class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki Aizawa \u00e8 nata nel mondo dell&#039;imprenditoria e nella mentalit\u00e0 di mettere in discussione lo status quo. I suoi genitori hanno posseduto diverse attivit\u00e0 per decenni e lei ha continuato con la tendenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mentre la nostra conversazione si spostava su Women in Tech, Yuki ha fatto riferimento <a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/ikigai\/\">&#039;Ikigai&#039; <\/a>l&#039;interpretazione giapponese del concetto di avere uno scopo, o pi\u00f9 significato e impatto nella tua vita. &quot;Ikigai&quot;, liberamente tradotto come ragione d&#039;essere, \u00e8 un approccio equilibrato per trovare maggiore impatto e significato e si concentra su scopi personali, familiari e aziendali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki non \u00e8 solo la direttrice del paese malese di Women in Tech, ma \u00e8 anche fortemente coinvolta nella trasformazione del panorama imprenditoriale per le donne nella regione APAC. Inoltre, \u00e8 fortemente motivata ad avere un impatto in Giappone, dove il governo si concentra attualmente sullo sviluppo di una vivace scena di start-up con un solido ecosistema a supporto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ci viene spesso insegnato da allenatori, leader e formatori che non dovremmo &quot;diluire la nostra attenzione&quot; e lasciarci coinvolgere in troppe iniziative. Tuttavia, ci sono sempre delle eccezioni alle regole. Un vero senso dell&#039;Ikigai pu\u00f2 essere il catalizzatore per fornire energia sufficiente e guidare per perseguire con successo molteplici iniziative: Yuki \u00e8 anche la co-fondatrice di Rinne Technologies e quindi &quot;fa il suo discorso&quot;, non solo essendo una sostenitrice delle donne imprenditrici e professioniste in tecnologia ma anche essere un imprenditore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con oltre duecentotrentamila partecipanti all&#039;evento e l&#039;enfatica dichiarazione sul loro sito web di:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;<strong>In missione per dare potere a 5 milioni di donne e ragazze entro il 2030&quot;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Women in Tech non si limita a rendere omaggio all&#039;emancipazione delle donne, ma agisce di conseguenza, sostenendo diverse iniziative DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) ed ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) e sostenendo attivamente le donne in tutto il mondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;OKR Institute ha collaborato con il capitolo Women in Tech Malaysian nel tentativo di supportare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Empowerment imprenditoriale femminile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iniziative DEI e ESG<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ecco alcuni esempi di DEI e ESG OKR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DEI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Obbiettivo<\/strong>: Migliorare drasticamente la diversit\u00e0 nella nostra organizzazione&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risultato chiave 1:&nbsp;<\/strong>Revisione 100% delle nostre descrizioni delle mansioni con un linguaggio inclusivo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risultato chiave 2:&nbsp;<\/strong>Aumentare la percentuale di dipendenti diversi da X% a Y%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risultato chiave 3:&nbsp;<\/strong>Aumentare la percentuale di donne in posizioni dirigenziali da X% a Y%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risultato chiave 4:&nbsp;<\/strong>Aumentare la percentuale di minoranze sottorappresentate nei ruoli tecnologici da X% a Y%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risultato chiave 5:\u00a0<\/strong>Aumentare la percentuale di stage di minoranza da X%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ESG<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Impatto positivo sul nostro ambiente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le emissioni di CO\u2082 della nostra catena di fornitura sono diminuite del 10%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il X percento dei nostri fornitori ha accettato e firmato un accordo sulla plastica zero percento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#039;impatto medio stimato di CO\u2082 dei nostri dipendenti dal pendolarismo \u00e8 diminuito dell&#039;X%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chiunque abbia un&#039;esperienza significativa in materia di OKR sa che &quot;gli OKR non si realizzano da soli: una forte leadership, una cultura ad alte prestazioni e la capacit\u00e0 delle risorse hanno tutti un impatto sulle prestazioni di OKR&quot;. Yuki e io abbiamo discusso ulteriormente della leadership e abbiamo toccato una definizione pi\u00f9 ristretta di leadership che rende il concetto pi\u00f9 pratico:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa leadership \u00e8 la capacit\u00e0 di ispirare le persone a raggiungere collettivamente lo stato futuro desiderato\u201d. Spesso le strategie e gli obiettivi non riescono a realizzarsi (90% del tempo secondo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/354944\/leaders-bring-strategy-back-focus.aspx\">Harvard e Gallup)<\/a> soprattutto perch\u00e9 manca chiarezza sul significato delle strategie e su come eseguirle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sia le strategie che gli obiettivi possono essere resi pi\u00f9 chiari da:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Essere pi\u00f9 inclusivi nella loro creazione (fornire una voce al cliente e ai membri del team)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semplificandolo deliberatamente, rendendo cos\u00ec pi\u00f9 semplici sia la comprensione che l&#039;esecuzione<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allineamento trasparente di strategie e obiettivi alla visione dell&#039;azienda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Women in Tech ha una visione chiara e i passaggi per arrivarci stanno diventando sempre pi\u00f9 chiari man mano che la loro adesione cresce, mentre stanno lanciando pi\u00f9 capitoli e mentre sostengono l&#039;emancipazione delle donne imprenditrici e professioniste della tecnologia. WIT ha impegni di conferenze di alto livello in tutto il mondo e sta coinvolgendo attivamente governi e agenzie governative per avere un impatto. Eppure non finisce qui, WIT persegue attivamente partnership private per affrontare le sfide che le donne imprenditrici e professioniste tecnologiche devono affrontare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki Aizawa ha un approccio pragmatico all&#039;emancipazione delle donne e ha affermato che non si tratta solo di patrocinio, collaborazione e adesione, ma anche di emancipazione attraverso esperienze coinvolgenti di sviluppo di competenze, tutoraggio e supporto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aderire al <a
