Promuovere la creativit\u00e0 e collaborare alla risoluzione dei problemi e decidere le iniziative chiave che darebbero i migliori risultati.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La leadership riguarda la creazione di pi\u00f9 leader e l&#039;empowerment delle persone.
