La teoria da sola, anche se intellettualmente stimolante, non colmer\u00e0 il divario tra strategia ed esecuzione. Chiarezza sullo stato futuro desiderato e sulla comunicazione<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dubbi, paure, convinzioni limitanti e incertezze possono, nella maggior parte dei casi, danneggiare le prestazioni e rallentare notevolmente la velocit\u00e0 di esecuzione. Processo decisionale rapido: creare certezza nell&#039;incertezza<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1 Raccogliere informazioni e stabilire le priorit\u00e0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un numero significativo di leader \u00e8 sottoposto a forti pressioni e ha molte responsabilit\u00e0 su base giornaliera e, di conseguenza, la cura di s\u00e9 pu\u00f2 essere trascurata.
