mentalit\u00e0 agile <\/a>\u00e8 il punto di partenza per l&#039;esecuzione della strategia.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;esecuzione della strategia riguarda in primo luogo la convergenza delle mentalit\u00e0: lo stesso atteggiamento da cui hanno origine le strategie \u00e8 spesso diverso dalla mentalit\u00e0 di coloro che devono eseguire lo stesso piano generale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando i membri del team che alla fine devono eseguire la strategia sollevano domande, coloro che hanno creato la strategia o le strategie spesso lo percepiscono come resistenza al cambiamento. Tuttavia, il pi\u00f9 delle volte, e in generale, queste stesse domande vengono poste a scopo di chiarimento: se non sei chiaro sulla strategia, come puoi eseguirla?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&quot;Il successo oggi richiede l&#039;agilit\u00e0 e la spinta a ripensare, rinvigorire, reagire e reinventare costantemente&quot;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Bill Gates<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una considerazione vitale potrebbe essere quella di ripensare e rimodellare il modo in cui creiamo strategie, le verbalizziamo e le presentiamo a coloro che devono eseguirle. \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Co-creando strategie il pi\u00f9 possibile (l&#039;effetto IKEA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permettendo che le strategie vengano messe in discussione e rimodellate da altri che devono eseguirle:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stiamo cambiando l&#039;approccio e la mentalit\u00e0 tradizionali alla creazione e all&#039;esecuzione della strategia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le strategie sono pi\u00f9 precise quando sono presentate come un insieme di scelte<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le strategie e gli obiettivi sono diversi, tuttavia accade che i dirigenti a volte forniscano un elenco di obiettivi quando vengono chieste le loro strategie.<br><br>Le strategie sono pi\u00f9 precise quando rappresentano una o pi\u00f9 scelte chiare. Come esempio:<br><br>Netflix ha deciso tra lo streaming di contenuti di altri studi e la creazione di propri, e il resto \u00e8 storia. Quando un produttore di giocattoli inizia a trasformare i giocattoli in modelli di scala perfetta, si rivolge agli hobbisti adulti piuttosto che ai bambini.<br><br>Il punto di avere una strategia \u00e8 differenziarsi dalla concorrenza. La forma pi\u00f9 alta di una strategia \u00e8 creare uno spazio di mercato incontrastato.<br><br>Giocare a &#039;recuperare&#039; con la concorrenza \u00e8 semplicemente giocare a &#039;recuperare&#039; e non proprio una strategia nel vero senso della parola. Quando recuperi, raggiungerai solo un punto da cui \u00e8 probabile che la competizione sia gi\u00e0 partita per allora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2023\/02\/your-strategy-needs-a-story\">Un articolo di revisione aziendale di Harvard<\/a> rivela perch\u00e9 tutti abbiamo bisogno di una storia per la nostra strategia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qual \u00e8 il primo passo in ogni trasformazione?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il primo passo in ogni trasformazione dovrebbe essere il cambiamento di mentalit\u00e0? \u2013 Devi trasformarti in un&#039;organizzazione agile con una mentalit\u00e0 diversa rispetto a quella in cui hai creato un&#039;organizzazione tradizionale.<br><br>Per lo meno, \u00e8 necessario un approccio di mentalit\u00e0 aperta al cambiamento affinch\u00e9 le iniziative di cambiamento siano sostenibili:<br><br>Le scelte deliberate della partecipazione sul potere<br>Progresso sulla perfezione<br>Autonomia sul controllo<br>Azione oltre l&#039;analisi<br><br>Rappresenta un cambiamento di mentalit\u00e0. Dobbiamo offrire esperienze coinvolgenti di Agile almeno ai primi tre livelli di gestione per supportare le scelte di cui sopra. Le decisioni di cui sopra, ad esempio, Autonomia sul controllo, non implicano che non ci saranno controlli (senza regole, ne deriver\u00e0 il caos); \u00e8 semplicemente una preferenza chiaramente dichiarata e un punto focale.<br><br>Cercare di convincere i decisori solo con la teoria non sar\u00e0 sostenibile. Un approccio sperimentale pu\u00f2 essere un punto di partenza per introdurre gli OKR in un&#039;organizzazione. Quando l&#039;organizzazione ha vissuto diversi anni di scarse prestazioni, pu\u00f2 essere prudente puntare prima su &quot;piccole vittorie&quot; per riguadagnare slancio prima di puntare a raggiungere &quot;stretch goal&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Che cos&#039;\u00e8 una mentalit\u00e0 Agile, allora?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una mentalit\u00e0 Agile pu\u00f2 essere descritta come una visione ottimistica ed entusiasta dello stato futuro della nostra attivit\u00e0 basata sulla nostra convinzione collettiva nella nostra capacit\u00e0 di avere un forte impatto sul modo in cui plasmiamo il futuro della nostra attivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scelte deliberate, come Progress over Perfection, rappresentano ulteriormente una mentalit\u00e0 Agile. Una mentalit\u00e0 Agile \u00e8 allineata e focalizzata sulla creazione di valore pi\u00f9 velocemente per l&#039;utente finale o il cliente del mio cliente, favorendo metodologie Agili come i framework Scrum e OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un elemento fondamentale di una mentalit\u00e0 agile \u00e8 abbracciare pienamente iniziative di cambiamento benefiche. Un orientamento alla mentalit\u00e0 di crescita (strettamente collegato a un locus of control interno) \u00e8 favorevole al raggiungimento di obiettivi estesi e all&#039;implementazione di altre metodologie Agile. D&#039;altra parte, una mentalit\u00e0 fissa (strettamente legata a un locus of control esterno) non favorisce la collaborazione, i metodi agili e le trasformazioni di successo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un orientamento al locus of control interno significa che ci assumiamo la responsabilit\u00e0 delle nostre azioni e promuoviamo la convinzione che possiamo migliorare e crescere dalla nostra posizione attuale. Per chiarezza, va detto che un livello estremamente elevato di locus of control interno pu\u00f2 essere controproducente. Mantenere un equilibrio \u00e8 sempre fondamentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un locus of control esterno \u00e8 un orientamento verso la colpa di fattori esterni per le scarse prestazioni - Un focus eccessivo su cose al di fuori del tuo controllo o influenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il locus of control pu\u00f2 essere testato e puoi essere istruito da un orientamento locus of control esterno a un locus of control interno, anche se, in molti casi, questo \u00e8 difficile da raggiungere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con il consenso degli stakeholder e la chiarezza di visione, le strategie probabilmente si realizzeranno.
