class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per far funzionare gli OKR in modo sostenibile, un eccellente lavoro di squadra e dinamiche sono requisiti fondamentali. Le dinamiche di squadra eccellenti hanno diversi elementi, come ad esempio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un senso di appartenenza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uno scopo condiviso e un sistema di valori<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trasparenza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fiducia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potenziamento efficace delle competenze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ottima comunicazione<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E altro ancora<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;<strong>PERCH\u00c9 AGILE VA SBAGLIATO<\/strong>&#039; \u2013 Un articolo della Harvard Business Review di Lindsay McGregor e Neel Doshi fornisce approfondimenti approfonditi sul modo in cui le pratiche Agile vanno male, ma anche su come strategie specifiche e potenti possono rafforzare il lavoro di squadra e le prestazioni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; Piuttosto che un processo in cui una persona scrive requisiti (anche piccoli) mentre un&#039;altra li esegue, il tutto senza una stella polare strategica, un team che cerca una vera agilit\u00e0 dovrebbe avere un processo senza trasferimento rispetto a un processo in cui una persona scrive requisiti mentre il altri li esegue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In un processo senza passaggio di consegne, il product manager e gli ingegneri (e qualsiasi altra parte interessata) collaborano dall&#039;inizio alla fine nella progettazione di una funzionalit\u00e0.&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dall&#039;esperienza pratica con gli OKR, proponiamo lo stesso approccio nella progettazione dei quadri degli obiettivi e dei risultati chiave: nessun passaggio di consegne ma piuttosto un approccio collaborativo alla co-creazione di ogni parte del quadro, dagli obiettivi ai risultati chiave e al piano d&#039;azione di supporto, garantendo un elevato livello di trasparenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/10\/why-agile-goes-awry-and-how-to-fix-it\">Leggi l&#039;articolo completo qui.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il no-handoff \u00e8 una delle tante tecniche per favorire il lavoro di squadra e la collaborazione: i coach Agile e OKR dovrebbero disporre di un arsenale di queste tecniche per garantire l&#039;implementazione sostenibile di OKR, Scrum e gestione del progetto Agile per evitare che un orientamento al controllo del comando fermi lo sviluppo agile nelle sue tracce. Ci\u00f2 includerebbe la rottura degli strati di burocrazia tra i dipartimenti tradizionali (che non stanno subendo una trasformazione Agile) ma devono ancora supportare i team Agile \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In che modo il team o il dipartimento delle risorse umane pu\u00f2 supportare la sostenibilit\u00e0 degli OKR e delle metodologie Agile?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno o pi\u00f9 membri del dipartimento finanziario (si spera un volontario) possono essere assegnati a un team OKR con la consapevolezza che deve accelerare i normali processi e perfezionarli per supportare meglio il team.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non necessariamente tutti i dipartimenti si trasformeranno totalmente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/leading-agile-transformation-the-new-capabilities-leaders-need-to-build-21st-century-organizations\">da un approccio tradizionale ad uno Agile<\/a>; tutto questo dipende dal contesto, come, ad esempio, la dimensione dell&#039;organizzazione e se l&#039;organizzazione opera o meno all&#039;interno di un ambiente altamente regolamentato.<br><br>A supporto del successo dell&#039;implementazione di OKR e di altre metodologie Agile, pu\u00f2 essere estremamente vantaggioso per il dipartimento delle risorse umane trasformarsi da &quot;HR funzionale&quot; (elaborazione di buste paga e ferie, organizzazione della formazione, ecc.) a &quot;HR strategico&quot; (assunzione agile e Onboarding, co-creando OKR interni, allineando i comportamenti alla cultura e alla visione dell&#039;azienda attraverso la costruzione di competenze immersive).<br><br>Quando un&#039;ampia percentuale o addirittura l&#039;intero dipartimento delle risorse umane conosce e pratica gli OKR, pu\u00f2 fornire supporto pratico ai team OKR e Agile e capire meglio come assumere le persone giuste che prospererebbero in un ambiente pi\u00f9 Agile.<br><br>All&#039;istituto OKR, ad esempio, abbiamo creato pratiche di assunzione e onboarding in continua evoluzione che prevedono la creazione di descrizioni del lavoro con i nuovi assunti attraverso un esercizio di collaborazione unico.<br><br>Se il dipartimento delle risorse umane \u00e8 isolato dall&#039;implementazione di OKR e metodologie Agile, trover\u00e0 estremamente difficile, se possibile, assumere, formare e istruire in modo efficace a supporto dello sviluppo e delle prestazioni Agile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018&#039;\u2018<strong>Il talento fa vincere le partite, ma il lavoro di squadra e l\u2019intelligenza vincono il campionato<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Michele Giordano<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ci vuole molto di pi\u00f9 del talento e delle capacit\u00e0 individuali per realizzare la visione di un&#039;azienda. Abbiamo osservato molti esempi nel mondo degli affari e dello sport di individui di grande talento che falliscono a causa della loro incapacit\u00e0 di mettere le esigenze della squadra al di sopra delle proprie.<br><br>Poich\u00e9 gli OKR sono obiettivi estesi, il che significa intrinsecamente che \u00e8 difficile da raggiungere, le persone non possono farcela da sole. Una forte leadership che forma una potente combinazione con dinamiche di gruppo creative e collaborative sono elementi critici della sostenibilit\u00e0 degli OKR.<br><br>Tuttavia, ancora pi\u00f9 importante di tutto quanto sopra \u00e8 eseguire gli OKR per il giusto motivo. Qualcosa di pi\u00f9 importante delle prestazioni individuali o di squadra deve essere il motore chiave dell&#039;&quot;Eccellenza OKR&quot;.<br><br>Gli OKR orientati allo scopo, all&#039;impatto e ai risultati sono pi\u00f9 sostenibili. Perch\u00e9? Semplicemente perch\u00e9 sono pi\u00f9 incentrati sul cliente\/cliente\/utente e spostano l&#039;attenzione sui nostri stakeholder pi\u00f9 importanti.<br><br><strong>Gli OKR intelligenti sono:<\/strong><br><br>\u2705 Allineato<br>\u2705 Focalizzato (less is more)<br>\u2705 Con priorit\u00e0 (&#039;Misura ci\u00f2 che conta)<br>\u2705Orientato al risultato<br>\u2705 Alimentato dallo scopo (allineato a uno scopo operazionale<br>\u2705 orientato al lavoro di squadra (la creativit\u00e0, la collaborazione e la propriet\u00e0 sono incoraggiate)<br>\u2705 misurabile (contiene principalmente indicatori anticipatori e dinamici)<br>\u2705 Dinamico: le attivit\u00e0 relative agli OKR, come i check-in, sono proattive<br>\u2705 Orientato ai valori (garantisce l&#039;allineamento alla cultura aziendale)<br>\u2705 trasparente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;elenco di cui sopra non rappresenta semplici caselle da spuntare.
