Dalle civilt\u00e0 antiche ai tempi moderni, gli esseri umani sono sempre stati spinti a realizzare qualcosa di significativo. I primi filosofi come Aristotele e Platone rifletterono sull&#039;idea di un comportamento diretto a uno scopo, riconoscendo l&#039;importanza di tendere verso gli obiettivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tuttavia, \u00e8 stato negli anni \u201960 che le teorie sulla definizione degli obiettivi hanno guadagnato terreno. Pionieri come Edwin Locke e Gary Latham hanno studiato approfonditamente l\u2019impatto della definizione di obiettivi specifici e stimolanti sulle prestazioni e sulla motivazione individuale. Ci\u00f2 ha segnato un cambiamento di paradigma nel modo in cui affrontiamo la definizione degli obiettivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peter Drucker introdusse la Gestione per Obiettivi alla fine degli anni sessanta e si concentr\u00f2 fortemente sugli Obiettivi che riflettevano le priorit\u00e0 dell&#039;azienda. All\u2019inizio degli anni ottanta abbiamo visto emergere i KPI e all\u2019inizio degli anni novanta \u00e8 stata introdotta la Balanced Scorecard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlassian.com\/blog\/productivity\/how-to-write-smart-goals\">Obiettivi SMART<\/a>: Un cambiamento di paradigma<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dopo qualche decennio, un nuovo metodo di definizione degli obiettivi cattur\u00f2 l&#039;attenzione dei professionisti di tutto il mondo. Questo metodo, noto come obiettivi SMART, \u00e8 l&#039;acronimo di Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant e Time-bound. L\u2019idea era semplice ma potente: gli individui e le organizzazioni potevano aumentare le proprie possibilit\u00e0 di successo fissando obiettivi che soddisfacessero queste cinque caselle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli obiettivi SMART hanno fornito un quadro strutturato, apportando chiarezza e concentrazione al processo di definizione degli obiettivi. Hanno aiutato le persone a definire i propri obiettivi, misurare i progressi e rimanere motivati. Questo metodo \u00e8 diventato lo standard di riferimento per la definizione degli obiettivi in vari settori, con le organizzazioni che lo hanno adottato come pietra angolare per la gestione delle prestazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tuttavia, nonostante la loro adozione diffusa e i numerosi vantaggi, gli obiettivi SMART avevano i loro limiti. Non sono riusciti a fornire un approccio globale al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, spesso necessitando di maggiore flessibilit\u00e0 e adattabilit\u00e0 alle mutevoli circostanze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli obiettivi SMART non sono necessariamente focalizzati sui risultati ma sono invece, in generale, focalizzati sui risultati. I risultati spiegano i benefici e il valore aggiunto per le parti interessate nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I risultati sono attivit\u00e0 ma non sono necessariamente prioritari n\u00e9 allineati ai risultati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019ascesa degli OKR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entra negli OKR, una metodologia di definizione degli obiettivi emersa negli anni \u201970 e guadagnata una notevole popolarit\u00e0 nel settore tecnologico. Originati da Intel e successivamente resi popolari da Google, gli OKR hanno preso d&#039;assalto il tradizionale panorama della definizione degli obiettivi. Andy Grove presso Intel ha introdotto gli OKR come metodo per sovraperformare la concorrenza, che all&#039;epoca era principalmente Motorolla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il framework OKR \u00e8 un metodo Agile di definizione degli obiettivi, il che significa che vengono promossi la collaborazione, un elevato grado di autonomia e innovazione, nonch\u00e9 la centralit\u00e0 del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR stanno per Obiettivi e Risultati Chiave. Gli obiettivi sono traguardi ambiziosi e qualitativi che stabiliscono una direzione e ispirano individui o team a lottare per la grandezza. I risultati chiave, tuttavia, sono risultati specifici e misurabili che definiscono il successo nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ci\u00f2 che rende gli OKR davvero rivoluzionari \u00e8 la loro semplicit\u00e0 e flessibilit\u00e0. Ecco alcuni vantaggi chiave che fanno risaltare gli OKR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Allineamento a cascata<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR consentono alle organizzazioni di raggiungere l&#039;allineamento, garantendo che ogni individuo e squadra lavori verso un obiettivo comune.
