class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/04\/keeping-sight-of-your-companys-long-term-vision\"><strong>Visione, missione, scopo e dichiarazioni di valori delle aziende<\/strong><\/a> sono spesso esposti sui muri delle loro sedi centrali, delle singole filiali o punti vendita e sui rispettivi siti web. Tali affermazioni rimangono tali a meno che non vengano realmente messe in pratica e non vengano fatti passi chiari e coerenti verso l&#039;attuazione della visione dell&#039;azienda. La \u201cchiarezza di visione\u201d pu\u00f2 aumentare notevolmente le prestazioni relative agli OKR in contesti specifici, che verranno ulteriormente esplorati in questo articolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Vogliamo essere leader di mercato in Germania&quot;, - esclama il CEO dell&#039;azienda. Cosa significa in termini pratici e come lo definiremmo internamente per chiarirne il significato a tutti i membri del team?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vogliamo essere l\u2019azienda migliore, pi\u00f9 grande e\/o pi\u00f9 redditizia nel nostro segmento di mercato? E una volta scelto, in base a quale parametro sar\u00e0 dimostrato che siamo effettivamente l\u2019azienda pi\u00f9 grande, migliore o pi\u00f9 redditizia? Dipende anche dalla nostra definizione collettiva, come azienda, di ci\u00f2 che per noi significa veramente successo, ad esempio, quale impatto positivo e duraturo vogliamo avere su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Societ\u00e0 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/tracybrower\/2021\/08\/22\/the-power-of-purpose-and-why-it-matters-now\/?sh=198c88cd163a\"><strong>il nostro scopo<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ambiente (elemento ambientale della nostra visione e OKR legati ai fattori ESG)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le nostre persone (OKR HR interni)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Allineamento degli OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una volta che la suddetta Visione \u00e8 stata co-creata e\/o chiarita, se gi\u00e0 creata, questo elevato livello di chiarezza ci offre un\u2019opportunit\u00e0 unica per allineare i nostri OKR in un modo pi\u00f9 diretto, verticalmente. L&#039;allineamento verticale si riferisce all&#039;allineamento degli OKR del team agli OKR strategici e, in definitiva, all&#039;allineamento dei nostri OKR strategici alla visione dell&#039;azienda. Se c&#039;\u00e8 un allineamento verticale di qualit\u00e0 all&#039;interno degli OKR organizzativi, significa che l&#039;attualizzazione degli OKR rappresenta chiari passi avanti verso l&#039;attuazione della visione dell&#039;azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se, tuttavia, solo una minoranza significativa di persone all\u2019interno dell\u2019organizzazione conoscesse la visione e come essa sia definita internamente e chiaramente, alla fine sarebbe molto difficile realizzarla. Ci sono quattro elementi in una visione che possono rendere molto pi\u00f9 semplice (ma non semplice in quanto una visione \u00e8 un obiettivo di vasta portata) da raggiungere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Quando una Vision \u00e8 chiara e definita, \u00e8 pi\u00f9 facile da comprendere ed eseguire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quando una Visione \u00e8 convincente, ottenere il consenso \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 semplice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quando una visione \u00e8 fonte di ispirazione per la maggior parte dell&#039;azienda e della societ\u00e0, \u00e8 un compito meno complesso attualizzarla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quando OKR potenti e focalizzati sui risultati sono allineati verticalmente con la visione dell\u2019azienda, diventa molto pi\u00f9 probabile che la visione diventi realt\u00e0.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando un pugile professionista di alto livello ha la visione di diventare un campione del mondo, \u00e8 semplice visualizzarsi con la cintura del titolo intorno alla vita. Quando vince la lotta per il titolo e si mette effettivamente attorno l&#039;ambita cintura del titolo, sa di aver realizzato la sua visione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il business case in relazione alla Vision \u00e8 pi\u00f9 complesso del nostro esempio tratto dal mondo dello sport e potrebbe non essere cos\u00ec chiaro fin dall&#039;inizio; pertanto, \u00e8 tempo ben speso per creare maggiore chiarezza. Vogliamo essere pi\u00f9 grandi di Apple in termini di capitalizzazione di mercato? Se cos\u00ec fosse, dovremo migliorare la capitalizzazione di mercato di $2,54 trilioni che Apple ha raggiunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essere l&#039;azienda pi\u00f9 grande non significa necessariamente che sarai la pi\u00f9 redditizia, n\u00e9 necessariamente la migliore (fornendo il miglior servizio). Non affronta l\u2019impatto che si desidera avere (creare posti di lavoro di alta qualit\u00e0, cambiare la vita in meglio, ecc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potremmo essere estremamente ben finanziati come compagnia aerea e, di conseguenza, avere la flotta pi\u00f9 grande, ma ancora una volta ci\u00f2 non significa che siamo i pi\u00f9 redditizi n\u00e9 i migliori della categoria quando si tratta di servizio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una volta che lo stato finale desiderato che abbiamo in mente \u00e8 chiaramente definito e sappiamo esattamente cosa vogliamo ottenere in definitiva, diventa pi\u00f9 chiaro su cosa concentrarci quando facciamo la pianificazione strategica. \u00c8 pi\u00f9 semplice che creare OKR e KPI dalle nostre strategie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una delle nostre strategie per differenziarci dalla concorrenza come compagnia aerea potrebbe essere quella di rendere la formazione sul servizio presso la nostra accademia ancora pi\u00f9 incentrata sui risultati (per il passeggero) e orientata allo scopo (non stiamo semplicemente facendo volare persone; le stiamo davvero connettendo) a ci\u00f2 che per loro \u00e8 una priorit\u00e0). Essere guidati da uno scopo \u00e8 un elemento chiave di OKR Performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Da questa strategia che \u00e8 chiaramente in linea con la nostra visione chiarita, possiamo ora scrivere OKR orientati ai risultati e al servizio per supportare questa strategia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I nostri Passeggeri provano la vera gioia di viaggiare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KR#1 Migliora il livello di soddisfazione dei passeggeri da 78% a 95%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KR#2 Diminuisce il tempo di imbarco da _____a _______<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KR#3 Diminuisce i tempi di risposta per le richieste dei passeggeri da _____a ________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/courses\/okr-leadership-course\/\"><strong>Partecipa al corso Leadership di OKR Institute<\/strong><\/a>, che riguarda essenzialmente le prestazioni OKR sostenibili per imparare come attualizzare la visione della tua azienda attraverso OKR potenti e allineati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In definitiva, \u00e8 la comunicazione mirata, trasparente, chiara e semplice a costituire il collante che tiene insieme le prestazioni di OKR.
