class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;uso dei framework OKR \u00e8 diventato prevalente e, in un numero sempre maggiore di organizzazioni, sono diventati una &quot;best practice&quot;. In parte, gli OKR sono favoriti per il ruolo che svolgono nel colmare il divario tra strategia ed esecuzione quando implementati in modo efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per alcune organizzazioni con poche risorse rimanenti \u00e8 meglio cercare prima &quot;piccole vittorie&quot; per riprendere slancio dopo un periodo prolungato e prolungato di scarse prestazioni, prima di perseguire &quot;obiettivi ambiziosi&quot;. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Thinking,_Fast_and_Slow\">Secondo la ricerca di Daniel Kahneman e Amos Tverskys<\/a><\/strong>, il fallimento tende a mettere i decisori in uno stato d\u2019animo di ricerca del rischio. Scommettono su \u201cobiettivi ambiziosi\u201d senza le risorse o le conoscenze sufficienti per realizzarli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gli &quot;Stretch Goals&quot; sono difficili da realizzare:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le risorse, sia finanziarie che umane, devono essere considerate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gli stretch goal sono frontiere al di l\u00e0 del noto e del &#039;business as usual&#039;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c8 un rischio considerevole tentare di raggiungere obiettivi estesi in isolamento senza allinearsi alla cultura dell&#039;organizzazione<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un forte orientamento e cultura tradizionale non \u00e8 un ambiente ottimale per gli stretch goal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tuttavia, pu\u00f2 essere lo sforzo pi\u00f9 utile per qualsiasi azienda: \u2013 Se implementato correttamente, allunga gli obiettivi:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avere diversi meccanismi motivanti ad esso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumenta i livelli di coinvolgimento dei dipendenti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumenta il tasso di innovazione dell&#039;azienda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aggiunge un enorme valore a clienti\/clienti\/utenti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promuove la creativit\u00e0, l&#039;inclusione e la collaborazione<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rompe l&#039;effetto silo e le gerarchie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pu\u00f2 davvero differenziare un&#039;azienda dai concorrenti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perch\u00e9 le persone non agiscono sulle strategie?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno studio di <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sloanreview.mit.edu\/article\/no-one-knows-your-strategy-not-even-your-top-leaders\/\">MIT Sloane<\/a> <\/strong>rivel\u00f2 che:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al livello pi\u00f9 alto di un&#039;azienda, in media, solo 51% conosce e comprende le strategie dell&#039;azienda. A livello dirigenziale senior, \u00e8 significativamente inferiore, a 22%; a livello di middle management, arriva fino a 18%; ea livello di supervisore in prima linea, arriva fino a 13%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non vale la pena &quot;dare il via&quot; a una discussione sul &quot;divario sapere-fare&quot; senza assicurarsi che un numero sempre maggiore di membri del team aziendale conosca le strategie dell&#039;azienda e l&#039;impatto dei rispettivi ruoli su quelle stesse strategie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oltre a quanto sopra, c&#039;\u00e8 spesso un divario significativo nell&#039;orientamento e nel pensiero di chi crea le strategie e di chi le deve attuare. In molti casi, coloro che concepiscono piani hanno una prospettiva pi\u00f9 ampia (orientamento al pensiero su un quadro pi\u00f9 ampio) e coloro che eseguono hanno una visione pi\u00f9 ristretta (come lo faremo?). Una direzione non \u00e8 migliore dell&#039;altra, tuttavia possono verificarsi malintesi e percezioni errate su larga scala, impedendo l&#039;esecuzione se questi due orientamenti non vengono riconciliati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La strategia e la comunicazione non garantiscono l&#039;esecuzione.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avere una o pi\u00f9 strategie, anche brillantemente concepite, non garantisce nulla. La comunicazione inoltre non offre alcuna garanzia che verr\u00e0 fatto qualcosa: \u00e8 una combinazione di fattori che rende l&#039;esecuzione altamente probabile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando i membri del team si sentono parte della creazione della strategia fin dall\u2019inizio e vengono consultati, \u00e8 pi\u00f9 probabile che la portino a compimento. IL <a href=\"https:\/\/thedecisionlab.com\/biases\/ikea-effect\"><strong>&#039;Effetto IKEA&#039;<\/strong><\/a> \u00e8 rilevante a questo proposito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;effetto IKEA, che prende il nome dal gigante di mobili svedese preferito da tutti, descrive come le persone apprezzano di pi\u00f9 un oggetto se lo fanno (o lo assemblano) da soli. Pi\u00f9 in generale, l&#039;effetto IKEA parla di come tendiamo ad apprezzare di pi\u00f9 le cose se ci siamo impegnati a crearle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando noi come membri del team abbiamo assistito nella creazione di strategie e siamo stati consultati prima che i piani fossero realizzati, \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 probabile che ci assumiamo la responsabilit\u00e0 degli stessi processi e agiamo di conseguenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Semplicit\u00e0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&quot;I leader sono quasi sempre ottimi semplificatori&quot;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Colin Powell<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se non siamo in grado di sviluppare strategie &quot;facili da eseguire&quot; o almeno scomporre sistemi complessi in &quot;pezzi&quot; molto pi\u00f9 semplici, corriamo il rischio elevato che l&#039;esecuzione non avvenga affatto. Quando un estraneo legge la tua strategia o le tue strategie, deve avere un senso: quando un sistema \u00e8 veramente trasparente e suddiviso in obiettivi o pilastri tematici fondamentali e ulteriormente distillato in framework OKR semplificati, \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 probabile che venga eseguito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Mangia un elefante&#039; dicono gli africani a coloro che si sentono sopraffatti, ipoteticamente parlando, ovviamente \u2013 quando il tuo compito \u00e8 mangiare un elefante, l&#039;unico modo per farlo \u00e8 pezzo per pezzo. Di fronte a un&#039;impresa enorme, inizia con cose che puoi fare facilmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perch\u00e9 gli OKR possono &quot;colmare il divario tra strategia ed esecuzione&quot;.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All&#039;interno di quadri OKR efficaci, la visione dell&#039;azienda viene distillata in obiettivi strategici e gli obiettivi del team sono allineati con gli obiettivi strategici. I risultati chiave sono le &quot;metriche di orientamento per attualizzare gli obiettivi&quot;. Il piano d&#039;azione OKR contiene azioni, compiti, iniziative e progetti che supportano i risultati chiave: all&#039;interno di un framework OKR, l&#039;esecuzione \u00e8 gi\u00e0 integrata nella struttura flessibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una strategia &quot;intelligente&quot; da utilizzare fin dall&#039;inizio all&#039;interno di un&#039;organizzazione per garantire l&#039;esecuzione di OKR \u00e8 quella di &quot;creare&quot; il maggior numero possibile di campioni OKR: offrire un&#039;esperienza coinvolgente di OKR a coloro che li implementeranno.
