Nel contesto di questo scritto i punti focali sono gli OKR come ponte tra strategia ed esecuzione e lo sviluppo delle competenze come componente chiave della strategia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Principalmente le aziende non hanno parlato delle loro persone come risorse nello stesso modo in cui parlano di risorse di alto valore come il petrolio o i portafogli di propriet\u00e0, n\u00e9 hanno necessariamente posto una forte attenzione all&#039;impatto e ai risultati a lungo termine dei loro programmi di sviluppo delle competenze<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Programmi benessere,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/sustainability\/our-insights\/does-esg-really-matter-and-why\"><strong> ESG,<\/strong><\/a> e DEI sono molto importanti e devono avere il loro posto legittimo all&#039;interno di tutte le organizzazioni, ma per qualche ragione, lo sviluppo di competenze basate sui risultati tende ad occupare una piccola parte delle luci della ribalta rispetto all&#039;attenzione dei media e al focus del management dedicato agli altri programmi sopra menzionati. programmi. Essere &quot;spiacevolmente eccitati&quot; durante l&#039;impostazione e l&#039;esecuzione degli OKR \u00e8 normale in quanto sono orientati al futuro e ci chiedono di cambiare il modo in cui lavoriamo contemporaneamente.
