Utilizzare l&#039;empatia in quanto il cambiamento \u00e8 difficile, allo stesso tempo avvicinarli con entusiasmo e spiegare chiaramente l&#039;impatto sulla societ\u00e0, l&#039;impatto personale su di loro e l&#039;impatto sull&#039;azienda quando gli OKR si concretizzano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Devono dare un senso agli OKR e realizzare l&#039;allineamento alla Visione dell&#039;azienda ed essere entusiasti dell&#039;impatto positivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sai gi\u00e0 chi sono i sostenitori pi\u00f9 accesi dell&#039;attuazione degli OKR. Rendili i tuoi campioni del cambiamento e insegna loro a cambiare le conversazioni del pranzo con gli altri attorno agli OKR in positivo. Assicurati che sostengano questa iniziativa pubblicamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Immediatamente, per quanto possibile, individuare chi resiste e iniziare con cicli di coaching individuali. Questo coaching deve essere condotto in un ambiente di empatia e collaborazione. Rimanere fermi sulla Vision, sui valori e sugli obiettivi dell&#039;azienda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Celebra le piccole vittorie mentre inizi a svolgere attivit\u00e0 allineate ai risultati e agli obiettivi chiave e trasforma i fallimenti in esperienze di apprendimento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effettua controlli settimanali e assicurati che l&#039;ambiente intorno a questi incontri sia positivo, premuroso e favorisca la collaborazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forme generali di resistenza al cambiamento<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resistenza passiva \u2013 Resistenza non vocale. La resistenza \u00e8 offerta sotto forma di non azione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resistenza attiva - Espressione pubblica contro l&#039;attuazione di iniziative. Possono essere anche scioperi e manifestazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resistenza violenta \u2013 Resistenza aggressiva. Potrebbe trattarsi di violenza verbale e\/o fisica<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Astenersi dall&#039;etichettare ogni occorrenza di non azione come pigrizia. Potrebbe essere solo una dimostrazione di resistenza passiva. Come leader, devi permettere alle persone di parlare. allo stesso tempo sei il custode della cultura dell&#039;azienda da leader, quindi quando si sollevano reclami chiedi subito al team soluzioni positive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ragioni comuni di resistenza all&#039;attuazione degli OKR<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oltre alla paura di &quot;ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 nuovo e scomodo&quot;, i membri del team possono resistere all&#039;attuazione degli OKR quando ritengono che:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Non hanno avuto alcun input nella definizione degli obiettivi e dei risultati chiave<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Non hanno avuto l&#039;opportunit\u00e0 di sollevare dubbi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Non erano ben informati e non comprendono lo scopo dell&#039;introduzione degli obiettivi e dei risultati chiave<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* non c&#039;era alcuna possibilit\u00e0 di collaborare e veniva semplicemente detto loro quali compiti svolgere<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* non erano ben formati sull&#039;attuazione degli OKR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* \u00e8 solo un&#039;altra &#039;moda&#039; e che &#039;anche questa passer\u00e0&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leggi il seguente articolo informativo su come la partecipazione e altri metodi possono combattere la resistenza al cambiamento in generale: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/1969\/01\/how-to-deal-with-resistance-to-change<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Promuovi l&#039;ispirazione, la creativit\u00e0 e la collaborazione durante tutti i cicli OKR<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Informare e formare bene i vostri team sull&#039;implementazione e sulle pratiche sostenibili degli Obiettivi e sui cicli dei risultati chiave.
