incontaminato in cui gli altri possano svolgere il proprio lavoro con pi\u00f9 facilit\u00e0, e questo \u00e8 importante: quando credi veramente a questa affermazione come addetto alle pulizie e la prendi sul serio, trasformer\u00e0 la tua esperienza lavorativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&#039;altra parte, se permetti alle convinzioni limitanti di - &#039;Sono solo un addetto alle pulizie, o sono solo l&#039;addetto alla reception qui, o sono solo il novellino qui ad affliggere la tua mente, infonderai nella tua esperienza lavorativa emozioni negative e limiti la tua capacit\u00e0 di crescere.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un senso di scopo accende il lavoro con pi\u00f9 energia e significato e garantisce che gli OKR abbiano un impatto maggiore quando includiamo lo scopo all&#039;interno dei nostri quadri di prestazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Che impatto ha il nostro lavoro sugli altri? E quali contributi positivi collettivi stiamo dando a questo mondo come squadra? Queste sono alcune domande che si stanno accentuando man mano che le persone vogliono risorgere dalle ceneri del lavoro banale per essere ispirate dall&#039;impatto e dalla differenza che stanno facendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Esempi di Scopi Sociali<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Southwest \u2013 Compagnie aeree: collega le persone a ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 importante nella loro vita attraverso viaggi aerei amichevoli, affidabili ea basso costo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per vedere il tuo lavoro all&#039;interno di un paradigma rinnovato, per non limitarlo a essere una hostess di volo, un pilota o un ingegnere, e per vedere il contributo che il tuo ruolo sta dando al quadro pi\u00f9 ampio di connettere le persone a ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 importante nelle loro vite \u00e8 un importante e potente cambiamento di mentalit\u00e0,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questa mentalit\u00e0 trasformata del lavoro orientato allo scopo \u00e8 una fonte di energia per il successo e pu\u00f2 renderlo notevolmente pi\u00f9 incisivo. Servire gli altri e servire uno scopo pi\u00f9 grande di se stessi sono ingredienti importanti per raggiungere &quot;obiettivi estesi&quot; come gli OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starbucks non celebra solo il caff\u00e8, ma anche la connessione e si sforza di avere un impatto nei quartieri. Si parte dai dipendenti, che non si chiamano dipendenti ma soci. Una volta che uno scopo collettivo non \u00e8 solo creduto ma condiviso nell&#039;azione, diventi pi\u00f9 che dipendenti, diventi davvero una famiglia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Credo fermamente che le aziende debbano investire nella definizione di un forte scopo aziendale e anche aiutare i partner a definire i propri scopi personali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando si tratta di OKR e scopo, utilizzo la frase: &quot;OKR infusi dallo scopo&quot;: raccomando che lo scopo e il sistema di valori dell&#039;azienda siano integrati con orgoglio nei framework OKR per garantire significato e impatto. Questo approccio, in una certa misura, \u00e8 anche un antidoto alla resistenza all&#039;implementazione degli OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In questo modo non stai solo implementando quadri generali per la definizione degli obiettivi in isolamento, ma stai creando un futuro pi\u00f9 luminoso applicando il tuo scopo e la tua cultura unici a un quadro di definizione degli obiettivi efficace come gli OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perch\u00e9 stiamo facendo questo? E che impatto ha questo? \u2013 I leader farebbero bene a meditare intensamente su queste domande mentre intraprendono il viaggio per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La &quot;mentalit\u00e0 vincente a tutti i costi&quot; ha dimostrato di danneggiare non solo gli individui, ma anche le aziende e le societ\u00e0. Ovviamente realizzare profitti \u00e8 essenziale, non solo per il bene della sopravvivenza, ma anche per prosperare e aiutare gli altri a prosperare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Realizzare un profitto a scapito di valori, impatto, scopo e altri principi non \u00e8 sostenibile e lascia una scia di danni che di solito \u00e8 irreparabile. i principi non negoziabili sono &#039;filtri&#039; efficaci per testare sia la sostenibilit\u00e0 che l&#039;intento dei profitti che stiamo realizzando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le informazioni di cui sopra rappresentano chiari incentivi per integrare il tuo sistema di valori, cos\u00ec come altri principi nei tuoi framework OKR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spesso un artista di punta altamente qualificato, intelligente e individuale pu\u00f2 rovinare il lavoro di squadra essendo egoista e servendo solo i suoi scopi individuali. Il vero scopo \u00e8 qualcosa che \u00e8 pi\u00f9 alto del s\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leadership e scopo.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cosa ti porta a fare la tua passione? \u2013 chiede Bono. La passione senza azione sar\u00e0 solo una fiamma che alla fine si spegner\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR infusi con uno scopo senza un piano d&#039;azione che viene effettivamente eseguito non hanno valore. &#039;Scegli le tue battaglie con molta attenzione, fai ci\u00f2 che conta davvero e fallo con passione e franchezza. Apertura all&#039;apprendimento e all&#039;adattamento in modo da poter ottenere un quadro pi\u00f9 ampio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I veri servitori sono quei rari individui o gruppi di leader che formano il ponte tra strategia e azione. Costruiscono quel ponte con i materiali della visione, dello scopo, dei valori e dell&#039;ispirazione. Vanno avanti con coraggio e agiscono come esempio per gli altri e al servizio degli altri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Sii il cambiamento che vuoi vedere in questo mondo&quot;<\/p>\n<cite>Gandhi<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In generale, le persone evitano il cambiamento. Perch\u00e9? semplicemente perch\u00e9 \u00e8 scomodo e il cambiamento rappresenta l&#039;ignoto. La citazione di Gandhi \u00e8 un invito all&#039;azione per coloro che vogliono essere servitori leader, il cambiamento inizia con te - Come puoi con la coscienza pulita chiedere il cambiamento agli altri se non sei disposto a cambiare?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cosa deve cambiare nella tua vita, quali abitudini non servono a te e agli altri? Costruisci la fiducia cambiandola con un&#039;azione coraggiosa e poi ti sei guadagnato il diritto di chiedere il cambiamento agli altri.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In sostanza, tutti gli obiettivi e i risultati chiave sono rappresentativi dei programmi di cambiamento in quanto rappresentano un allontanamento dallo stato attuale verso un futuro attualmente non noto. Dobbiamo guidare queste iniziative di cambiamento con uno scopo e galvanizzare il nostro team come una famiglia che &quot;respira questo scopo&quot; o scopi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paure, dubbi e insicurezze possono essere emozioni potenti e detrattori di prestazioni sostenibili. Siamo tutti afflitti da queste emozioni ed \u00e8 semplicemente umano vivere momenti di immersione nel panico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli obiettivi estesi che si riflettono in obiettivi di vasta portata e risultati chiave possono essere scoraggianti. Pu\u00f2 anche essere molto stimolante, ma ci\u00f2 dipende in gran parte dall&#039;approccio della leadership alla realizzazione di questi obiettivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I leader che guardano agli obiettivi armati di scopo e saggezza acquisiti da anni di applicazione pratica dei loro forti principi sapranno che &quot;le montagne possono essere spostate&quot; con la
