo e non un ambiente in cui le soluzioni vengono co-create<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non sapresti cosa pensano gli altri se non riescono a contribuire alla riunione<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c8 potenzialmente pericoloso fare numerose dichiarazioni durante le riunioni poich\u00e9 \u00e8 difficile ritirarle. Le domande, tuttavia, nel contesto della &quot;ricerca positiva&quot;, favoriscono la collaborazione e stimolano il pensiero positivo e incentrato sulla soluzione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tendiamo a prepararci per le riunioni con cosa dire. La comunicazione \u00e8 in realt\u00e0 &#039;il collante che tiene insieme tutti gli elementi di cui sopra.<br><br>In qualit\u00e0 di leader e coach, faremmo bene a considerare come la comunicazione influisce sulle nostre prestazioni OKR. Nello &quot;spirito&quot; di Agile e OKR, dovremmo:<br><br>\u2795 Allineare i nostri incontri (Municipio, meeting, check-in, sessioni di coaching) ai risultati<br>\u2795 Sii pi\u00f9 inclusivo nelle nostre riunioni \u2013 Fornisci a tutti una voce. Un atteggiamento di scoprire insieme qual \u00e8 il modo migliore per andare avanti, ponendo domande collaborative anzich\u00e9 parlare eccessivamente da parte di uno o due individui, \u00e8 pi\u00f9 favorevole sia alle dinamiche di squadra positive che alle prestazioni elevate<br>\u2795 Limitare il tempo trascorso nelle riunioni concentrandosi su ci\u00f2 che conta veramente e avendo pochi ma importanti punti all&#039;ordine del giorno.<br>\u2795 Essere incentrati sulla soluzione nella nostra comunicazione: dobbiamo dare l&#039;esempio come leader e coach.<br>\u2795 Sii trasparente. In che modo i nostri team e i membri del team possono allineare i loro OKR alla visione e alle strategie dell&#039;azienda se ci\u00f2 non \u00e8 chiaro?<br><br>Concentrandoci su come comunichiamo e sull&#039;efficacia della nostra comunicazione, possiamo creare un forte &quot;ritorno sull&#039;investimento&quot; del nostro tempo trascorso in sessioni di coaching, check-in e municipi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il modo in cui comunichiamo (sia verbalmente che non verbalmente) \u00e8 la parte pi\u00f9 visibile e di impatto della nostra cultura.
