I framework OKR, sebbene catalizzatori di prestazioni eccellenti, non sono sufficienti da soli per garantire prestazioni sostenibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sia la presenza di una forte leadership che la sua assenza hanno diverse conseguenze, quelle conseguenze sono state vissute da tutti in qualche forma o forma e sono mostrate, godute o subite in pubblico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tuttavia, se fosse cos\u00ec semplice definire prima cosa sia un leader e in secondo luogo essere effettivamente un leader, allora tutti sarebbero uno. Probabilmente la maggioranza delle persone nel mondo degli affari concorder\u00e0 sul fatto che una leadership forte ed efficace \u00e8 un requisito per il successo sostenibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leadership e prestazioni sostenibili<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google attribuisce il suo successo non solo ai framework OKR, ma anche a una forte leadership e a una cultura basata sui valori. \u00c8 probabile che qualsiasi tentativo isolato di migliorare le prestazioni, ad esempio un focus esclusivo su OKR o altri framework di prestazioni, fallisca poich\u00e9 questo metodo ignora il fatto che ci sono molti elementi per prestazioni sostenibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; Una grande persona attrae grandi persone e sa come tenerle insieme &#039;<\/p>\n<cite>Johan Wolfgang von Goethe<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mentre intraprendiamo il viaggio per trasformare in realt\u00e0 uno stato futuro desiderato, si verificano diversi ostacoli, alcuni dei quali sono forze esterne come improvvisi cambiamenti nel mercato e altri sono questioni culturali interne all&#039;azienda.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All&#039;interno di alcuni circoli della confraternita delle risorse umane, l &#039;&quot;era post covid&quot; \u00e8 stata etichettata come &quot;le grandi dimissioni&quot; poich\u00e9 sempre pi\u00f9 persone valutano l&#039;impatto del proprio lavoro sulla societ\u00e0 e in che modo il proprio lavoro influisce sul benessere e sulla salute mentale.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La reciprocit\u00e0 \u00e8 diventata un punto focale: in generale, le persone si preoccuperanno di un&#039;azienda solo se l&#039;azienda si prende veramente cura di loro. \u00c8 diventato totalmente irrealistico aspettarsi che le persone si preoccupino della visione e dello scopo dell&#039;azienda se l&#039;azienda non si preoccupa della visione personale e dello scopo personale degli individui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Decenni fa la leadership pubblica e gli oratori e gli scrittori focalizzati sulle risorse umane erano gi\u00e0 irremovibili nei loro discorsi sul &quot;cercare prima di capire prima di cercare di essere compresi e parlare abbondantemente di&quot; competenze trasversali come la comunicazione e il coaching per supportare i dipendenti nel loro sviluppo personale e percorsi di carriera . Puoi essere perfetto nella definizione degli obiettivi e nella stesura di strutture OKR perfette, ma la comunicazione e la cultura giuste devono essere presenti a supporto delle prestazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 facile parlare di questi argomenti, \u00e8 un&#039;altra questione assicurarne l&#039;applicazione pratica. Ego, paure, sfide, incomprensioni, pregiudizi e diritti sono solo alcuni di una lunga lista di alti ostacoli che incombono di fronte al concetto di realizzazione sostenibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nel contesto di quanto sopra vorrei definire la leadership come:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una dimostrazione pratica della saggezza per galvanizzare e ispirare le persone attorno a una visione, uno scopo e un sistema di valori condivisi e per raggiungere insieme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La performance sostenibile, in generale, riguarda una forte leadership al servizio, la cultura aziendale e la gestione di quadri di performance ambiziosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quale lupo nutrirai di pi\u00f9?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondo Neuroscience, l&#039;essere umano medio ha circa 50.000 pensieri al giorno di cui 70% sono negativi. I pensieri negativi amplificano l&#039;ego, le paure, le sfide, i pregiudizi e il diritto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I leader servitori veri e forti in generale sono ottimisti. Essere ottimisti non deve significare negare il negativo, semplicemente scegliere di concentrarsi maggiormente sul positivo e trovare le soluzioni pi\u00f9 efficaci possibili per il negativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli insegnanti buddisti hanno paragonato la mente umana a una scimmia selvaggia, che corre rapidamente e cambia direzione senza meta. Questa \u00e8 la condizione della mente umana fino a quando non \u00e8 controllata - E solo tu puoi controllare la tua mente nessuno pu\u00f2 o lo far\u00e0 mai per te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per amor di illustrazione, chiamiamo un &quot;lupo&quot; positivo e un altro negativo, ed entrambi i &quot;lupi&quot; sono vivi nella tua mente. Questi due lupi si affrontano in una battaglia finale. Chi vincer\u00e0? La risposta \u00e8 semplice: quella che nutri di pi\u00f9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I veri servitori nutrono di pi\u00f9 il &quot;lupo positivo&quot;, ma non negano che esista una battaglia tra i due lupi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La mentalit\u00e0 della leadership.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il modo in cui ti svegli \u00e8 in gran parte determinato da come sei andato a dormire la notte precedente (con una mente positiva, calma e rilassata o con una mente turbata e negativa). Un numero crescente di &quot;guru&quot; della leadership, della mentalit\u00e0 e delle prestazioni insegna un rituale mattutino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anch&#039;io consiglio vivamente un rituale mattutino per focalizzare la mente, ma una raccomandazione pi\u00f9 forte \u00e8 quella di avere un rituale serale per garantire calma, positivit\u00e0 e relax. I rituali mattutini non contano molto se ti svegli con una mente sopraffatta e negativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ti consiglio anche di personalizzare i tuoi rituali in base a ci\u00f2 che ti piace davvero e di non costringerti a fare cose che odi per prima cosa al mattino o prima di andare a letto. Offro solo linee guida flessibili e semplificate qui:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Non permettere che i tuoi rituali serali e mattutini diventino un &#039;fardello di tempo&#039; 10 - 20 minuti sono sufficienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Fai una cosa che calma la tua mente, qualunque essa sia, potrebbe essere meditazione, preghiera, ascoltare musica, leggere, esercizi di respirazione, ecc., per alcuni minuti la sera prima di andare a letto e la mattina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Fai una cosa al mattino che attivi la circolazione sanguigna, questo potrebbe essere un paio di flessioni, un po&#039; di Yoga, o un sacco da boxe per qualche minuto. Non si tratta di esercizio per aumentare la forma fisica e perdere peso, questo \u00e8 puramente per attivare gli &quot;ormoni del benessere nel corpo&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Focalizza la mente al mattino, prima di impegnarti nelle tue normali abitudini come preparare il caff\u00e8 o la colazione, incoraggio i leader che alleno ad ascoltare profondamente una registrazione della loro visione personale e aziendale, scopo, valori, quadri OKR e visualizzare nel modo pi\u00f9 chiaro possibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I leader forti hanno una mentalit\u00e0 di crescita e allungano le loro menti, abilit\u00e0 e persone verso il successo. Frequentemente. Il leader servitore supporta e istruisce le proprie persone e non comanda e controlla i membri del proprio team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cosa devo fare per supportarti al meglio? \u00e8 una buona domanda da porre a chi alleni. Come possiamo lavorare insieme per raggiungere questo obiettivo? \u00e8 un altro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questa argomentazione significa che i leader servitori sono &quot;camminatori&quot; e facili da manipolare? No, sicuramente no: un vero leader servitore non negozier\u00e0 il sistema di valori dell&#039;azienda e &quot;lascer\u00e0 il tavolo quando il rispetto non sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 servito&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I leader forti sono studenti insaziabili<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I leader non smettono mai di imparare, anche dal fallimento, e sanno che l&#039;instancabile applicazione dell&#039;apprendimento alla fine si tradurr\u00e0 in saggezza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qui sta la sfida: una rappresentazione comune dei leader \u00e8 come eccellenti oratori, ma non impari nulla quando parli, impari solo quando ascolti veramente. Porre domande ben formulate induce a una risposta, e la risposta \u00e8 una preziosa fonte di materiale didattico se lo desideri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una visione, obiettivi orientati al futuro, valori e scopo sono le &quot;ossessioni sane&quot; di un leader servitore.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vera ispirazione viene da qualcosa di pi\u00f9 alto del s\u00e9. Un vero leader servitore mantiene una visione, obiettivi, valori e scopi orientati al futuro con la massima considerazione possibile e si ritiene responsabile nei suoi confronti come standard prima
