Potresti anche avere un punteggio perfetto nell&#039;impostare i giusti OKR, ma se non c&#039;\u00e8 una vera ispirazione e uno scopo forte come base, \u00e8 improbabile che le prestazioni della tua azienda siano sostenibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In generale, le persone sono resistenti al cambiamento. Quando chiedi il cambiamento, chiedi alle persone di spostarsi al di fuori del confine della loro zona di comfort. Li stai influenzando a cambiare alcune delle loro abitudini, il che \u00e8 molto difficile, poich\u00e9 siamo creature abitudinarie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno scopo forte come motivo molto valido e potente per consentire alle persone di intraprendere un serio sforzo di cambiamento pu\u00f2 essere una solida base per introdurre con successo un framework OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando le persone non sono molto chiare sul motivo per cui vengono introdotti nuovi quadri di riferimento delle prestazioni, sar\u00e0 molto difficile per loro agire con sicurezza.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il primo passo quando si tratta di coinvolgere gli stakeholder dovrebbe essere introdurre lo scopo dei nuovi obiettivi e dei risultati chiave e farlo in modo stimolante. Le persone tendono a non collaborare in modo sostenibile quando sono obbligate a farlo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ispirare il tuo team con un forte senso di scopo, una Visione entusiasmante e un senso di appartenenza attraverso la condivisione dei valori culmina in una collaborazione sostenibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli OKR sono orientati al futuro.
