La leadership agile accentua ancora di pi\u00f9 l&#039;attenzione sulle persone \u2013 In tutto ci\u00f2 che facciamo, una domanda essenziale da porsi sarebbe: in che modo questo influisce sul nostro cliente\/cliente\/utente? Un approccio incentrato sulle persone e sul cliente per tutto ci\u00f2 che facciamo \u00e8 fondamentale per il nostro successo sostenibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR interni, come la creazione di un clima motivante per i membri del nostro team e l&#039;essere un&#039;azienda scelta per cui lavorare, enfatizzano un approccio incentrato sulle persone e il passaggio dalla teoria all&#039;azione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I nostri stakeholder essenziali sono le nostre persone e i nostri clienti. Per il bene della performance sostenibile, un&#039;attenzione particolare ai nostri stakeholder cruciali deve essere il filo conduttore che allinea il nostro pensiero e i nostri comportamenti con la visione dell&#039;azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<em>\u201cPi\u00f9 aiuto, pi\u00f9 successo ottengo. Ma misuro il successo in ci\u00f2 che ha fatto per le persone intorno a me. Questo \u00e8 il vero riconoscimento.<\/em><\/p>\n<cite>Adam Grant<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il ponte tra i membri del tuo team e gli utenti o i clienti viene innanzitutto costruito potenziando le tue persone attraverso lo sviluppo. Migliori diventano come individui e team, meglio possono servire i clienti. In secondo luogo, fai sentire la &quot;voce del tuo utente finale&quot; molto forte quando si tratta di prendere decisioni e fissare obiettivi attraverso sondaggi, focus group, analisi comportamentali e interazioni dirette. La potente combinazione di tutti i suddetti si traduce in un orientamento alla leadership incentrato sulle persone, focalizzato sul cliente e agile all&#039;interno della tua cultura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rimuovi gli ostacoli e potenzia<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nel contesto dell&#039;Agile Leadership, &quot;il leader come modello di coach&quot; \u00e8 diventato indispensabile. Le limitazioni inconsce e consce, i budget, i vincoli percepiti e reali, la mentalit\u00e0 delle persone, le condizioni e i problemi di conformit\u00e0 possono tutti diventare individualmente o collettivamente un blocco delle prestazioni. In definitiva, i &quot;bloccanti delle prestazioni&quot; hanno un impatto maggiore sui nostri stakeholder pi\u00f9 importanti, sul nostro personale e sui clienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La rimozione degli sprechi \u00e8 un tema forte della gestione snella che \u00e8 stato adottato da alcuni leader Agile. I rifiuti non si riferiscono solo allo spreco di materiali o strumenti nel contesto del settore manifatturiero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si riferisce anche a una perdita di tempo e di risorse umane assegnando troppo tempo a priorit\u00e0 minori, procrastinazione, ripensamento e riunioni che richiedono troppo tempo sono tutti esempi di perditempo critici. Abbracciare il cambiamento con un alto grado di fiducia, sviluppare rapidamente nuove competenze e un orientamento incentrato sulla soluzione supporta un&#039;esecuzione pi\u00f9 rapida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alcuni problemi o ostacoli potrebbero anche essere polarit\u00e0 o dilemmi che non hanno una soluzione immediata e invece devono essere gestiti bene nel tempo per migliorare, creare chiare dichiarazioni di problemi, quindi identificare problemi e creare chiare dichiarazioni di problemi e quindi ottenere collettivamente soluzioni efficaci costituiscono un responsabilit\u00e0 essenziale del leader Agile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Misurare ci\u00f2 che conta all&#039;interno di un quadro agile non \u00e8 l&#039;unico punto di definizione delle priorit\u00e0, dovrebbe esserci anche un&#039;enfasi sulla definizione delle priorit\u00e0 per la risoluzione dei problemi o la gestione dei dilemmi che stiamo affrontando insieme =<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Risolvere X problemi fornir\u00e0 (o potrebbe fornire se non sei sicuro e devi sperimentare) X risultati per le mie persone e utenti\/clienti<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esistono diversi strumenti e metodologie per la risoluzione dei problemi e la gestione dei dilemmi. Il primo passo nella risoluzione dei problemi \u00e8 definire chiaramente il problema e trovare la causa principale. Se la causa principale del problema non viene stabilita, in generale, corriamo il rischio di assistere solo ai sintomi del problema pi\u00f9 grande e, cos\u00ec facendo, di esacerbare il problema. Ecco un modello utilizzato all&#039;interno dei circoli di lean management per trovare la causa principale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/asq.org\/quality-resources\/fishbone\">https:\/\/asq.org\/quality-resources\/fishbone<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;empowerment \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 che coaching e formazione: altri elementi cruciali dell&#039;empowerment lo sono <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-3a6a69\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ol class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-ordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>Inclusivit\u00e0<\/li><li>Creare un clima motivante<\/li><li>Avere un impatto (Un senso di scopo e significato)<\/li><li>Sicurezza e soddisfazione sul lavoro<\/li><li>Fornire un chiaro percorso di carriera fin dall&#039;inizio<\/li><li>Facilitare dinamiche di gruppo positive<\/li><li>Allineamento<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A causa dell&#039;ampia portata intrinseca del termine empowerment, \u00e8 necessaria una collaborazione efficace per garantire che le nostre persone abbiano un senso di autonomia, si sentano sicure nel proprio lavoro, abbiano fiducia, abbiano un senso di appartenenza e operino in un ambiente motivante. Questo approccio incentrato sulle persone avr\u00e0 un impatto positivo sugli altri nostri principali stakeholder, i nostri clienti o utenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I leader agili sono visionari e istruiscono e supportano i loro team per realizzare la loro visione collettiva alla fine. Attualizzare una visione \u00e8 pi\u00f9 facile a dirsi che a farsi. Tuttavia, nel caso di tutti gli elementi dell&#039;&quot;ecosistema della performance&quot; integrati con la tua cultura e il tuo clima, diventa altamente probabile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ci sono diversi elementi nell &#039;&quot;ecosistema delle prestazioni&quot; e una domanda scottante \u00e8: come posso scalare in termini di moltiplicazione dei team agili? A questa domanda risponde un eccellente articolo di Harvard Business Review:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/05\/agile-at-scale\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/05\/agile-at-scale<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli elementi chiave dell&#039;ecosistema delle prestazioni sono:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-6260ec\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ol class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-ordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>Leadership ispiratrice e servente<\/li><li>Una cultura della crescita sostenuta da un orientamento generale alla mentalit\u00e0 della crescita<\/li><li>Una stella polare (Scopo, impatto a cui aspira tutto il team)<\/li><li>Comunicazione positiva, inclusiva e orientata all&#039;azione orientata all&#039;azione (la rimozione dei rifiuti \u00e8 essenziale per una comunicazione efficace<\/li><li>Essere incentrati sul cliente in tutto ci\u00f2 che facciamo<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Misura ci\u00f2 che conta e le tue persone e i tuoi clienti contano, in realt\u00e0 contano molto.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR interni, come i framework relativi al coinvolgimento dei membri del team, sono diventati molto importanti. Il costo per l&#039;assunzione di un nuovo dipendente normalmente supera il costo per mantenerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detto questo, dimentichiamo per un momento il &quot;costo della scrivania&quot; di un dipendente e concentriamoci su qualcosa di ancora pi\u00f9 cruciale: la magia viene creata e una cultura della crescita viene infine plasmata da un team o da team qualificati, altamente coinvolti, motivati, ispirati, fiduciosi, esperti di cambiamento e che operano alla &quot;velocit\u00e0 della fiducia&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abbiamo bisogno di leader Agile altamente qualificati per galvanizzare i team attorno a una visione stimolante. Gli interventi di cambiamento di grande successo non avvengono per caso, sono progettati. Le domande essenziali da porsi durante la stesura e l&#039;allineamento degli OKR sono:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quale sar\u00e0 l&#039;indiscusso valore aggiunto per i nostri clienti\/clienti\/utenti?Possiamo rendere questo framework ancora pi\u00f9 focalizzato sul cliente? Lo scopo generale di avere una strategia \u00e8 differenziarci e la strategia finale si traduce nella creazione di uno spazio di mercato incontrastato, dimostrando che stiamo aggiungendo valore ai nostri stakeholder pi\u00f9 importanti che nessun altro pu\u00f2 fare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Obbiettivo<\/strong>: Sii l&#039;azienda pi\u00f9 desiderabile per cui lavorare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un&#039;osservazione interessante \u00e8 che a volte le aziende con capacit\u00e0 finanziarie e umane virtualmente illimitate falliscono nell&#039;esecuzione di OKR perfettamente redatti, per diversi motivi, ma principalmente perch\u00e9 le loro intenzioni erano sbagliate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supponiamo di voler diventare il posto pi\u00f9 desiderabile in cui lavorare come parte della nostra strategia per vincere a tutti i costi e non ci interessa sinceramente del nostro personale. In tal caso, il nostro sistema potrebbe alla fine implodere su se stesso. Siamo umani e siamo imperfetti; l&#039;introspezione sulle nostre intenzioni non \u00e8 trovare difetti in noi stessi, invece, \u00e8 riallineare la concentrazione e l&#039;attenzione su ci\u00f2 che conta; la cura e la fiducia nei nostri team sono essenziali per il successo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849
