definizione degli obiettivi si completano a vicenda.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non devi scegliere tra metodologie Agile e framework di definizione degli obiettivi come OKR e KPI, poich\u00e9 si completano a vicenda. \u00c8 una questione di prospettiva:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando visualizzi tutte le metodologie Agile e i framework di definizione degli obiettivi come parte di un ecosistema di prestazioni pi\u00f9 ampio, questa visione pi\u00f9 ampia ti consentir\u00e0 di utilizzare e integrare tutte le metodologie sopra menzionate in modo sostenibile e con grande vantaggio per l&#039;azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Agile pu\u00f2 essere definito come:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c8 una mentalit\u00e0 e un metodo per migliorare l&#039;innovazione attraverso una profonda collaborazione con i clienti e test e apprendimento adattivi<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>L&#039;Harvard Business Review<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR e KPI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#039;\u00e8 una moltitudine di dibattiti l\u00e0 fuori incentrati su quali metodologie in termini di nuovi modi di lavorare e definizione degli obiettivi siano migliori di altre:<br>Alcuni preferiscono i KPI rispetto agli OKR, ad esempio. Non vale la pena discutere perch\u00e9 gli OKR completano i KPI e viceversa. Gli Sprint possono far parte del tuo piano d&#039;azione per ottenere risultati critici, mentre Epic e User story possono far parte dei tuoi framework OKR.<br><br>Per quanto riguarda le metodologie Agile e i framework di definizione degli obiettivi, non \u00e8 uno &quot;uno o l&#039;altro scenario&quot;; invece, \u00e8 una questione di integrazione e allineamento.<br><br>I KPI, in generale, misurano la salute della tua azienda. Un &quot;KPI malsano&quot; come un calo delle vendite pu\u00f2 essere migliorato attraverso un framework OKR e un OKR attualizzato pu\u00f2 diventare un KPI.<br><br>Uno scopo operativo \u00e8 alla base delle prestazioni OKR e le strutture OKR dovrebbero essere eseguite con il sistema di valori dell&#039;azienda come standard comportamentali per garantire l&#039;allineamento con la cultura aziendale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A titolo di chiaro esempio, Nokia aveva uno scopo altamente degno di CONNETTERE LE PERSONE. Questo scopo, sfortunatamente, \u00e8 scivolato verso il basso nelle loro classifiche di priorit\u00e0 poich\u00e9 si trovavano in una solida modalit\u00e0 di acquisizione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allo stesso tempo, Apple ha preso a cuore lo scopo di CONNETTERE LE PERSONE e lo ha reso operativo come una priorit\u00e0; rendendo i loro dispositivi semplici e attraverso design eleganti e accattivanti, hanno veramente connesso le persone, e il resto \u00e8 storia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando i team sono veramente connessi a uno scopo operazionale, questo di per s\u00e9 pu\u00f2 essere un fattore trainante significativo delle prestazioni - quando un&#039;assistente di volo si vede non solo come una persona che serve gli altri su un volo, ma come una persona che collega gli altri a ci\u00f2 che conta (le loro famiglie , lavoro, carriera) \u00e8 probabile che presti maggiore attenzione a ci\u00f2 che dice e fa per servire meglio gli altri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR, KPI, Scrum e gestione dei progetti Agile sono ottimali se allineati a una cultura di crescita esemplificata dai valori dell&#039;azienda. Le decisioni prese durante l&#039;implementazione di una qualsiasi di queste metodologie, o di una combinazione delle stesse, dovrebbero essere filtrate attraverso il sistema di valori dell&#039;azienda o dei team per garantire validit\u00e0 e allineamento. EG, &quot;Possiamo eseguire questo progetto secondo la nostra definizione interna di INTEGRIT\u00c0 e con un alto grado di ECCELLENZA (i nostri valori fondamentali)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrum.org\/\"><strong>clicca qui <\/strong><\/a>per capire di pi\u00f9 su altre metodologie agili come Scrum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funzioni tradizionali e Agile Team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le funzioni tradizionali dell&#039;organizzazione possono anche integrare tutte le metodologie Agile e i framework di definizione degli obiettivi quando vengono rimossi gli strati di burocrazia. Non \u00e8 necessario che tutti i reparti si trasformino in &quot;Agile&quot; durante la trasformazione da un&#039;organizzazione tradizionale a un&#039;organizzazione Agile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ad esempio, i reparti IT, sviluppo software e risorse umane possono trasformarsi in team e metodi di lavoro agili. Al contrario, il dipartimento finanziario pu\u00f2 funzionare come previsto. Tuttavia, una stretta comunicazione e collaborazione tra i suddetti team e il dipartimento finanziario deve abbattere i soliti strati di burocrazia per garantire un&#039;elevata velocit\u00e0 di applicazione delle risorse finanziarie necessarie ai progetti Agile. <a href=\"https:\/\/ca.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/working-in-modern-organizations\"><strong>Ecco alcuni nuovi modi di lavorare<\/strong><\/a> sempre pi\u00f9 diffuso nelle organizzazioni<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quanto sopra deve essere sostenuto da una mentalit\u00e0 Agile e da nuovi modi di lavorare a livello strategico dell&#039;organizzazione. Il pieno coinvolgimento degli stakeholder nelle metodologie Agile \u00e8 possibile solo quando i livelli superiori del management si impegnano e partecipano a esperienze di apprendimento immersive di Agile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Di :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>chiarire la Visione del cambiamento,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>creazione di una classifica delle squadre,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dare priorit\u00e0 alle strategie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>e abbattere la burocrazia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rendere operativa la dichiarazione di intenti dell&#039;azienda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Il top management sta ora supportando nuovi modi di lavorare. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;equilibrio tra leadership e gestione \u00e8 un fattore critico di successo nell&#039;implementazione sostenibile delle metodologie Agile. Sebbene i controlli finanziari come i budget, i controlli delle risorse umane come le ferie e le buste paga e i controlli operativi come le procedure operative standard debbano essere messi in atto per evitare il caos, gli strati di burocrazia devono essere rimossi per supportare i metodi di lavoro Agile. Allo stesso tempo, deve essere in atto una forte leadership per rendere attuabile e sostenibile la pratica di tutte le suddette metodologie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I team devono
