class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;OKR Busyness&#039; e &#039;OKR Success&#039;, qual \u00e8 la differenza e perch\u00e9 \u00e8 importante? Obiettivi e risultati chiave possono essere raggiunti solo quando i nostri team sono costantemente impegnati con le &quot;cose giuste&quot; che producono risultati. Nel contesto delle prestazioni OKR, i termini &quot;occupativit\u00e0&quot; e &quot;produttivit\u00e0&quot; richiedono un alto grado di chiarimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Occupazione<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrebbe essere giusto dire che molte persone non vedono l&#039;ora di dirci quanto sono impegnate. &#039;Sono estremamente occupato&#039;, \u00e8 diventata una &#039;frase di moda&#039; per rispondere alla domanda clich\u00e9 di &#039;Come stai?&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MA<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Siamo davvero impegnati?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Siamo impegnati con priorit\u00e0 o solo compiti casuali per confermare che sei occupato?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Siamo concentrati o impegnati con attivit\u00e0 ad ampio spettro e non possiamo concentrarci sulla qualit\u00e0?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stiamo producendo i risultati desiderati essendo occupati?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stiamo prendendo l&#039;abitudine di essere occupati o riflettiamo regolarmente su ci\u00f2 che funziona e cosa non funziona - ci stiamo adeguando?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Siamo impegnati a lavorare insieme su una visione condivisa o siamo attivi per il gusto di essere attivi?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2011\/05\/the-busyness-trap\">Un recente articolo della Harvard Business Review <\/a>&quot;spiega&quot; il concetto di frenesia, come \u00e8 diventato uno status symbol e come influisce sulle prestazioni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dovremmo essere impegnati con priorit\u00e0 e attivit\u00e0 su cui abbiamo il controllo o attivit\u00e0 che possiamo influenzare, per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Produttivit\u00e0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2021\/01\/productivity-is-about-your-systems-not-your-people\">Produttivit\u00e0<\/a> pu\u00f2 essere distillato nei concetti di \u201cefficienza\u201d ed \u201cefficacia\u201d a scopo di chiarimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;efficienza \u00e8 &quot;fare la cosa giusta&quot;: \u00e8 la cosa giusta per eseguire campagne di marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mentre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;efficacia \u00e8 &quot;fare la cosa giusta, nel modo giusto, in modo che produca risultati&quot;. Produrre i risultati giusti \u00e8, il pi\u00f9 delle volte, un processo iterativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Produrre i risultati giusti si basa sulla definizione delle priorit\u00e0 e sull&#039;allineamento: allineamento alla visione condivisa e definizione delle priorit\u00e0 degli obiettivi, delle metriche e delle attivit\u00e0 di maggior impatto sulla visione dell&#039;organizzazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Netflix ha fatto la chiara scelta strategica di creare i propri contenuti originali di alta qualit\u00e0 rispetto allo streaming dei contenuti di altri studi e ha allineato le sue priorit\u00e0, obiettivi e traguardi a questa scelta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Successo dell&#039;OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La distribuzione di OKR e il raggiungimento di OKR sono concetti diversi, tuttavia, ovviamente, il modo in cui si distribuiscono gli OKR ha un forte impatto sul loro raggiungimento. \u00c8 improbabile che l&#039;impegno, come descritto in questo articolo, &quot;sposti l&#039;ago nel raggiungimento degli OKR&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diverse persone e aziende stanno redigendo elenchi di attivit\u00e0 invece di OKR, ma chiamano ancora gli stessi elenchi di attivit\u00e0 OKR. Non sono da biasimare, ma il condizionamento s\u00ec. Siamo condizionati fin dalla tenera et\u00e0, in generale, a redigere elenchi di compiti e spuntarli mentre li completiamo: questo fornisce un &quot;colpo di dopamina&quot;, un senso di realizzazione e la prova che siamo, davvero, impegnati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se dovessimo dare la priorit\u00e0 a queste stesse attivit\u00e0 in ordine di grado di impatto sulle metriche chiave (risultati chiave) e in che modo alla fine incidono sui nostri obiettivi condivisi, avremmo migliorato positivamente le nostre possibilit\u00e0 di raggiungimento dell&#039;OKR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;allineamento, i check-in, la stesura di potenti OKR e il &quot;fare OKR&quot; sono tutti fattori di successo degli obiettivi e dei risultati chiave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#039;Fare OKR&#039;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cosa garantisce (per quanto possibile) OKR Success? Possiamo redigere OKR perfetti, ma alla fine si tratta di ci\u00f2 che facciamo collettivamente come squadra che \u00e8 della massima importanza per raggiungere gli OKR. Dobbiamo fare ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 difficile, ovvero evitare troppe comodit\u00e0 facendo continuamente ci\u00f2 che abbiamo l&#039;abitudine di fare e invece fare ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 necessario per ottenere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I nostri elenchi di attivit\u00e0 a supporto dell&#039;attualizzazione dei risultati chiave, quindi, non dovrebbero rappresentare le nostre attivit\u00e0 preferite, ma invece i progetti, le attivit\u00e0 e le iniziative pi\u00f9 efficaci (o probabilmente le pi\u00f9 efficaci) che ci piaccia o no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;azione immediata \u00e8 un ulteriore fattore importante per il successo e il successo OKR sostenibile. Anche se iniziamo in piccolo e costruiamo da l\u00ec, dobbiamo agire immediatamente dopo aver redatto gli OKR. Pi\u00f9 lungo \u00e8 il ritardo tra l&#039;iter redazionale e l&#039;azione culmina nel rischio di non avvio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dobbiamo essere &quot;estremamente a disagio&quot; durante il dispiegamento di OKRS -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entusiasti per il nuovo viaggio e per il fatto che raggiungeremo obiettivi di vasta portata come squadra. Messaggistica coerente, supporto e coaching da parte della leadership, disciplina nell&#039;avere controlli produttivi settimanali e azione continua sono altri ingredienti del &quot;successo OKR&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se, ad esempio, sperimentiamo un municipio molto stimolante per &quot;dare il via&quot; all&#039;OKRS, solo per essere seguito da un &quot;comando e controllo&quot; e da un ambiente negativo durante i nostri check-in, sar\u00e0 estremamente difficile per noi raggiungere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR sono fonte di ispirazione, orientati al futuro e orientati all&#039;azione.
