class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 un&#039;osservazione gioiosa assistere a una squadra in &#039;flusso&#039;, che si esibisce quasi senza sforzo al meglio. I team sportivi o aziendali che si esibiscono costantemente quasi alla perfezione sono rari, ma all&#039;interno di una cultura che supporta veramente le prestazioni prestazioni eccellenti possono diventare la norma con poche, rare eccezioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 un&#039;impresa impegnativa realizzare obiettivi e risultati chiave. Ogni membro del team e ogni team all&#039;interno di un&#039;organizzazione deve liberare il proprio potenziale, individualmente e collettivamente, al fine di esibirsi costantemente ad un alto livello di eccellenza<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli individui che uniscono le loro abilit\u00e0, sbloccano il loro potenziale, si completano a vicenda e si capiscono si uniscono come un raro pezzo d&#039;arte quasi perfetto che \u00e8 gradito a tutti gli occhi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tutti hanno ancora del potenziale come ha esclamato Vince Lombardia: &quot;Potenziale significa solo che non l&#039;hai ancora fatto&quot;. L&#039;apprendimento continuo, la volont\u00e0 di imparare dai fallimenti, la strategia e l&#039;esecuzione e l&#039;impegno incrollabile per una causa condivisa, cos\u00ec come altri fattori, sono combinati e modellati nella &quot;chiave&quot; che sblocca il potenziale della tua squadra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obiettivi e risultati chiave sono stretch goal e non semplicemente facili da raggiungere, la leadership di qualsiasi organizzazione far\u00e0 bene a indagare a fondo su ci\u00f2 che blocca il potenziale raggiungimento di team e individui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 semplice creare una visione come &quot;Saremo leader del mercato globale entro il 2030 e obiettivi come entrare efficacemente in nuovi mercati, \u00e8 una questione completamente diversa galvanizzare una squadra attorno a questi obiettivi e raggiungerli&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leggi di pi\u00f9 su come liberare il tuo potenziale come individuo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2008\/07\/reaching-your-potential\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/2008\/07\/reaching-your-potential<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-blocks-potential\">Cosa blocca il potenziale?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Credenze limitanti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Convinzioni limitanti come non sono abbastanza abile, &#039;Questa squadra \u00e8 brava ma non cos\u00ec abile come\u2026.., siamo solo una piccola azienda e non possiamo competere, ostacolare le prestazioni e limitare la tua capacit\u00e0 di raggiungere.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Che si tratti di convinzioni individuali o collettive che devono essere affrontate, ottime domande da porsi per individuare la fonte di queste convinzioni sono:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chi te l&#039;ha detto? Chi ti ha detto che non sei abbastanza bravo? Spesso i limiti esistono solo nella nostra mente poich\u00e9 \u00e8 &quot;il critico interiore&quot; che ci dice che non siamo abbastanza bravi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come leader, non possiamo permetterci di limitare le convinzioni a marcire all&#039;interno di una squadra. Sta a noi modellare il comportamento di fiducia, parlare di conseguenza e istruire i nostri team a superare le convinzioni limitanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Diritto&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando si \u00e8 stabilizzata la convinzione che in generale tutti ci devono qualcosa e abbiamo diritto a tutto ci\u00f2 che ci \u00e8 stato dato, e diritto a cose che non ci sono state date, stiamo creando conflitti e stiamo aspettando che gli altri si esibiscano prima di noi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un senso di diritto blocca le prestazioni e soffoca la collaborazione. Il mondo non ci deve nulla invece quello che dobbiamo agli altri \u00e8 la migliore forma di noi stessi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conferimento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alcuni credono che quando viene loro conferito un titolo, devono meritarlo e possedere gi\u00e0 tutte le qualit\u00e0 richieste per il titolo e quindi non devono guadagnarsi il titolo e dargli un significato attraverso un lavoro duro e intelligente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando un individuo &#039;soffre&#039; del conferimento, la credenza ha lo sfortunato effetto collaterale di pensare che lui o lei possa fare tutto ci\u00f2 che vuole poich\u00e9 il titolo \u00e8 &#039;al di sopra della legge&#039; per cos\u00ec dire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un senso di donazione porta le persone a &quot;riposare sugli allori&quot;, il che \u00e8 un grande detrattore per le prestazioni<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arroganza (Ego)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non c&#039;\u00e8 niente di sbagliato nell&#039;avere alti livelli di fiducia, invece, \u00e8 un requisito per un successo sostenibile, ma credere di essere migliore di tutti gli altri e di non poter commettere errori significa che la tua fiducia si \u00e8 trasformata in arroganza e ad un certo punto influenzer\u00e0 negativamente le tue prestazioni .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cosa libera il potenziale?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Potenziamento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Mentre guardiamo al prossimo secolo, i leader saranno coloro che daranno potere agli altri&quot;<\/p>\n<cite>Bill Gates<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;empowerment consiste nel creare un ambiente o una cultura per consentire agli altri di raggiungere un successo sostenibile nel modo pi\u00f9 semplice possibile. Non \u00e8 lavorare per gli altri, ma creare un ambiente collaborativo, creativo e guidato dal lavoro di squadra sostenuto dalle risorse necessarie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Responsabilizzare gli altri significa anche fornire il supporto, il coaching e il mentoring necessari per ottenere risultati. Empowerment significa anche &quot;togliersi di mezzo, ovvero evitare il pi\u00f9 possibile la microgestione&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ad esempio, la co-creazione di obiettivi, risultati chiave e attivit\u00e0 di supporto, ottenendo e apprezzando il contributo di tutti, \u00e8 un esercizio di potenziamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Impegno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;opposto dell&#039;impegno \u00e8 lo stato di apatia. Apatia significa semplicemente che all&#039;individuo non importa davvero e tenter\u00e0 solo di fare quel tanto che basta per non essere licenziato. Un elemento essenziale dei livelli di coinvolgimento dei membri del team \u00e8 il loro impegno nei confronti dell&#039;organizzazione e dei suoi obiettivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 una decisione individuale fino a che punto un individuo sar\u00e0 impegnato. Questa decisione \u00e8 tuttavia influenzata da diversi fattori su cui la leadership di un&#039;organizzazione ha il controllo come, ma non limitato a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-4ec96e\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ul class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-unordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>La chiarezza e lo spirito di comunicazione all&#039;interno dell&#039;organizzazione<\/li><li>Chiarezza di obiettivi, obiettivi e risultati chiave, KPI e attivit\u00e0<\/li><li>Ricompensa e riconoscimento<\/li><li>Qualit\u00e0 del coaching e del supporto<\/li><li>Una visione e uno scopo chiari e stimolanti<\/li><li>Un sistema di valori condivisi che crea standard comportamentali chiari e positivi<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scopo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo scopo collettivo di un&#039;azienda nel settore della bellezza potrebbe essere quello di far sentire le persone (i consumatori) sicure e belle e godersi di pi\u00f9 la vita. Se questo scopo \u00e8 sincero, spesso discusso e una grande percentuale dei dipendenti delle aziende porta questo scopo nei loro cuori, aumenter\u00e0 i livelli di energia dei membri del team per esibirsi come -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il senso dello scopo fornisce significato al lavoro e lo rende pi\u00f9 incisivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fiducia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 essenziale che i membri del team siano sicuri di s\u00e9, ma anche fiduciosi l&#039;uno nell&#039;altro e anche nell&#039;organizzazione. Quando prevale l&#039;insicurezza, le prestazioni ne risentono drasticamente e diventa sempre pi\u00f9 difficile raggiungere gli obiettivi ei risultati chiave dell&#039;azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I membri del team devono essere guidati verso alti livelli di fiducia in se stessi e allenati quando \u00e8 bassa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8
