Indipendentemente dal fatto che queste sfide specifiche e altre si presentino come dilemmi, problemi cronici o sintomi di altri problemi, spetta a noi come team trovare soluzioni efficaci e sostenibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sul posto di lavoro, le persone sanno bene chi viene promosso, chi guadagna gli stipendi pi\u00f9 alti e chi raggiunge la posizione di vertice. Se sei tu, ci sei riuscito. In questo modo, tutti impariamo e accettiamo la competizione e le situazioni vinco-perdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cosa pu\u00f2 fare un individuo in questo tipo di ambiente per assicurarsi una ragionevole fetta di torta? Ha bisogno di competere pi\u00f9 vigorosamente per vincere. Quando la vincita si ottiene con questi metodi, ha un costo molto elevato e potrebbe non essere sostenibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questa competizione e vittoria \u00e8 importante anche dal punto di vista dell&#039;organizzazione? In generale, le organizzazioni non sono interessate alla competizione e alla vittoria di per s\u00e9, sebbene molte pratiche, regole e valori organizzativi incoraggino la competizione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;organizzazione \u00e8 focalizzata sullo sviluppo dei suoi membri e sulla gestione delle loro prestazioni al fine di realizzare i suoi obiettivi. Le organizzazioni sono quindi anche ambienti favorevoli per la competizione e le situazioni di vittoria-sconfitta. Vincere, perdere, competizione e premi sono usati come meccanismi per incoraggiare prestazioni migliori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In generale, anche le societ\u00e0 di cui facciamo parte definiscono il successo come vincere o perdere. Questo punto di vista trascura una delle caratteristiche pi\u00f9 basilari dell&#039;umanit\u00e0: l&#039;esistenza di differenze individuali in abilit\u00e0, abilit\u00e0 e potenzialit\u00e0 sia fisiche che psicologiche. Se il successo \u00e8 stato raggiunto compromettendo i valori personali e aziendali, non pu\u00f2 essere sostenuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gli svantaggi del &quot;modello vincente a tutti i costi&quot;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anche se il &quot;criterio di successo vincente&quot; individuale \u00e8 cos\u00ec comunemente usato, presenta molti svantaggi che potrai anche ricordare dalle tue esperienze. Uno \u00e8 che pu\u00f2 esserci solo un numero limitato di vincitori in ogni situazione, in molti casi solo un vincitore, ma molti perdenti. Serve contemporaneamente come incentivo per lo sviluppo personale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sposta anche la valutazione delle prestazioni sulla base di criteri esterni (le prestazioni degli altri) a te e al tuo sviluppo come norma, che \u00e8 un criterio di successo intrinseco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ora non competi pi\u00f9 contro altre persone, ma contro te stesso. Implica inoltre che non ti avvicini pi\u00f9 alla performance come risultato finale (vincere) ma come processo (scatenare e utilizzare il potenziale).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 risaputo che usiamo solo una frazione del nostro potenziale. Alcuni psicologi sono convinti che la maggior parte di noi realizza solo meno di 5% del proprio potenziale durante la vita. Con un focus su tutti gli elementi dell&#039;ecosistema delle prestazioni, come ad esempio lo scopo, l&#039;inclusivit\u00e0 e la collaborazione, i framework OKR possono garantire un 2023 di grande successo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tutti abbiamo del potenziale.
