Secondo Embroker, 10% di start-up hanno successo ogni anno. Incolpando la mancanza di fondi, danni imprevisti, sfide interne, forze di mercato e molti altri fattori, un incredibile 90% di tutte le startup fallisce. La grandezza di una startup non \u00e8 quindi un traguardo facile e diversi principi devono essere integrati per garantire crescita e sostenibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#039;\u00e8 una forza trainante chiamata spirito imprenditoriale che fa andare avanti alcuni anche attraverso le sfide pi\u00f9 dure e le probabilit\u00e0 sfavorevoli.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nel mondo delle startup e degli imprenditori non esistono garanzie, tuttavia ci sono diverse cose che puoi fare per aumentare le tue possibilit\u00e0 di successo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Startup e OKR&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guidare una startup riguarda uno stato futuro desiderato di gestire un&#039;attivit\u00e0 sostenibile, di successo e consolidata. Anche gli OKR sono orientati al futuro e ambiziosi e forniscono obiettivi chiari da raggiungere, nonch\u00e9 risultati chiave a loro sostegno. Prima si libera il potenziale del tuo team iniziale, migliori saranno le tue prestazioni e gli OKR sono stretch goal che incoraggiano il tuo team a spingersi verso i limiti e oltre il proprio potenziale. Obiettivi e risultati chiave possono semplificare la pianificazione strategica e l&#039;esecuzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR favoriscono la collaborazione e la concentrazione e nel tempo questo potrebbe solo fornirti un serio vantaggio competitivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non \u00e8 sbagliato concentrarsi inizialmente sugli OKR che guidano il profitto fintanto che non vengono abbandonati altri elementi dell &#039;&quot;ecosistema delle prestazioni&quot;, come lo scopo e l&#039;impatto sociale. Non perdere mai la concentrazione sulle tue persone e prenditi sempre cura di loro mentre le persone guidano il profitto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un obiettivo<\/strong>: Aumentare le vendite del nostro prodotto principale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Risultato chiave #1<\/strong>. Aumenta le chiamate di vendita da 50 a 100 al mese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Risultato chiave #2<\/strong>. Aumenta il tasso di conversione dalle chiamate di vendita al 25%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per raggiungere i limiti del tuo potenziale ed essere spinto verso il raggiungimento al di fuori dei confini delle tue zone di comfort, \u00e8 necessario fare di pi\u00f9 e sono richieste determinate qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Idee<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La qualit\u00e0 dell&#039;esecuzione \u00e8 determinata da quel punto di svolta spesso sfuggente di una grande idea sperimentata attivamente e ponderata. Questi esperimenti devono quindi essere distillati in un prodotto e\/o servizio che possa essere immesso con successo sul mercato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spesso i fondatori di startup sono quasi sempre in &quot;modalit\u00e0 sperimentazione&quot; mentre si sforzano di trovare risposte. La creazione di una strategia di marketing attuabile e ben studiata il prima possibile \u00e8 una delle azioni che possono aiutare a iniziare a eliminare le &quot;congetture&quot; dall&#039;equazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stabilire una comunicazione chiara e trasparente tra tutte le parti interessate e tenere traccia delle iniziative attuabili relative alla comunicazione aiuta anche a creare un percorso pi\u00f9 chiaro. Tutti questi elementi possono far parte dei tuoi obiettivi e quadri dei risultati chiave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#039;Grinta&#039;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La grinta riguarda &quot;attaccare al tuo futuro giorno dopo giorno, indipendentemente dagli ostacoli che potresti incontrare&quot;. La grinta si trova all&#039;intersezione di perseveranza, forti impegni, convinzione e fiducia.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Sono convinto che circa la met\u00e0 di ci\u00f2 che separa gli imprenditori di successo da quelli che non hanno successo sia la pura perseveranza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Quando la grinta diventa un principio guida nella tua vita e una pratica diligente, scoprirai che non puoi arrenderti anche se lo desideri. La perseveranza e la grinta non dovrebbero essere una pratica puramente per il gusto di averla - La perseveranza e la grinta dovrebbero essere infuse con uno scopo e una visione forte affinch\u00e9 abbiano un vero significato. Dovresti perseverare per il bene di qualcosa che \u00e8 appagante e ha un significato profondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insegno ai miei clienti di coaching individuale a praticare deliberatamente la grinta una volta alla settimana. Questo pu\u00f2 assumere diverse forme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pu\u00f2 essere stare seduti in meditazione per altri venti minuti quando davvero non vuoi farlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potresti correre altri due chilometri il giorno in cui sei del peggior umore possibile per correre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando hai vissuto una brutta e lunga giornata di lavoro e la tua unica urgenza \u00e8 andare a sederti su un divano e guardare la tv per dimenticare tutto, quella \u00e8 la tua fila per fare una lunga camminata, cio\u00e8 se vuoi migliorare il tuo &#039;livello di grinta&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non esagerare, consiglio questa pratica una volta alla settimana. Se esagerato, pu\u00f2 facilmente portare al burnout e aumentare i livelli di stress, il che sarebbe controproducente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competenze tecniche e trasversali<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naturalmente parlando devi essere uno studente perpetuo del tuo campo e mettere in pratica ci\u00f2 che hai imparato per diventare saggio.
